Customer service was nice, repair was quick - 1 day, since they had to order the screen. My only complaint is, I hoped they would have used a genuine (Google) screen to repair my phone. The 3rd party screen didnt fit right and was missing some of the plastic pieces on the back-side. Also, the finger printer reader - which got transferred over from my previous (broken) screen - didnt work on this non oem screen.All in all, everything except the part itself was good. I ended up just buying an oem screen and replacing it myself.

Customer service is amazing here and prices are very fair compared to other places I called. They fixed my iPhone 12 max pro screen in 20 mins, they also gave me a free screen protector. Definitely will be returning and referring people to this location. Thank you again!

This is not my first 5 star review for Cesar and his amazing staff. Today, he came through for me in my true hour of desperation and aggravation. After 8 hours dealing with Apple support, I went in and came out with a phone that was fully functional. I am so glad I decided to see if they were open. Such a blessing. Amazing customer service. My Go to phone repair store. nice clean store and well organized friendly and very knowledgeable. Phone looks amazing works as new, runs faster, picture n sound left at an amazing quality. Always refer my friends and family to this location. Hands down best location around that get the job done.

Christina was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! Took in my beat up Iphone11 pro max and she had it ready in less time than a trip to in-n-out!!!!🤗🤗 it was quick and easy service and I was able to get a hassle free quote over the phone as well as quotes for other broken devices I’ll DEFINITELY be bringing here to fix! Love this place. Extremely helpful and have good prices. The owner always is a friendly guy...if he can help you he will..if he cant, hell point you in the right direction. Everybody has great attitudes and very welcoming. Would def recommend this place before anywhere else without a doubt.

Took my tablet to get repair for LCD replacement, got it returned in 3 days; it was worse than it had before. whoever is doing their repairs needs to learn how to properly do repairs again. The home button on the device wasnt properly placed. The screen wasnt not inserted correct, as were the screen started popping off on its own after 3hrs of receiving it.I took it back the next day, and they said they could fix it again so I left it with them for 2 days, and same issue and it had touch responds issues too.Completely frustrating! I wouldnt recommend getting any device here repaired. Good customer service but their repair services needs to be way better.Look somewhere else to get it professionally repaired!

Came here today, had to get my screen fix and speaker sound was not working on my iphone 6. Caeser and staff there were very friendly and professional. First time here but I felt like i been here before, customer service was great. Would HIGHLY recommend to all family and friends. Phone was fixed in 15 minutes, the previous place i went to normally took an hour and the prices are very good. This is my new spot to go when i need any kind of repair.

Caesar has wonderful customer service skills! Hes professional and fast in identifying what the problem was with my phone (bad charging port). He ordered the new replacement part and also changed out my screen. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and now I dont have to throw away hundreds of dollars on a new phone. Definitely would recommend trying out Easyifix if you guys need your phone or tablets fixed! Ask for Caesar!
