My carpets and area rug had not been cleaned in years and needed a good professional cleaning. Scott, the owner of Easy Clean was so easy and nice to work with! He sent out Jeff for the job. Jeff did an amazing job!!!I had an urgent situation… Somebody I allowed to stay in my home was a huge mistake Letha Middle-age woman, partied constantly had different men over here spilled alcohol on my carpets and urinated on my sofa. Once she was removed from the home. The 25th being the first day without her. I got on the phone and called all the carpet cleaning companies I could, nobody could fit me. Easy clean carpet care, Hearing the story said “let me see what I can do” within 30 minutes I get a call and they say Jeff will be there shortly. We did blacklight testing confirming there was urine on the sofa. He did enzyme treatments and helped me out tremendously.I feel comfortable sitting on my sofa my living room looks and smells wonderful. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody. I would also recommend doing a more thorough Background check than I did. Lesson learned!!!! Easy clean carpet care, I really really appreciate you and I will be calling you back in the future. Jeffrey came by this morning around 11 and was done within an hour and a half. He did our living room carpets and two bedrooms. Excellent job! I am currently renting in davis and hoping to get our deposit back--he made sure that happens. Despite the previous tenants leaving some pet stains behind, he did a great job and made our living room carpet look brand new! Overall amazed with the smell and work. Update: I previously used this place at the end of 2022, fast forward to today & I’m so happy I found them again! They were able to work me in on really short notice, Jeff came out this morning and did an excellent job with my floors and furniture. I will definitely save their number for future use. Fast, friendly and willing to give a good deal. I wouldn’t use anyone else!The owner was very friendly, responded quickly and set me up with an appointment the very next day. Kevin came out and was just as friendly and they both really worked with me to give me a good deal. I didnt feel pressured to have a bunch of add-on non-sense to increase the price. Cleaning floor tile of over 1500 square feet. Jeff started the job that included two hallways, family room, dinning room and TV room. Not only was Scott super nice, he gave me a reasonable quote with no hidden fees and set me up with a time that worked for me. Kevin came and did my carpet and he did an amazing job and was super fast! Also the way my apartment is makes it really hard for them to bring in the equipment but he spent his time making it work. My German shepherd had an accident upstairs in one of the bedrooms and I tried everything on getting the smell out but had no luck. I chose Easy clean carpet care due to the amazing reviews and rating on Google. I talked to Scotty who was very easy going and was able to get me an appointment same day (thank god because the smell was terrible). Jeff was sent out to my house and he explained how they use the best quality in products to ensure the job is done correctly and efficiently. He did such a great job and made my carpets look just about brand new and no smell of the dog. Jeff ensured my house was to my liking. We highly recommend carpet and area rug cleaning with Easy Clean Carpet Care. Jeff did an amazing job with our carpets and rug. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient. He explained what the enzyme treatment and stain protection would do. Were so glad we did that as we have a new rescue dog in our home that went in areas we didnt know.The company customer service was excellent-efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I was communicating with a person, not AI!!!I was able to set up an appointment 1st through their online chat where I provided details of what was needed and my contact info. I quickly got a follow-up text with a quote and appointment times available. We got a call 30 minutes before arriving which we really liked.Jeff was able to take our credit card on the spot with his device and I got immediate confirmation with my credit card company.I got a follow-up text after the cleaning.

I called Easy Clean for carpet stretching and cleaning, and they came out the next day. Steven was our technician— he was very friendly, communicative, and detail oriented. He kept me updated on his status and arrived on time. He did such an awesome job with the carpet— we had a few “bubbles” that we didn’t think would come out, but Steven was able to stretch them down and make it look like new. You can’t even tell there was a bubble there anymore! He took his time and stayed late to make sure the job was done, including the cleaning. Thanks for the awesome work!

Scheduling was a breeze and Scotty followed up with a few times to see if I had any questions. He was patient but did let me know availability for the next week. I was able to get something on the books for a few days out!Jeff showed up and was very friendly. He asked to see the couch and 2 area rugs I needed cleaned and went over a cleaning program. Jeff seems like he knows what hes doing and apparently has many years in the trade. He was reassuring and even stopped along the way to show me progress and make sure I was happy with the results. I can even begin to describe how happy I am with the fantastic job they did on my carpet. This is the original carpet in my home which is about 18 years old, and it looks brand new now. A few years ago, I had my carpet cleaned by another company and was thoroughly disappointed. As a result, I was a little bit skeptical and worried that I might have the same experience this time. I’m so happy I used Easy Clean Carpet Care this time because the experience was completely different. The technician, Kevin, showed up right on time, and when he walked in and looked at my carpet (which was full of stains from over the years from dogs, wine spills, etc.,), his first words were, “Oh this will be easy”. It took him about 45 minutes to clean about 1,000 square feet or more of carpet and it looks fantastic. Not only did Kevin do a great job, but he was professional, personable (We had some fun discussion about the Colts vs Vikings game) and very skilled at getting the “impossible “ stains out. I will definitely be using them again to do the rest of the house and I will request Kevin (although I would imagine all of their technicians to a great job as well). I will tell all my friends and neighbors about them.

We were looking to get our couch cleaned and came across Easy Clean Carpet Care. Their reviews were exceptional so we gave them a call. Scotty, the owner, answered and was super friendly and professional. His gave me a quote that was very competitive compared to others we received and they were able to schedule us for a time that we requested.On the day of the cleaning, they actually called and were able to come earlier. Kevin showed up and was very friendly and easy to talk to. He spent a good amount of time getting it right, including separating the sections of the sectional to get down in between. When he was done, you wouldn’t have known we had a dog who lays on the couch most of the day. I live in another state and have house in Antelope, CA that needs carpet cleaning and so I called Easy Clean Carpet Care and spoke with Scotty. He sounded very nice on the phone and treated me with utmost respect. He said he could provide me with the service for my carpet cleaning needs which was cleaning the hallway and the stairs of my home. The price he offered was good. After the cleaning was done I was able to pay him through Zelle remotely because I wasnt there to pay him in person. The whole process was easy. He went over the higher traffic areas multiple times to make sure they were cleaned well and explained why some stains were unable to come out and what caused it, so that we could avoid that in the future. When I called Easy Clean I was able to get same day service. Tech. Jason contacted me to let me know his ETA. He showed up on time and told me step by step what he was going to do. He gave a full quote before starting. When he was setting up, I noticed he put down mats to protect my hard wood floors and he put corner guards up around the house. Took about an hour-hour and a half, he was very thorough. The carpets look amazing. I waited a couple weeks to leave a review because I wanted to see if any of the spots would come back and they have not. I would definitely recommend these guys and ask for Jason again.

We needed our couch cleaned the day after Thanksgiving. Easy Clean was available and Steve came to the the rescue. He was meticulous, thorough and knowledgeable about his work and our couch looks brand new. He explained that a good clean is all about using the right chemistry and that he has been trained to make sure its done the right way. I’ve been a Residential Real Estate Broker and a laboring craftsman in the Greater Sacramento area for 18 years. After personally updating 9 homes from top to bottom, front to back, inside and out, I understand and appreciate a skilled laborer, a good price, and a hard-working craftsman. Jeff from, Easy Clean Carpet Care, did not cut any corners in a monumental effort to save our white plush rugs in our otherwise pristine home located in Granite Bay. We knew we had a 50/50 chance of getting Rocky’s, urine out of the rug. Rocky is 95 in dog years. Before he lost full control of his bladder, he was the mascot at an upscale nursing home and greatly beloved by the residents. He came into our home and care some 9 months ago now. Jeff was able to do deep, cleaning, specialized enzymatic treatments, and apply a rug sealant for future protection. He restored and saved all rooms in our large home save the family room. After a couple days of drying, I called the owner, Scottie, as we still had an odor in the master bedroom.Jeff returned to once again do his best to remove the last of the odors and stains in the master bedroom with good success. Scotty and Jeff’s willingness to do whatever it took to satisfy us, was obvious throughout this process. When Jeff returned, he demonstrated his ability to clean tile and grout. I had him restore the kitchen and the laundry room. Great pricing, skill, tools and effort.I recommend their services with confidence but I must add that owners need to understand some rug/pad damage will not be able to be corrected by any steam cleaning techniques. I have no doubt that Easy Clean Carpet Care did their best. Thank you, Jeff and Scottie.

Great job! Scott was very easy to work with, and the tech, Cody, who came out to do the job treated us so well. The carpets turned out fantastic on move-out from rental home. Cody even got out the stains left from previous renters. Landlord asked for contact info so she can use them in the future. Great work! You wont be disappointed.

Scheduled a carpet cleaning for my daughters birthday and Scotty cancelled 20 minutes before his 3 hour window He said he would call me right back so he could cancel another appointment and fit my daughter in. Didnt call me back and didnt answer when I called him. Fortunately I found a wonderful carpet cleaner although it was a week late my daughter got her carpet cleaned. I was very disappointed to say the least because of this companies 5 star reviews. I would not recommend this company. And of course my daughter was not there because Scotty cancelled the appointment and it was her birthday so she and her family left. Why did you send harassing text messages at 8:30 at night. You cancelled my appointment because you said that your worker was going home for the day and you could not do it because of your shoulder. I scheduled it a week before hand and you cancelled. My daughter spent the whole day getting the carpets ready and you cancelled. Why would I make that up? Why did you send harassing text messages to me? Why are you making harassing phone calls at 9 at night? Anyways Ignacio from Semper -fi carpet cleaning made it on time and did a wonderful job. Now please stop harassing me. Please leave me alone. The rep I had (so sorry I forgot your name) was there in an emergency within just a couple hours of our initial call. He was friendly and wore a mask which was very nice for me to not have to ask. Our carpet cleaner retired after 25 years. A search of the internet produced the company with the highest rating, Easy Clean. I called them at 4 pm and they came out the next day. Vinnie was a nice guy and did a great job. We have a large 2 story with a brick walk up, so I was ready to get gouged. I wasn’t, so it looks like I have a new carpet cleaning company.

I had multiple rooms, hallway, and stairs cleaned today by Jeff. Before he arrived he called me to tell me he was on his way and he would be here in about 15-30 minutes. He called me back a few minutes later and told me he was stuck in traffic and might be a little longer than anticipated. This is the first time I have ever had anyone do this! Vinnie came to clean our carpets. He did an awesome job! He texted me day-of, keeping me updated with his ETA. He arrived right on time and cleaned about 6 bedrooms worth in just about an hour. Our whole house smelled so good afterwards. Stains were all removed. We have really cheap carpet and our high-traffic areas look almost as good as new! So much better than I expected. I had a stain from soda on my new area rug that wouldn’t come out with typically carpet stain remover. I sent a message this morning (12/27/19) and received a quick and detailed response from Scotty the owner. He was able to make it out on what seemed to be a very busy day for him. He initially couldn’t guarantee he could remove the stain because of the type of rug and other reasons but he was able to get it out and it looks as good as new!! From the owner (Scott) on down to the guys in the field, this outfit is top notch. Super friendly people, quality cleaning, affordable. Scott and Jason really worked with me and my elderly mother.And I cant speak highly enough about Jason who actually done the cleaning. Jason went out of his way to do more than we asked. He disinfected all the areas and then some. This was important to me being that my mom is in her nineties. Usually you end up paying more than you planned. Not with these guys. I ended up paying less. After theyre done you will want to tip these guys. As far as were concerned they have a customer for life..... thats because they earned it!
