I have known Shane for a long time and he and his team are true insurance professionals. Our homeowners insurance (Mercury) cancelled our policy without informing us (we were without homeowners insurance for a month and didnt know it)_and their local agent dropped the ball as well. We found Elyse at Eastman insurance solutions, explained our situation and made us a top priority without knowing us. Within 24-48 hours Elyse secured coverage for us and we are very thankful!

My family and I have been with the Eastman Insurance Company for years. The service cannot be compared. The value is extremely competitive, and they have been there for us with new homes, boats, travel trailers and life insurance. I would highly recommend Eastman Insurance. Been with Eastman Insurance for about five years now. I have all my insurance bundled up with them (home, business and vehicle). I will never go to anyone else. They are very courteous and professional. They treat you like family. They will shop around for you to get you the best rates. And the best of all, you can call them at a moments notice and they will help you. Shane and Laura ere the best. They are my life savers.

I met Shane at a charity fund raiser for the 10-33 Foundation and he seemed to be a good guy. Months later while looking into reducing my auto and home insurance, I recalled meeting Shane and gave him a call. Shane and his team were great to work with. They asked the right questions regarding coverage, and they were able to get me insurance quotes that same day. Share did not try to increase my coverage or up-sell me on unneeded policies. Actually, he suggested that I change my converged because I was previously over covered, thus reducing my monthly payments. I would recommend Shane and the Eastman team to anyone that is shopping around for insurance.

Eastman Insurance is the only Insurance Agency in Solano County that I would recommend to my closest friend. Approximately a month ago I spoke with Shane about getting some insurance coverage for a local small business as I would like to support local business. He contacted a company to see if they would cover and the company would not be able to cover this type of small business. Shane said he would look into other companies and get back to me with the results. Unfortunately I have not received any information from Shane, not even a courtesy phone call letting me know that he was unsuccessful or successful with locating a company the could insure this local small business. At this point I will have to look elsewhere to find better service.

Ive been using Eastman insurance for a few years. Eastman covers my home and auto. Overall, Ive been happy with their services.Only reason im not giving 5 stars is because once they let my auto insurance expire and didnt notify me. I found out when I got in a car accident, luckily which wasnt my fault.Over time, Eastman insurance has been getting better with communication and insurance services.

I recently was put into a situation that I needed to change my insurance carrier. Policies changed which drastically affected my coverage. I reached out to Eastman Insurance Solutions where my former insurance agent, Alissa, had moved. She dropped everything she was doing, came down to my office to discuss the coverages I needed and within the same afternoon had my new home/auto policy completed. I met with her at her office which is conveniently located to mine in downtown Vacaville. Upon completing all necessary paperwork with Alissa, everyone came out of their offices to welcome me to the Eastman Family. I look forward to working with them for years to come. EIS is an amazing company. Ive had them for going on 4 years now. Well that unfortunate time came where the current insurance provider had increased my rates. I get it, it happens. I set up an appointment to see if they could shop the market of carriers they have to help lower my premium without sacrificing my coverages. When I walked in I was greated with a smile and was offered coffee. Well after only what seemed to be about 30 minutes Shane found another carrier matching same coverage I have and saving me close to $400 a year. I dont know about you, but I could find something else to put $400 towards. If you want an insurance company that works for you then look no further
