Very fast claim response and settlement deposit. Not one part of the claim process was delayed or not handled professionally. As this was our first claim I am extremely pleased and thankful that we have been with them for so many years.

Eastlake Insurance/Mary has taken great care of my automobile insurance needs for many years, with Multiple and new insurance policies. She dose the work to get me the best rates and make sure I properly insured. She is very personable yet professional. I always just call Mary for all policy changes and questions. Mary answered the phone and handles business. She may be at lunch when you call, but she has always called me right back quickly. Don’t wast your money, time and insurance security on a internet-Insurance policies with no support. I find great security In Eastlake Insurance.Thanks Mary

Mary is awesome! Always looking for ways to save you money and get you the best coverage. I just bundled my car and home insurance to save me money. She made it so easy asked me a couple of question, sent me the quote and doc you sign email and it was done. She saved me $800 a year!! Excellent customer service with quick turn around time. Great communication via email and phone. This is very hard to find now a days everything is automated and you talk to a computer. Thank you Eastlake Insurance for taking care of my family.

Mary is always helpful and very responsive. When I call her with questions, she answers the phone, or calls back right away. She replies to emails on a timely basis too! Mary is amazing! Very easy to talk to, communicative, helpful, and honest. She made the process of getting home and auto insurance easy and less stressful. I went to many brokers and agents and she was the only one who could help me. I cant thank her enough.
