Everyone was truly so nice here, from the front desk, to Dr. Smith who helped my almost 19 year old pooch. I was so relieved when nothing extra invasive was pushed on us due to my dog’s age. I would highly recommend this vet hospital to any pet owner!

Attentive, caring and highly efficient staff whom I appreciate very much. They’re helping me raise a healthy pup. And they supported us during our farewell to our beloved cat. We usually euthanize at home but I am content and satisfied with East West’s service. They provide excellent care.

I have been going to East West Animal Hospital for over four years. I love their holistic offerings and the compassion and integrity of their doctors and staff.In January my beloved lab was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma with a prognosis of 1-3 months to live. I chose to go the holistic route and not put her through any chemo. Dr Smith oversaw our care and he was wonderful. He worked so hard for us researching treatments, putting together our treatment plan, and facilitating our care. I did a lot of research too and Dr Smith was always open to what I brought to the table. He never dismissed me for ideas I suggested and was willing to try some of them. He was always compassionate and positive even when the news he had to deliver wasnt the best. My sweet girl exceeded her prognosis and lived over 4 months. For the first few months she had even more energy then she had prior to her cancer diagnosis. I know that was due to the amazing treatment plan Dr Smith had her on. She had a very happy healthy last few months and I have the East West Team to thank for that. The entire team was always very professional, kind, and compassionate. Our family is so grateful to have had this incredible team of professionals on our side during this difficult journey. I highly recommend East West Animal Hospital!

Dr Konda is a wonderful, kind, caring Vet. He really cares about his patients and spends a lot of time with them. We brought in our 10yr old Weimaraner Luna in and he spent more time examining her than any Vet we have ever seen. He also does acupuncture, cold laser, and other holistic treatments. Everyone in the office is very friendly and kind,. We never have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room to get in and see him. We are so happy that we found Doctor Konda! We recommend this office and Dr. Konda to everyone we know with pets. We love everyone at East West Animal Hospital.

As a selective pet owner, I have changed veterinarians within the past few years. The main reason is quality of care, costs, treatment prescribed, and customer service. From my previous experiences, the veterinarians seem to direct me to costly care options, totally unfeasible treatments, prescribing only their in-house meds with huge markups, or not available in a critical care situation. At Vista Veterinary Hospital, the vet was too busy, and the receptionist failed to relay critical information. This major time delay cost my dogs life. Tavon died from hemorrhagic gastroenteritis at VCA CA Vet Specialists ER.I had to rush my dog Beau to the VCA CA Vet. Specialists ER in Carlsbad for a major nosebleed. They recommended the herb Yunnan Baiyao which has been very effective. Many veterinarians are not familiar with this Chinese herbal remedy. I switched to East and West Animal Hospital because of their good reviews and their usage of holistic medicine. Dr. Konda is through, professional, knowledgeable, and open to questions. Hes friendly and through during my dogs examination. His staff is courteous in person and over the phone, except this one woman. I will not base my entire experience on this one hostile receptionist from India. The frontline personnel can truly decimate a business. However, East and West Animal Hospital has demonstrated to me how well they handle a critical situation.A few weeks ago, I called them because I was worried about my other dog, Owen. He has ingested a small piece of chocolate that had fallen to the floor. Dr. Konda has never seen this dog. However, the receptionist asked me several questions and relayed the information to Dr. Konda immediately. It was determined by the amount eaten, his weight, and by the percentage of cocoa, that my dog would not have to be rushed to the ER. I also was advised as to toxicity symptoms to watch for. Dr. Konda has been treating my senior dog, Beau, for severe arthritis and possibly cancer. He is knowledgeable about Chinese medicinal herbs such as Yunnan Baiyao, Turkey Tail Mushrooms, etc. His staff has called to check on the condition of my pet and called in to Costco Pharmacy for me. That is awesome customer service and shows they care! I finally found a veterinarian that provides quality care and service.

We had a great experience with Dr. Konda. We took our 7 year old boxer for what we thought were seizures and after blood work it turned out he had a bacterial infection. They could have recommended more expensive testing but he advised us to monitor him for more seizure like episodes before going forward. Our dog has not had any episodes in 3 months and he seems years younger since he has been on ElleVet CBD oil which Dr. Konda recommended. I have had several questions since our initial visit and Dr. Kinda and Dr. Smith have been great at addressing my concerns. We have found a new vet for our soon to be 8 year old boxer.

This has been the best vet I have ever been to. Dr.Konda and the staff do an amazing job of being thorough and making sure all information is relayed to you. You can tell they all care about your pets needs and want to do the right thing. They also are upfront about pricing and willing to find cheaper options when I discussed my situation with them. It never feels shady like it has with vets I have gone to in the past. We all know our pets are family and I feel very comfortable knowing they are in good care here.

I started out with East and West when Dr Nespor owned the practice. I was devastated when he retired. I’ve been into holistic medicine my whole life and I also do nutritional consults for dogs.. well their owners ( lol ) So I’m extremely picky on trusting vets. To my surprise Dr. Konda ( the new owner ) was over the top in his approach to treating my dog. He’s super open to holistic treatments and his love for our fur babies really stands out…. It’s like extremely genuine! My dog hates vets… she actually has warmed up quite nicely to Dr. Konda😊🐶. Dr.Konda is a very humble and compassionate person and it radiates. I feel so relieved to have a vet like this. The staff working with the Dr is amazing! I feel like their extended family❤️ As pet owners we just want to 💯 know that our pets are in good hands and we’re not gonna be taken advantage of financially… No need to worry about that with Dr. Konda and the staff at East and West veterinary

I live in Palm Springs and I gladly drive to have my dogs Lily and Luna seen by Dr Konda. He is very knowledgeable and caring In fact last time I took Luna Dr Konda called me the next day to see how she was doing. As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcome. I highly recommend East & West Animal Hospital.
