I was looking for a blue MTO 9 and the dealerships around town Id called couldnt get one. I called East Bay Motorsports and they had four of them, so I ran out there. They came in below the price of the other dealerships and took a credit card. Was a good experience and would definitely go back

This is my first motorcycle purchase here in USA and I wanted to give a big shout out to Amit for providing an exceptional buyer experience. Super knowledgeable and he took time to help me decide which motorcycle was best for me.Also the staff at the service department went through the user manual and check list line by line, walked me around, explaining things and providing transparency while delivering the motorcycle.

Friendly staff - good selection. I have a very specific issue. On their website, you can value your trade-in. I did that and got a quote that seemed quite fair. Texted with sales guy who was very nice, but when I got to the dealership first thing in the morning to trade in my Ducati and get a Yamaha, he says: Yeah, we dont take Ducatis in trade - we can only give you auction price. (Auction price is unreasonably low). No, thank you. Took my business to another dealer and got a slightly less-cool bike, but they gave me a good trade-in price with absolutely no hassle. Lesson for these folks: Ask the right questions upfront and fix your website so that you dont promise things that you are completely unwilling to do. Overall, it was a good ride to Hayward and everything else - especially their selection, was fine. UPDATE: The owner asked for my contact information, which I immediately provided. Have yet to hear anything from them…

This is a repost of my previous positive revewI was and still satisfied with my purchase, how ever I have encountered a very negative felling on the warranty department. I when back for a water coolant issue, marty told me go ahead and bring your unit. After renting a trailer and asking time off or work, the lady in the service department, strait up told me that marty have no bussines scheduling costumers for a warranty service and have a very negative experience, from both marty and his daughter, I feel like they treat you good when you buying a unit and after that, you are on your own.....How ever I came across tracy motor sports and make me believe in this company again...they book me in the same day and they are willing to check my unit right away......tnx TRACY MOTOR SPORTS....!

I bought a Kawasaki Vulcan S Cafe from this dealership.I had an excellent experience with Marty, who works in sales.Jenny in financing was also exceptional, and very helpful with all of my questions.To me the real star in the store was Krista, who works in the parts department. Such a sweet young lady, and most helpful with all of my newbie questions.Whatever this young lady earns, give her a raise. She’s got personality and charisma for days, and is just the nicest person ever.I had a fantastic experience overall.

Large selection of parts and accessories in store and can get with in a few days if not in stock with the exceptions that go along with Covid-19 and delivery. Do not recommend service department at all, everyone is nice but incompetent.I brought in my side by side 3 months ago for work as it was not starting, they told me they would diagnose the issue then call me to let me know what needed to be done. Weeks went by and no update at all, I called to ask how it was going and they gave me some basic answer, that they are working on it and still cant figure out the issue and will continue to work on it. Again weeks go by and no update, same answer as above. Again weeks go by and this time when i call they finally tell me that their mechanic only works 2 days a week (no one told me this when i dropped off) and that there are still many more vehicles ahead of mine so they will see if they can get to it. Finally after 3 months, i tell them to stop all work and I will take it to a new place (should have done this after 1 month, that is on me for trusting them), the manager assured me it will be ready and they wont charge me. I go to pick it up and it is ready but clearly in worse condition than when i left it, it was sitting outside in the weather the entire time, cob webs all over it and rust, and still completely taken a part (nuts and bolts all over the place, i hear stuff falling as I am moving it). When I go to leave they charge me $460 for a $200 part i never approved and labor, even after talking to the manager they dont credit me or anything.I took it to a new place, they fixed it within an hour (had it back the next day), they told me that the previous mechanic (this mechanic) cracked the engine cover during removal and the y installed the crank division sensor backwards and upside down, once they fixed the mistakes of this shop it was working.Overall it is clear that East Bay Motorsports service is inept at least and malicious at worst, they never gave me any updates, kept telling me someone was working on it, when clearly they had no clue what they were doing from the beginning, charged me for basically nothing and should not have taken in my side by side knowing they dont have the expertise or time!

I was looking to buy an MT09 and found that they had the bike in inventory. But then noticed over 15% on dealer markup fees, thats crazy when the average dealers usually mark up is 4% - 7%. Didnt even bother reaching out to see if that fee could be lowered, any dealer that thinks they can over markup an item because of inventory or demand are too shady to deal with. Hopefully with all bad reviews they get due to the crazy markups they one day learn to not be so thirsty trying to screw customers because an item is in high demand.

Nightmare of a company to go through with a car. Please steer clear. On the 6th day of financing, 3 out of 4 driveshaft bolts “sheered out”. 2 weeks later I have significant engine oil consumption eating up 2 quarts of oil each week! Almost had to get a new engine a month into financing a Vw golf r, situation turned bad & had to return the car due to them selling me a car with a bad engine. They paid me out what I put in the car, & had me sign something so I don’t come after them in court. Funny thing is, I saw them list a white Vw golf r no more than a month later, looking almost exactly like what I got. Hopefully that was a different golf r… best of luck 👍

I bought a 2023 Yamaha R7 from East Bay Motorsports in Hayward today and I had a great experience. The sales people who helped me were Amit and Jose, who were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Amit showed me different options and explained the features and benefits of each one. He also gave me a fair price and great advice. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He also arranged for quick and smooth delivery options for my motorcycle. He also offered to provide assistance post-delivery if needed. He was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I am very satisfied with my motorcycle and the service I received from Amit and East Bay Motorsports. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle. What a joke, I have literally bought 5 side by sides, and 2 quads in the last 3 years from other dealers...... no huge dealer markup, no hidden fees.... this place advertises a sale on a unit, $9999.00 then tells me oh that is just the price of the machine minus the discount, plus the 1850 markup then add freight... ok so I understand those added fees, like I said I have bought alot of machines. however, the markup they have doesnt add up, I have seen how they come in the crate, so 1960.00 and lets say their hourly shop rate is a competitive 135/hr. that is 13 hours labor to put the SBS together....nope not true, it takes roughly 3 hours. So in a nutshell these guys are ripping you off. Go investigate other dealers before buying from these guys you will save a TON of money. Ill stick with my trusted dealers.Peace out

Talked to the sevice department about programming a new key for my 2003 Sea Doo. Told me they could do it. Drove an hour and a half to get it done. Tech tried but told me the equipment was faulty and he had been trying to get it replaced. I wish they would have told me the equipment was down before I wasted my time (and thiers). Giving 2 stars because they were nice telling me I was SOL. Bought a CanDooPro and was able to program the DESS key myself. Im out $429 for the box but now have diagnostics capability I can do myself.7/12/2023 After response from East Bay Motorsports I changed from a 2 to a 4 star. They seem concerned about doing a good job and my experience must have been the exception.

Service is very professional. Mechanics take pride in their work and make sure your motorcycle is running in the best condition. I purchased my motorcycle from them several years ago and I have been taking my motorcycle there whenever I needed service. Shanea the service advisor does a great job keeping me updated on work being done on my motorcycle as it is being serviced right now, getting a valve adjustment done.

They always have inventory and its a nice stores but if you come here expect to pay 4-6k over msrp and if youre buying used be prepared to pay for as if it was brand new . Also dont come here expecting them to work with you on anything if you dont get approved they ask for an outrageous down payment literally half price of the item and once you say no they wont even look at you again because they know they arent making a sale off of you.

My son bought a Ninja ZX-14R on 7-9-22. Jose, professionally helped him on the phone and in store. Yes, the mark up is ridiculous but my son really wanted this bike which is hard to find so hes satisfied with what he walked out the door with putting 5k down and rest financed. We declined the non needed gap and extended warranty and neither Jose or Denisa the finance manager tried to pressure us into buying it like most car sales reps do. They do have a nice selection of other motorized sport toys and it was fun to explore the showroom.

They used to be a great dealership to do business with good prices and good stuff. But since the pandemic they show their true colors rude customer service outrageous priced markups on PDI’s. They are 1k over on bikes them most dealers in the area. What a joke. Be aware they want market bike at a good price and kill you with fees.

The experience I had with this dealership was awesome! from sales to parts, People that works here are pretty chill and helpful. Do NOT trust this dealership! There is a gentleman by the name of Marty that is making up fees out of thin air. When asked about them he freaks out saying we don’t know anything about buying a vehicle in todays market… if you are going to attempt to charge over MSRP… no problem! Just don’t attempt to lie and make up fake fees. Just be honest. Something this dealership can not do unfortunately. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for your next purchase!!!

Every motorcycle and ATV in this place is clearly way way way overpriced and the price tag is a dead giveaway for how shady this place is. I even went to Yelp.com and saw the 1 star reviewthat most past customers rated this place and clearly all of them werent happy for the service the items and the way they were treated by the personnel here and every customer was saying was AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST!!!. Incredible Customer Service. For My Security Team, our 2015 Polaris Ranger crew cab was picked up, serviced, given new breaks and 4 brand new tires and returned in fantastic working order to our Tech Campus in the San Jose Bay Area. The Service Team responsible for ordering parts and scheduling the work kept me updated with information they received from the distributor for the tires we had placed an order for. There were a few changes on the distributors end and the tire purchase kept getting pushed back but East Bay kept me informed of all the changes and set backs as they were occurring. Now get this: East Bay even ordered a recall part for our Security Issue Polaris and they did the repair at no charge. I could not have asked for a better experience and will be using them again. Tony in Service is phenomenal and so are his colleagues.

Im new to the motorcycle world and was hesitant on buying my first bike. Jose greeted me at the door and I told him the stipulations I had in mind before I made any purchase. He was able to meet and exceed those expectations, was just an easy guy to talk to, and didnt make me feel dumb for asking my newbie questions. At the end of the day I was more than happy with the bike I chose. They worked with me on pricing and delivery of the bike.Even the delivery was awesome. Phil texted me when he was on his way and the estimated time frame hed arrive. Delivery was quick and easy. He ran down the basic features of the bike, where everything was, and a quick run through on how to her going (I had never ridden before that day). He even wiped down the bike on the spot and took a couple pictures.Definitely an A+ from me, check em out!

After reading mixed reviews about them, I was a bit cautious. But I must say I had a pleasant experience with East Bay motorsports.I recently bought a used motorcycle from here. (my first vehicle) The whole team was amazing. The salesman was very friendly and informative. Although I didnt get the perfect deal on the bike, it was a good deal.I went ahead with the deal, took up financing, got a high rate of interest. (because I was a first time borrower with just a year of credit history) But the next day I get a call from the manager saying that they can offer me a new financing deal whose interest rate was half. This, I thought was a good gesture on their part. The manager was helpful when filling up the paper work. After the deal was done, the salesman was giving me tips on how to take care of the bike.

I went here to have my battery replaced pre COVID closure. I was told I could wait for it because it does not take that long. 5 hours later my bike was ready. After the first hour I went looking for the service advisor to check in. I was told he would get in touch with me so back to the showroom where he did call to tell me it would be just a little longer. Another hour passes and I am back at service desk being treated like I am invisible (can anyone here just say “hi”). Finally I am told the new battery had to be filled and charged. WHAT? no one told me this was not a maintenance free battery like the one I was replacing. Never a sorry or even a concern about the lack of communication. Being a retail sales manager for over 25 hears I could not help but notice the lack of a sense of urgency throughout this entire place. Few employees even acknowledged me in my 5 hour stay.Cut to present day. I need two new tires installed so thinking to give EBMS one more try I call to make an appointment. Operator answers promptly and is friendly (this is a good sign) she transfers me to service and no one answers so it rolls back to the friendly operator who I ask to try service again..... again no answer. Not answering the phone in my line of work is not even an option, but apparently EBMS Service has enough business to be selective when they answer the phones.So here I am in Tracy Motor Sports waiting room while my Wing gets its new tires. In just 30 minutes I think just about every employee here has acknowledged me. They are super friendly and engaging with every customer. Hard to understand how two facilities under the same ownership umbrella can be so different. It is worth double the drive time to come to Tracy Motor Spots!

Been a customer here for 2 decades and nothings really changed other than the Floorplan layout. Parts department is great and helpful like always. But the sales side of things is a joke. Marty is about the most crooked salesman in the business and has been ripping people off for years.. the selection at this point on sportbikes there is horrible being they only have 1 1000cc sport bike on the showroom floor... a single zx10r. No r1s no gsxr1ks no cbr1000rr and every bike has a markup of $1200-2600 over sticker. Plus freight dealer prep fees registration and of course tax... 15k for a 600rr 🤔🤔🤔 21k for a zx10r standard? Lol and they blame supply chain for these mark ups... mmm ok well it doesnt look like theyll be selling too much gouging customers like this but then again this is what they are known for... take your business elsewhere but if you need parts. The service is pretty good.. if you need a bike dirtbike atv or watercraft? Id suggest going somewhere else. If manufacturers are not supplying them with bikes Im not surprised because Im sure manufacturers dont like price gouging dealerships trying to make a fortune off each bike sale vs selling by the quantity at the msrp and hitting bonus incentives while not reaming the customers. 2 stars for the good sales department or it would be a 1 star for this dealership in general. Now im going to head to petaluma where u can still get a decent deal on a sportbike.

Prepare for the as seen on tv deceptive sales practices. I was provided with a sales quote which included a $1,260.00 “dealer prep fee” I asked the sales representative what that consisted of and why it was so high and explained it was to assemble the bike and it was high due to demand. In addition he told me to shop around.I called another dealership and was quoted $475 on a comparable atv. I didn’t think demand should affect the assembly cost so I asked for a manger to call me.The manager further explained that the “dealer prep” fee also consisted of a dealer markup due to demand. He advised me to refer to their website for the correct pricing breakdown. The manager stated the “dealer prep” and dealer markup are one in the same. The price not listed on their website. I asked for a corrected sales invoice, he gave me a hard time about coming in to see the ATV that hadn’t even been delivered yet and asked me how much money they should make on the sale in a condescending manner.I find it very deceptive that this dealership is masking their dealer markup as a “dealer prep”Fee. Makes the dealership markup seem like its required.Make sure you call around before spending 10k as mixed in that cost could be an arbitrary $800 thrown in their to benefit the sales rep or dealer owner.

Basically reliable with good service and reasonable prices. One time when they replaced the front tire they didnt tighten the front axle nut properly so the ABS light went on intermittently. I diagnosed this myself with a service manual and corrected it. Otherwuse Ive had decent service experiences here.

Staff went well above and beyond. I walked up from Hayward station, and got heatstroke on the way. After checking out a bike, Marty not only offered me a ride back to the BART station, but even offered to pick me up when I came to buy the bike. These people have top notch customer service.

I called the service center looking for a price quote for my 8,000 service on my V-Star. I was told that it would be $230-260 and it would take 2 hrs. I showed up for the service and was handed a paper quote for $790 and it would take 5-6 hours.When asked why so high for oil, spark plugs, and inspections the service person said that the valve timing would be adjusted and other things. I told the service guy that is not due til 16,000 miles. He went and talked to the service manager and came back with a revised estimate for $490 for oil change, spark plugs, and inspection and it would take 3 1/2 - 4 hours. The service guy said that he did not know V-Stars and was not exactly sure how long the additional inspections would take.So you want me to pay your shop to learn V-Stars even through you sell them upstairs? Are you kidding me? How about treating a returning customer with an itemized estimate like all other stores? How about not trying to rip off a customer? How about learning how to service a motorcycle that your business sells?Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Be prepared to hear No!, a lot!!! Especially for parts. They carry virtually nothing in stock, which has been my experience there for years. And none of my bikes are close to being rare. The people in parts are basically nice. But I dont go there for the people. Great selection of motorcycles, whatever you are looking for, they have it. Including gear and I think they also service bikes (correct me if Im wrong). I went to sell my V-Strom and they gave me a pretty good deal.Now, if you do take your bike to sell, make sure you know what youre bringing. Theyll ask all the regular questions and obviously they need to make a profit; be honest about the condition and youre set to get a good and quick deal. You may get a better deal through CL, but the easiness of going, letting them inspect it, and walking out with a check is great for when you need to get rid off stuff QUICKLY.

Again I never purchased anything or signed up for anything, however 2 weeks later I noticed my credit score dropped over 80 points, and a week after that I received a credit card in the mail. Somehow, a bike on sale at $5999 goes out the door for over $9000.Lets do the math, shall we? And well go high on our estimates and use info from their own site. When I told the guy they put back in the money they call a discount he said its not true. It says it right there on their website. At one point he said these usually go for around $11,000. LolA KLR for $11,000.$5999 + 10% tax = $6600$6600 + $430 factory charge = $7030$7030 + $430 freight (AKA factory charge)? = $7460$7460 + $500 set (my made up number) = $7960$7960 + license & doc (way high at $500) = $8460$8460 + $500 (another who knows what fee) = $8960$8960 + $400 (reach around fee) = over $9000.

Eight years ago I bought a motorcycle from Eastbay Motorsport and I said I will never buy another one, because they shopped my credit around (without my permission) to 10 different credit agencies and dropped my credit score down over a hundred points. Next after my first year of ownership and my first major check up on my bike ( must be done or they will void warranty) cost 600 hundred dollars. And now I need my tires changed. I bought my own tires and purchased the tubes from them. I couldnt get a Saturday appointment for 2 weeks. And on that day I dropped off my bike at opening 9am. I got my bike back 5pm. It took all day to change my tires and the charged me 221 dollars just to change tires. I bought the tires from another company and Eastbay changed me 20 dollars extra because I didnt buy from them. And the tubes they sold me for the rear tire were the wrong one and returned mine for 17.99 and charged me 21.99 for different one. My whole experience with Eastbay Motorsport has been all bad. From sales to parts department to service department have all been horrible and I can not and will recommend them for anything. And I will do my best to never buy or get anything done by Eastbay Motorsport again. They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service, and a complete waste of my time.Was in the market for a 2020 Sea Doo GTX Limited 230, and was contacted via text by East Bay Motorsports (my nearest dealer) after submitting a build request on Sea Doo’s website. I was told the Model I am looking for is available and Went in to take a look.The employees do not wear any sort of uniform or badges or anything so when I got there, I stood around for a few minutes before I flagged down a person thinking he was an employee to which he answered “I don’t work here”.I ended up browsing through the PWC, and found the one I was looking for myself. Checked it out for a bit, and answered my own questions about it through google on my phone.I was ready to purchase and had a list of accessories I wanted along with it so I walked around looking for a rep. I walked up to a desk, who pointed me to another desk, who pointed me to a person, who finally pointed me to another person. These guys had me walking around the store back n forth like a fool, until I got frustrated and stood back over by the sea doo and asked them to send me a sales person.A guy by the name of Amit finally approached me to help, and I told him I want this Sea Doo with a trailer and some accessories. He looked at the sea doo, wrote down a few things and asked us to follow him. We ended up at a desk, at which point he told us that “we’re extremely busy today, so I will have to come back the next day”, or “I will have to wait for a few hours”. I wanted to avoid either option and told him I am ready to buy, just need the numbers from him, and again he replied “I would have to wait a few hours”. He said he can take my information and phone number down and give me a call before the end of the day with numbers, to which I agreed and left disappointed.The day went by, I never heard back from anyone, the next day I tried contacting them again and the person on the phone said they would have someone get back to me. I started texting them on the number I was texted from in the beginning and was speaking with someone by the name of Dezenisa, who took all my information down, “again”. I was told I would hear back the next day, and a week went by without a response.Finally after contacting them several times asking for the same thing, I get a missed call and voicemail from Marty. When I gave him a call back, he asked for the information “again”, and then proceeded to tell me the sea doo I wanted was sold a few days ago.These guys really need to get their stuff together.

I got there, told them I have a bike that only has 1000 miles excellent condition want to trade it in but did not ask for an appraisal. The guy greeted me and I let him know I was interested in a Mt09, and that i know what my bike is worth. However I did not give him a number as to what Im looking for my bike. He then proceeds to walk away from me promptly as if he didnt want to deal with someone who is well informed. (Mind you I went on their webpage to quote my trade) I understand dealers need to sale the bike after they buy one from trade in. Now Im okay with a slight lowball or something reasonable. However without prompting he comes back and says I dont mean to insult you but my manager ran the numbers and the most we can give you is 1200 (my bike sells for private party at 5 - 7 Gs. Now when I ran it through their system earlier it told me that 4500 is what I COULD trade for. Now when we said 1200 I told him that I ran it through the system and he immediately changed his plan of attack and said oh did you print it out because then maybe we can change that number. Come on man I am genuinely not going to knock his attempt because I have been in sales for a long time but please if I tell you I know what i want and i am willing to work with you, dont try and rip me off. I honestly understand how dealers work and all but if you are looking to buy a bike from this dealer make sure that you have all your information and research done.Side note: when you go ask your manager on how to sell someone please make sure your out of earshot because everyone in the showroom heard you asking on how to negotiate with the guy who just walked in. People seem nice enough but they play games with the prices on the bikes.I found a bike I liked. It was a 4 year old model that was still factory new; has not been previously sold.I liked the price....seemed too good to be true actually!And then I was told that it is on special and another $500 off! Im reaching for my wallet and heading to the sales desk.And then the news: oh, and there is the DMV fee, (ok, sounds fair.) CA environmental fees, (ok, more government, what can you do,) oh, and a $1,800 dealer markup.Wait, say what?I laughed and put my wallet away and left.So, if you lower the cost of the vehicle and then raise the markup its not really a good deal. In fact, the bike was the exact same price as the current model year.I started looking around at all the bikes....the ones on special all had the added dealer markup and the standard prices all had $0 markup.Dont play games with me.I will be buying a bike this weekend...it just wont be from here.And on trip #duo.... I ordered some parts for an older bike Im trying to patch back together. Ok, sure...well give you a call on Friday when the parts come in. I have had my Yamaha motorcycle repaired here 2-3 times. They will often try to perform multiple services each costing around $400. You have to narrow down their work to the things you really need and can afford. They seem competent at bike repair. They dont use lower end parts. You might suggest buying them yourself elsewhere.

This place is a joke. Ive been here on multiple occasions and each and every time I am treated with snide attitudes and then overcharged for parts; if they even have the right parts. I brought in a wheel and a new tire to have mounted and balanced. After an hour of waiting, they hand me my stuff back and say Sorry, we dont have the right inner tube for this tire. How about you call up your parts distributor and find one for me? Isnt that their job? Instead I had to go to cycle gear and find the right inner tube and bring it back to them, where they charged me over $60 to mount and balance one lousy tire. Its not worth your time or money to go here; its run by teenagers and old managers who dont want to have to actually work.

Jose the sales person was great, and I had asked for him specifically as he helped me over a year ago when I randomly first visited the store and had a lot of questions about PWC and hadnt been ready to purchase anything then.During the finance portion, I met Laura and Ramiro who helped me get all the paperwork and scheduling of delivery taken care of.This is then where things went a bit off. About 1.5 hours into my delivery window, on Wednesday June 19, I had not received a call from anyone inquiring about where exactly to meet/drop off the vehicle, so I called and Laura mentioned that the driver had called in sick and would not be able to deliver the Jet Ski (so would they have told me this had I not called?) She apologized, after some separate calls and rescheduling, provided me with a $100 gift card and we set a delivery window later in the day.Ramiro, the finance person, drove the Jet Ski to my location. While we both had thought that the warehouse had filled the gas tank, they had not, but fortunately I was close enough to the shore that when I noticed this was able to drift against some reeds. Ramiro went to a gas station, got a canister and gas, met me near the reeds and helped me fuel up enough to get my Jet Ski to my homes dock near the Pittsburg Marina.Im incredibly grateful for Ramiros above and beyond help, and really appreciate the efforts of Jose and Laura. Also the one person I dont want to forget to mention, but do not remember his name, was the sales clerk at the back counter who helped us with our accessories, he was very knowledgeable about all the things we could possibly need and many that came in handy that very delivery day.

Then we did the paper work and they were very very nice up to this point. The second i signed my name on that paper the gentalmen i was with (i think the manager) started to not be the nice happy guy he was and made us wait around for 3 hours saying he couldnt find the last form. They treated me terribly while i was there the rest of the time then they dropped off the bike and said they would give me a quick tutorial on getting the bike going and they just got it off the bike not very gentaly and just left. Worst of all the credit unions they use are scadalace you will end up paying alot more than you owe and i know there is interest but after two years they increase the interest a ton and if you had not paid it off by then it also adds the interest from the past two years you didnt pay on top and in the case of my fathers 15000 bike it was more than 3 grand plus the new interest is way hi I was on yamaha credit if you are going to go thru dont go with that company say no. And as anyone else says there is terrible service for your bikes warranty. There is a group my dad is in that is filing a law suit because they are that bad i wish i had the website. So a summery is they will treat you well till you buy the bike and if your going to get service there your crazy and with all the bad review they obviously were not just having a bad day but were being completely rude. But my experience will tell, they have changed their image to make Customers Happy.After doing my homework by calling dealers around, I just bought a Motorcycle couple weeks back from EAST BAY Motorsports. Below is my journey....I talked to sales rep, Elliot Jr., about the OTD price. He did ask me what others are quoting. I gave him the best quoted price and told him the OTD price I was willing to pay for it. Also made sure the Model I was looking for was available in the store. He did try to tackle me and wanted me to stop by the store first and take it from there.But I was firm on my price and told him, I would only come to the store if he was ready to sell the motorcycle at my OTD price. He checked with his Manager and happily informed that I can get the motorcycle at my OTD price. So there was no space for haggling.When I reached at the store, Elliot Jr. treated us with respect and asked me to check the Model I was looking for. I checked and he got the model correct. Then I wanted to confirm the price and he started the paper work with the OTD price I quoted. He was happy to help me with all questions I had.When I was leaving, he explained all controls on the motorcycles. He also helped me in giving directions for getting home. And they did make sure I was leaving back home with the motorcycle happily and safely. When I was merging on the road, I turned back for checking traffic and I saw 2 guys, I recognized Elliot Jr. waving hands saying, its safe to go.With this experience, I would say EAST BAY MOTORSPORTS is one of the best dealer in BAY AREA with Gorgeous showroom, great customer service and best price for your vehicle.I would definitely recommend them and come back for future purchases

I drove from sacramento, paid CASH for a brand new 2018 FX Cruiser SVHO and trailer $17,800, and was blamed when I told them about an extremely deep scratch on the BOTTOM of the hull i noticed when i got back home. Worked with a salesman all week on purchasing a pre-owned FJR1300. Drove 2.5 hours to seal the deal and when we got there the bike wasnt as described. We new more about the bike than the two salesmen we were working with. The bike had previous damage all around the bike and when we asked what service they had done to the bike, they couldnt say. Pretty much a wash job, batter change and clutch fluid change. There was major drag on the front breaks and the bike was out of alinement. Safety comes first when riding a bike and Buyer Beware Of Buying a Used Bike From Eastbay.Went inside to look at new FJR1300s and after talking to their Yamaha Guy we found out more about the 2 different 2016 model bikes in 10 mins on Google than the salesman could share.Supper disappointed with the salesmanship.Great display of bikes and fair prices, but be on your guard and do your research about your future purchase.

I had ordered a part from them, intially was told it was on back order from japan, 4 week maybe 6 week wait time. The part was in and ready for pickup a week later. They do have a lot of motocycles, atv, watercraft, 4wheel utiliy vehicles, as well helmets, tires riding gear, clothing, etc.

Not particularly excited about this place since their assembly fees is very high, $900 compared to $300 at other places. Sales representative are not particularly knowledgeable about suiting a new rider to his/her bike.

I went to go buy some parts for my rzr here, I was standing in line and a old Chinese guy was helping me but he was very much giving me attitude like I was asking for freebies, he would be watching us like we were going to steal something and it made us very uncomfortable., and his service was really bad seems like he does not want to work or help us I ordered a part for my rzr and he told me he had it then after told me he had to order it.bad service all in all if you go to this store please avoid this person.

Called in to get pricing information on a new crf50, I explained that I was previously quoted $2350 out the door for a new bike that has an msrp of 1599. The sales person Jose who took my call at first said I think they are about 2500 out the door I explained him that I reside in a county with a cheaper sales tax rate and that I was quoted about a month ago $2350 out the door. He placed me on hold, after a pause he said sorry my manager would not sell it for less than 2700, (keep in mind that that suggested manufacturer price is 1599, after sales tax that is $1,724.52+ $75 from DMV and lets add another $30 for electronic filling and we have a total of $1829.52. At the price that they had previously quoted of $2,350, they were already making $520 over their regular earnings on the motorcycle because Im sure they did not pay honda 1599 for the bike. All this to say be very careful with the staff at this store, they will charge way above and beyond the regular price to gouge their customers for their hard earned cash. Do Not Recommend
