I’m very pleased with my Naturopathic Doctor recommending this pharmacy to get my progesterone and estrogen. They provide quality service and products! Early menopause in the 30s brings a lot of uneasiness in the thought of having to take hormones for years in regards to risks, but his confidence in this pharmacy and more brings peace. I have been getting my cats medication here for the past 3 years, and I could not be happier with the product and service theyve provided us. Not only are my cats stomach chews and thyroid syrup tailor-made for her (both are chicken liver flavored so she happily eats them), Earth Compounding Pharmacy sends me reminders for refills, and someone is always available via phone or text to answer my questions. Everyone Ive ever spoken to there is so nice, and its just such a relief knowing my cats health is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Great Earth compounding pharmacy has have the best customer service. It is hard to get the doctors to send in the prescriptions and the refills but Great Earth keeps on calling me to give me the updates and to let me know when they received it or not. They following up with the doctors to make sure it is sent. Their compounding product is top notch. I was told that they make the best compound and I was referred to them by a doctor. They not only have good pharmaceuticals but they also have a selection of vitamins and a consultant to help you with your selection.

I am pleased with the product and service of the Good Earth Pharmacy. They are very attentive to my needs when we discuss my prescription and how I would like to set up my refills. There is no high pressure sales to try something other than my prescription. I appreciate that the compound for my thyroid comes in a gel capsule so no extra filler is needed to make it into a pill. Having the option this way makes it possible for a more accurate T3 and T4 prescription rather than having to accept a premade tablet. I have referred my sister who has thyroid issues (major allergies to many drugs) and her Doctor is reaching out to the Great Earth Pharmacy also.

The staff never fails to be kind and thoughtful when communicating not only about logistics, refills and deliveries - but also when I have extensive questions about medications interactions, reactions, etc.I have a complex medical situation, which can be overwhelming for some pharmacists, but this team never makes me feel like my questions are too much or that I need to hurry through my concerns. Jasmin was an example to all those in customer service careers - she went out of her way to assist me. After having a very busy Friday, she initially said they could not fill my order, and I was devasted since i needed to start on my health journey as soon as possible. What an amazing experience from start to finish! Pharmacies are KNOWN for their ridiculously horrible customer service. Not here! Firstly, they had a medication that SIX other pharmacies were out of....regardless, they said they could compound it if they didnt have it in stock. The staff were super friendly and prices were even lower than the other pharmacies I called. They have some cool products too, I grabbed some Chaga mushroom tea and Oregano oil while I was there and really like the quality, better and cheaper than Whole Foods. Even though its quite a bit of a drive for me, this is my new pharmacy!

I have my dogs meds compounded here, and I really love their customer service. They helped me get her meds refilled promptly when my dog was almost out, and even called the vet to request a new prescription when she ran out of refills to help expedite the process. They always include bottle syringe stoppers to make drawing up the medicine easier and less wasteful for me and enough syringes for the month. Typically if I call in the morning, they’ll have her compounded meds ready later that same day. Other compounding pharmacies I’ve tried have a 2-3 day turn around time. Service in the store is also always prompt and there is plenty of street parking available too. I highly recommend this place!

I love Earth Compounding Pharmacy- they seem to really know how to help a women through menopause. I trust them and so does my naturopath.
