I met Finn during a 1031 exchange which involved multiple purchases. Finn ran an organized, efficient process which Im confident extracted the best options available at the time for me to choose from.Finn allowed me to feel like I was in control from start to finish, as he handled it all for me in a way that kept me involved, but never obligated me to take any action which wasnt at my own choosing.I felt safe and taken care as I completed multiple purchases to satisfy my 1031 exchange. Our trust in each other never waned, and I look forward to one day working with him again.

After looking at our property, Finn created a marketing strategy. He created a 3D image with a drone he operates, took nice pictures, and wrote a great description of the house. He knew exactly how he was going to sell our home. At first I wasnt sure if his strategy would work but decided to leave him alone. I wanted to raise the price of the house but he felt we would get more people looking at it at a lower price. As soon as he put the house on the market we started to get a bidding war. We sold the house in about 3 weeks. We got the best price of all the similar houses in the area. He was able to close escrow in 15 days!Also, Finn managed the tasks we couldn’t take care of since we had already moved out of the house and were no longer in the state. He handled everything — like getting it painted and throwing out some of the things we ended up leaving at the house. He made it so easy for us. The other best thing about Finn is that he’s an honest and kind person. I would recommend him to anybody that wants to sell or buy a home. He also made great suggestions about things that I didn’t even think about when I was looking for a house in a completely different state. He is a great consultant and took great care of us.

Finn was transparent and felt very trustworthy as he helped in my housing search. He was honest in his presentation of prospects, carefully pointing out pros and cons (several I probably would not have realized on my own.) He was very accommodating to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision.

Early Bird Real Estate was a total game-changer in our home search! Before we worked with Early Bird, we were lost and hopeless about ever finding our first property. Finn, our Early Bird realtor, worked with us for more than a year to find our income property/home. In a market of so much uncertainty and bidding wars in Los Angeles, Ca. I had a blessing of a first time homebuyers experience. We were referred to Finn Egan from a close relative and from the first day he has been so informative and helpful. Within the first week he had a list of homes for us to view the following weekend. We decided on the first home we were sold. It was a tricky real estate experience dealing with a probate sell, but in Finn we trust he really stayed on top of the entire buying process. He has plenty of connections for any part of the home buying princess from demolition to remodeling. He also helped us with pre approval that then lead to the actual financing of our home. We our now in the market to Lease out our condo and Finn has agreed to help us get a tenant.My overall experience with Finn is that he is a blessing of a real estate agent. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Egan! He was very patience with us as we looked for the perfect home. We were open to a few different areas and whenever we went to view a property, he knew the history of the home, the area and the surrounding neighborhoods. To us, Egan was very proactive and went above and beyond to make sure we found a house that fit out budget and our aesthetics. Our experience was unmatched!! Finn goes above and beyond. He showed us places in many different areas, as we are moving here cross country and dont know LA at all. When we were ready to pick one he realized we liked the area more than the actual place. He found more options in that area until he found the perfect home for our family. Hes not just a great real estate agent, hes a good person.

As a first-time home buyer, navigating the Los Angeles real estate market is super stressful. That all changed the moment I met and started working with real estate agent Finneus Egan! I couldnt be happier with the result or recommend his services more.Even in our first meeting in his office, he actually took the time to get to know me as a person and made sure that my goals were in line with my financial situation. He was more service than sales right from the start. I could immediately see that he put my interests FIRST and that started a TRUST I had in him and that continued to grow all the way until closing on my first home.Further, he is very knowledgeable. Take for example the real estate contracts, there are a lot of contracts to sign when buying a house. Trying to understand them all made me nervous because Im not a lawyer and I didnt want to make a mistake. Finneus knew the contracts inside and out! He took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable moving forward at every stage. It turns out he has taken classes and studied the contracts in depth...and it shows!Hes also a great negotiator, knows the market, and got me a price I was comfortable with paying for my home. Finn was very professional and thorough through out the whole process. He did a lot more for me and my husband then i expected. Always quick with responses, texting, calls, on time to showings etc. He kept us informed through every step of the way. We’re very thankful to have meet him and can’t wait to purchase more properties in the near future with him.
