While weve always had great success in the courtroom its been difficult to get clients to take the time to post reviews online. Client reviews are very important to new clients who must rely on the internet to find a good lawyer. If your business model is to keep your clients happy, prove it with their testimonials. I also ask my Spanish speaking clients for reviews in their own language so people know I speak Spanish fluently. We have over 30 years in business in San Diego, a healthy repeat customer base, and commitment to excellent work and customer service, but our great reviews were not showing up and following best practices, we did not aggressively seek out reviews. I’m a partner in a family owned and operated law firm in the San Fernando Valley. You never know if a sales person is just being a sales person. Its awesome when a product stands up to its hype. Dymic did exactly what we wanted, which was to increase our 5 star reviews and dilute the one sided complaints. Were not a bad business - its just only the people who had a bad experience taking the initiative to write a review. We increased our 4 and 5 star reviews from about 1 every two months to 1 every week. Pretty good for our type of business.
