Horrible service. Took my money never got any food customer service sucks and it’s going to take two to 3 business days now I have to figure it out . Hope this business closes down soon

The other reviews are correct. DO NOT order from this app. It declined my card twice and my order did not even go through. However, my card got charged twice!! When I called customer service, the wise guy said that usually happens when the card info is put incorrectly. If that is the case, then why did my card get charged?... twice. By the way, the card is far from being maxed out. Complete waste of my lunch break.

Terrible experience and poor customer service. First and last time using. After 1 hour 45 minutes, and multiple calls to the restaurant, I called Dylish to cancel the order. They said it was their policy that they wont cancel or refund an order if the restaurant refuses to cancel an order. Time to return to GrubHub.

If I could put a negative amount of stars I would. This company just charged my card $44 twice and the order didn’t even go through to the restaurantThe restaurant said they didn’t even get my order. Had to call dylish and his lame excuse was that my card information was incorrect!? Then how would my bank allow the charge if the information was incorrect? $88 taken from my balance so obviously it was a glitch on your awful cheap website .. MAKES NO SENSE ..AND I was told it will be 2-3 days to release my money back into my accountAND NONE of the funds went to the restaurant I was trying to order from so I have to spend ANOTHER $44 to get dinner for my family.Worst company I have ever dealt with do not use them. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Dylish is way better than Post-mates, GrubHub, Door Dash, Etc. My food arrives right on time or it never gets lost when I order. Every time I have a question or concern, I can always count on their customer support team because they go above and beyond for their customers satisfactions. They dont ignore your calls or have a out-mated robot /system where it wont transfer your call to a real person. Those other 3rd parties, procrastinate with orders, returning calls back, and refunds. Those companies made me feel like they only care about money

The software is easy to use and the design is simplified for people who arent very tech savvy like myself.Theyre very responsive toward any and all my questions. I prefer this over any of the other apps like Uber eats since they offer more options in my area.

I definitely appreciate a start up trying to make it but this service doesn’t make sense. I regret using it. It assigned an order to postmates... I didn’t have an update for the driver, an ability to contact anyone or see status updates. It was like using Postmates without any of its features. In the future I will just use the service that Dylish would assign to the order. There is really no point to having a middle man that gives you less information.

Order was completely wrong though name and numbee was on the order print out. I dont know how that could happen since ordering through Dylish was easy. The order confirmed and order received..not a single item or quantity was correct..so disappointing.

I recently had an order issue with the restaurant I ordered from and it really surprised me how their customer service stepped in and help rectify my issue. I’ve never had that happen with Postmates.

As a restaurant owner who uses the software, I like the tipping feature. It allows the customers to tip both restaurant workers and drivers for great service.
