2024-05-21 16:00:42Because of changes to my router I needed a lot of help to use my phone SEVERAL DYL tech support people tried to help but only ABEED was able to help get me up and runningABEED is great and saved the day for me. Excellent customer tech support

2023-10-17 14:44:08Abeed absolutely crushed it this morning helping us troubleshoot a phone issue. We got locked out of being able to make changes but this guy knew what he was doing! Glad to have Abeed on the team supporting us at DYL! They have been a fantastic partner to our agency!

2019-03-07 17:32:11We LOVE DYL! It has streamlined our day to day operations and opened up more time for us to do what we came to do, SELL!We utilize the Campaign Feature daily. Uploading our lead lists and having them automatically called has shaved hours a week off of my producers dial time. They are now able to call on average 30 more contacts on any given day as they no longer have to manually dial the numbers which has truly allowed them to hit their goal of 80 contact calls per day.The Calendar Scheduling Feature is another one we use constantly. Setting appointments that automatically call the customer at the time they are expecting has promoted that we are an agency of our word and we will call you back when we say we will. Our Customer Retention Rate has gone up 7 percent since switching to DYL as it manages my customer review schedule as well as my sales follow ups.DYL has truly empowered my staff and I to be able to be more efficient, punctual with follow-up, and generally happier while in the office. I feel that DYLs impact on my business is truly immeasurable and it has become an irreplaceable part of it. Top notch work and I cannot thank you enough for the boost your product has given my business.

2019-07-02 23:45:27I have been with DYL for three weeks. Horrible on-boarding experience. A technical guy set my phones up and that was it. I never got any instruction, training, or education on using the system. Phones have been awful. Calls come in and we cant answer them. I have talked to DYL technical support daily multiple times with problems. I came current getting a URL calling is disabled message on seven of my 4 phones. . I want the last three weeks of my life back! I am calling my sales rep and all of a sudden he is MIA . This is costing me money and most important MY TIME!!!

2022-05-09 22:33:22Its the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no Customer Service. They promise the world when reaching out to you and when offering their service. But they simply dont deliver. It was such a terrible company to work with that I decided to terminate my $700 subscription, port out my numbers to another phone company that offered the same type of service buy 10x cheaper - and guess what, I wasnt able to Port out MY OWN NUMBER. I got bounced from department to department, spending HOURS in the phone to hopefully reach somebody that would solve the problem, and nobody, absolutely nobody cooperated. They essentially kept MY NUMBER, which is essential to my business because its the number I use for all my marketing campaigns, and their solution was in order to port out your number you have to re-activate your account and pay ANOTHER $700. My suggestion to the public is simple: Dont use DYL. Save yourself time & money. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

2016-07-11 03:39:13I wish my agency began our relationship with DYL earlier than we did. DYL has increased the volume of prospects we can effectively handle and helps us maintain contact with them through the sales cycle. The program has an intuitive interface we adapted to immediately, and their customer service provided us tremendous attention as we switched platforms and continues to help immediately when needed.I have never second-guessed my decision to move to DYLs entire suite of products and never considered moving since coming over. BIG THANKS to Matt, Nick, Jared and the entire DYL team for their contribution to my Agencys success!!!

2019-10-23 17:54:21Absolutely fantastic system but with one major, major Achilles heel and that is actually having the phones work, not the hardware but actually phone service. With a business dependent on phones, you cant wait on site maintenance all the time. I do not wish to switched my VOIP provider but have to due to dependability...if the kinks can be worked out, I am more than happy to be back

2019-04-03 00:14:46Dont be fooled by the five star reviews that are actively solicited by DYL at the start of service. I had DYL for about 3 years. Phones went down 4-5 times for 4- 8 hours per time during any given year. DYLs arbitrary rules regarding refunds contribute to a client environment that promotes disgust towards this company. DYL is a company that obsessively holds on to payments and sees them as guaranteed profits never to be lost, instead of seeing them as a good effort on the customers part to do businesses. The policy guidelines state that refunds are available as an option, at the discretion of DYL, though it always seems that it is never in the companys interest to do so and maintain the the satisfaction of existing or post customer, further guaranteeing that they will have fewer and fewer old client leads that want to work with DYL in the future again. I cannot recommend DYL to any one. In fact, I will proactively steer customers away from this poorly run company to more robust, respectable and reputable companies such as ringcentral, 8x8 or bridge.
