My mom found DWES Enterprise on Google while searching for carpet cleaners last year. She hired Darryl to clean the carpet in the mobile home she was moving out of. She had 2 cats and a dog and he did an amazing job. She recommended him when I moved out of my apartment. He did another wonderful job cleaning the living room carpet and upstairs bedroom. Price was reasonable as well. I just wish I had him clean my couch and some chairs I had before moving out of the area. Thank you!

I have used the big guys such as Coit, for carpet, rug, and furniture cleaning, and it was hit or miss. Darryl has been consistent, professional, on time, and has done a great job year in and year out. Our five-year-old carpet still looks like new under his care!

Darryl came out for carpet cleaning and tile. He came to the house to look over the job and gave me a reasonable (but not the lowest) quote. He was here promptly on our scheduled time and did a great job with the carpets and tile. My white grout actually looks white and not black anymore! The next day several stains appeared in one of the carpets he cleaned. He came out the next day, treated the stains (old animal urine) and cleaned it right up. Very thorough and professional. Would recommend!

Responsive via his website, which is great BTW and why we elected to go with him since he has so many videos of him in action. Great price, was super curteous, made a massive difference in the carpets (we have pets). All of them looked like new. His van is emmaculate which tells you allot about Darryl, he produces amazing results at a competitive price.He is also a local small business owner, we need more like him and less of the big brands/chains taking over. High standards and customer services always come from the SMB in our backyard.We will be bring him back to help is summer with more cleaning.

My one-year-old puppy did quite a job on the carpet in our family room. Darryl came in and within 2 hours, had it looking almost new! He thoroughly explained each step in the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I cant recommend him enough!

We used DWES to clean a large area of travertine tile in our entry and throughout our house, as well as to clean our master bath shower. We had ground-in dirt in the grout as well as in the natural stone. Darryl showed up on time and communicated well throughout the process of giving us a bid and doing the actual work. He was very thorough and professional, and we are extremely pleased with the results.

Our condo use this service. I am one of the owner of the property. I have to run hurry up for a meeting and the DWES enterprise car parked right in front of my driveway. I wait a few minutes and nobody really move it. Then I call the num on the car several times, nobody reply. Txt the message, nobody reply.Finally, someone come to move the car, I told the guy he shouldnt block the way, and I am late for my meeting due to his blocking, there are many public parking places.I am so surprised how rude the service man is. He said, he wont move to public parking and if you are unsatisfied, please call 911. I finally got moved away, but this service is really rude and get people very upset.I finally called 911 and because I am not sure the guy is still there or not, the police asked me to stay there if this situation happens again. (photo is showing their service car is right block our driveway, but refuse to move to public parking place)So depending on their attitude and how bad they treat people, for sure, I wont suggest his service.

He clearly demonstrated his expertise (even catching a mislabeled fabric on one rug), recommending the best solution for our urine-stained rugs (pet sitter gone wrong!). Very late review, but Darryl cleaned the carpets in my new condo before we moved in. We had some furniture at the place already, but we needed the carpets for the entire place cleaned. He accommodated to us moving the furnitures from one half of the room to another so that all the carpets can be cleaned. He did a good job at cleaning all the carpets and did it really fast.We live on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building and the pipe needed to perform the cleaning was at its limits. We were worried that it wasnt going to reach. I really appreciated how Darryl made sure to make it work and that he was able to get the carpet cleaning done that day.Thank you for your awesome work Darryl!

He even texted me when he was on his way. The price was very reasonable considering he was coming from Redwood City. Our carpet had a a lot of pet stains (I know gross 🤮) but it looks amazing now!! The team was prompt to the 9am arrival and immediately started getting to work tackling the 3 Bed / 2 Bath 1350sqft.When the team was completed, the house was 100% ready for my final walkthrough with my landlord and they were very happy with the status of the house and overall cleanliness.Darryl also stopped by to check in on the work & team even though I was not having my carpets cleaned this time; instead, Darryl helped arrange carpet replacement with my landlord and had his carpet partner rip out all the carpet during the cleaning window, so Darryl was also checking in on that process and validating I was satisfied.The entire team from the carpet partner to the cleaning crew was amazing, prompt and delivered a great result for myself and my landlord. Our tenant moved out leaving the unit dirty so my husband called DWES since they have 5 star ratings. Darryl answered the call even it was already after work hours which is great. He came in the next day. He did good on the most part but missed some areas like the closet shelf in one room which was left dusty, the top of the ceiling fan blades were not touched (only the visible part was cleaned), window blinds were dusted but still grainy to touch. Kitchen area is good. Maybe my expectation is a little too high with deep cleaning.

Darryl scheduled the appointment on a very short notice when Stanley Steamers tried to scam us. He gave us a quote on the phone that he stuck by unlike Stanley Steamers. I asked Google to list carpet cleaning companies. Several carpet companies were listed and I began to read through the different ones.DWES Enterprise stood out from the rest. The pictures demonstrated to me that this company was organized and professional.I called DWES Enterprise and Darryl answered the phone. He was very professional and explained his service. He offered me an estimate and said hed finalize the price once he saw the condition of the carpets of each room. He setup an arrival time with me between 10am-12pm and would notify me a half hour before arrival. Darryl is a person of his word. He was on time!Darryl arrived in his red van and parked. Ive used several carpet and upholstery cleaning companies in the past, and I can state that DWES Enterprise has quality equipment and you can see he takes pride in his tools. The van is kept neat, and so far my original expectations for DWES Enterprise were on target. I was hoping his work was just as good.My spouse and I had moved all the furniture into the kitchen to facilitate the cleaning the night before. Darryl came in and made his assessments, and confirmed the estimated price. That to me really demonstrated that DWES Enterprise really new their trade. If you describe the condition of your carpets and upholstery accurately, you will get an accurate estimate from Darryl.We left our home to do some errands and left our home in what we knew were Darryls capable hands. He went to task and we left. I told him to let us know when he was getting close to finishing so we could return as he finished and not abuse of his time.I received a text from Darryl that he was starting to wrap things up. My biggest concern when it came about getting my carpet clean was the pet stains and odor. I came across DWES enterprise and im very glad that I did. I sent pictures of my carpet and the stains I need special attention due to my pet. He gave me quote and I automatically made an appointment. He made last minute arrangements to squeeze me in before my new furniture was delivered. He used a special equipment to remove the pet stain & oder. Its helpful to also let him know what type of stains you have since he has different products for specific type of stains. Then he finished to process to clean my entire carpet with another equipment. Final touches my carpet turn out great! I will definitely call DWES in the future and recommend his service. This was his second job fir me. The last was a couch. This time he cleaned and sealed all of our stone countertops and a tile floor. We are so pleased with the outcome! He cleaned and buffed out a bad stain made by my husband ( husband spilled something acidic). That was way better than replacing the tile.We will be calling EWS for all of our tough cleaning needs. He’s probably not the lowest cost but he’s definitely delivering the highest quality.

Dog odor GONE!!!! Couldn’t believe what his Shark Stratus vacuum pulled out of my 2 high pile area rugs. And I vacuumed right before he got there. He vacuumed before steam cleaning. Never had a company do this before.

I would definitely recommend DWES for home or auto detailing. I emailed for a quote early morning for a same day detail for my car because I spilled speghetti sauce all over the my floor. I tried using soap and water but it didnt work for me so I urgently needed help... I received a response within 1 hour and he had my car smelling fresh and clean 3 hours after my quote. They gave me a coupon for next time and I used it for my appartment, I got my 2 bed rooms done with a hallway .. Another amazing job... Darryl is very detail oriented. Had him install a Bluetooth device on my 2014 Cadillac Escalade so I could stream music. He didnt like the microphone clip that came with the product so he looked through his own inventory to see if he had something better. While running the cable for the mic, he pointed out some pre-existing loose fabric to make sure I dont try and come back later and blame him for it. I like that attention to detail because I know hes a trustworthy dude. Definitely have plans to get a full car detail in the spring, before I sell. Highly Recommend Darryl for all of your car and carpet services.

Great experience over all! They worked with me to squeeze me in earlier than I had expected. They were responsive and have competitive rates. Showed up on time and communicated when they were on their way. Additionally, they were very professional and followed strict COVID protocol without having to ask.
