Heather Wong is the finest real estate agent my wife and I have ever worked with in the sale of a home (and we have been involved in the sale of eight homes during our lifetimes). She gave us wise advice re the pricing our home, helped us with negotiations, and saved us from spending money on (what proved to be unnecessary) incentive schemes—even when those incentive schemes could have benefitted herself. She attended open house after open house herself and gave us prompt reports. She also took care of a wide variety of tasks on our behalf, saving us from having to make a 4+ hour round trip from our current home. She did all this while always having a pleasant, positive, and upbeat personality. I cannot say enough about her services. If you are considering using her services, stop considering it, engage her, and consider yourself lucky.
