Dutch Bros is gonna be our favorite place to get our coffee, teas, frappe or smoothie going forward. The sizes are big, the prices are cheap, and the drink possibilities are endless. Heres the thing - look at the menu online before you arrive. They have 100s of customizations. They can make any flavor combo you want. It also has 2 drive thrus going in opposite directions which makes the wait time bit less. The staffs here are always so happy and full of energy. We ordered Golden eagle - Blended with vanilla, caramel drizzle on top and no whipped cream & salted caramel breve with no whipped cream. Both the drinks were amazing. We will be coming back to try other delicious drinks soon. A must try if you havent already. 👏👍🥳

Unbelievable. Employees coming out in the line to talk to people in the car and literally holding up the line, no cars in the front. Dutch bros management get on this. Your employees are careless, rude, and not working. Check your cameras for 6/14/24 at 11:55pm-12:10am. You’ll see for yourself.

Sheldon Dutch is THE BEST Dutch Bros in town!! No matter what part of town I am in, I will go out of my way to stop here for a drink rather than go anywhere else. The employees are extremely friendly, and kind, and patient, and always pleasant to talk to when they have the time. Seriously the most awesome customer service and friendliest crew!

We are from the Midwest so we hadn’t tried Dutch Bros before, but we had it twice while in Sacramento. Really inventive flavors (like snickerdoodle and German chocolate)! You can apply those to any base: iced coffee, hot coffee, hot cocoa, or frozen/blended. Overall we would definitely recommend.The only downside for us was that the nitro cold brew comes with ice, which we didn’t expect, and that means you get a lot less actual coffee!

Great drinks, friendly workers, fun atmosphere, fast lines, what more can I say? Ive bought so many drinks from this place that the workers are starting to recognize me. 🤣 Almost everyone Ive introduced this place to has fallen in love with at least one of their beverages. Great place to go for a drink especially with friends, family, or even a date.

This has been the slowest service ever, with only five cars ahead waiting over 35 minutes. Cant get out of line to many cars behind us. I dont know if short staff today. But say something to that. A little communication goes a long way. Car in front of was allowed to add more drinks to order atthe window. I had to leave without drinks.

Tried Dutch Bros Coffee for the very first time yesterday, and I must say, I will DEFINITELY return! This new location has two drive thrus, cutting down on wait time and congestion (the reason I was always unable/unwilling to brave the other E.G. Location). When the young woman taking orders found out it was my first visit, she was very patient and willing to make suggestions based on my preferences. The cashier was probably the most pleasant person I have ever experienced in a customer service role. I was the very first Pumpkin Pie order of the day and she politely asked me to try it to ensure that I loved it (which, I did). My coffee was made quickly, was very well priced ($4.25 for 16 ounces) and was DELICIOUS!!!

Usually not as full as the other Sacramento locations, but even when they are jam packed, their setup is well equipped to deal with a line of cars and youre not hanging out in the street. And even super busy, they had us in and out in a very short amount of time. Love this location!

Used to be my favorite location. Im here everyday and sometimes twice a day.Only place with 2 lanes but they always close the second now. Lines are 14+ and takes nearly 30 min. For a single cup of coffee. No longer go to this location, its not worth the wait for a coffee! Waste of a second lane to be closed! I like getting coffee drinks, and those were tasty enough. I have tried a few teas and some sips of the energy drinks - not a fan of all the flavoring but I know other people who do like them. This is probably my favorite dutch Bros location. They are always super helpful with recommending certain drinks. The lines get very long here during peak hours but youll never be waiting in the street like other locations. The lines are also well managed and they make it difficult for line cutters

Their parking lot set up and customer service needs improvement. I followed their signs and waited in line for the employee taking orders to get to me. Right as he was at the last car another car cut through and pulled in front of me and the employee immediately walked over to their car and started helping them. Their coffee is usually good, when its made correctly, but not good enough to deal with that and have to wait even longer.

I ordered and paid for a medium drink, I get to the window and they made a small. Instead of making me a new one and giving the small away like they usually do. The girl shamelessly pours the small drink into the medium cup and fills it with ice and some milk. right in front of me, so instead of getting a my medium drink which again, is what I PAID for, I get iced milk. Now I don’t know how challenging it must be to make a drink, but if I wanted iced milk, I’m sure I could’ve managed to put that together at home. now I have to buy Starbucks every morning instead of Dutch bros bc I am extremely petty and I don’t even like Starbucks but idc it’s the principle of it all you know ? Visited Sacramento for Aftershock Festival and decided to check out what the Dutch Bros hype is all about! Not disappointed! Starting with the in-n-out style service with our order taken by a nice guy with great customer service, to the well laid-out two lane drive thru, and the super nice barista with a huge smile, excellent!The drink sizes are bigger! I always like coming here because the service is quick. The employees are extremely friendly and they are playing good music. The coffee is delicious and they definitely help you out if you dont know what to order. They also have freezes, lemonades, hot cocoa and kids drinks. The coffee isnt great and most of theyre drinks are too sweet for me, though they will try to make it to your desired taste. Youre not going to find a great cappuccino or espresso here but if youre looking for liquid dessert than this is your place.

I like that they have larger cup sizes than the Siren. This particular location has two drive thru lanes facing opposite directions. I noticed the wait times are incredibly shorter because of this. Accidentally discovered this location (call me Columbus) and it’s only 7 minutes from where I leave! PROBLEM!! I love Dutch Bros., never had a drink I didn’t like. I prefer the Christmas Morning or Caramel Apple Smoothie but you can’t go wrong. I suggest looking up the secret menu on google. Oh yeah, be prepared to chat while you wait for your drinks. Always good for a coffee fix, I dont think Ive seen them serving plain black coffee so be warned about that. I will say they serve a good shot of espresso blended in with different flavors of your choosing. If there is a line, it goes relatively fast. Just make sure you have your order ready because I have noticed they will walk to your car and take your order if the line is long that way they can get the line going faster. I dont think that happens all the time but I know it does when its been crowded.

I always love the experience at Dutch Bros. Mornings are rough and the last thing you need before your morning coffee is rude customer service. Which is why Dutch bros is my go-to. Ive only come to Dutch Bros twice. The first location I went to in Citrus Heights had a long line but the workers there were very friendly and seemed to be working hard to keep customers happy and the line moving smoothly. I visited this location today, while it had a ridiculously long line, I was hopeful for a similar experience and ordered an Iced Mocha (closest thing to a regular iced coffee per the associate). When I finally got to the window, the girl asked if I had The Hot Drink. No Ive got an Iced Mocha she checks her computer and asks and you had a cold brew too? Nope, just one mocha she checks her computer again and then asks if she gave me a straw yet.. then minutes later I hear her ask someone if they could make my iced mocha after I had already been at the window for almost 5 minutes.. when I got my beverage, I found that its just straight up chocolate milk and I wasnt about to wait through that line again. Perhaps this disorganization is the reasoning behind these excessively long lines for a underwhelming product.. someone please help them!

Over all I would say it was a good experience. The lacking star is due to the delay in acknowledging us at the window. I know, I know, Dutch Bros is primarily based on drive up customers. But we waited at the window for some time amd then I attempted to get someones attention by vocally announcing our existence. It still took a few tries and a little time to see a human.Other than that, the coffee was good and they have outside seating. Well kept and pleasant.

I dont usually drink coffee, but when I do, its Dutch Brothers. I wish there were more locations. Maybe on the I-5 side *hint hint*. This location consistently has the longest lines and wait times of all the other Dutch Bros. Probably because its the closest one to all the homes out on the fringes. Staff always manage to keep the wait times down, all while keeping a smile on their face.

It’s really good, super nice and fast.I’m lactose intolerant or should I say allergic, so I ordered a Carmel frappe, Double shot, with soy milk, no whip.Now the last two times, I got drinks from them, my stomach was jacked up about a half hour later, for several days.I have never had this happen before but I usually go to Starbucks.My husband is not lactose nor Does he have a dairy allergy, but he also had a horrible stomach ache.😢 love them but not worth the stomachache and days of queasy upset stomach.

The frequency of my visits to Dutch bros is mildly concerning.. I should probably consider an intervention or meetings or something. The coffee and the rebel fruit things are amazing. Everyone is very nice but be warned they will make very awkward conversation with you while you wait for your drink.

This is the second opening in the area and it competes and beats it sister store. Both are hamds down the best coffee and service in the entire city. The staff is always helpful and eager to share the menu and hidden menu among personal favorites. I was a die hard sbucks person until I had my first drink here, after that I cut up my gold club standing and never looked back.

Normally, I would never say anything bad about Dutch Bros but was on the way back to Stockton, Saturday, October 16th, stopped to get beverage for drive home. Ordered a small Toasted Mellow Not so Hot and a large drinkable Snickerdoodle Chai, extra cinnamon & with Whip & cinnamon sprinkles. Cocoa was perfect. But the Snickerdoodle Chai was cold. Could go back because I didnt taste the Chai until I got onto Hwy99. Drank the cocoa on the way. And ended up heating the Chai in microwave when I got home. Please note, even though ordered drinkable the Chai should have been Hot/Warm & drinkable...it wasnt even warm at all. Was quite disappointed. Only about 1000 times better than Starbucks, and thats really saying something because Im a hardcore Starbucks fan.The service was fast and pleasant even though they were very busy, and now I know why. They actually made me a frappaccino when I wanted a hot coffee, but they gave me the frapp as well as giving me a couple bucks off. I drank them both. I think a small tsunami was forming in my stomach from the hot and cold coffees being swirled around down there.Both drinks totalled a whopping 10 shots of espresso. Needles to say I was up for about a week, but well worth it.

Ive never had a bad experience with any Dutch Bros, but this morning while ordering at the walk up window I was I was appalled at the girl at the window.First I waiting patiently for someone to recognize that I was there, (5 cars had pulled up and recieved their drinks while I was waiting to be noticed) then when she did notice me she already seemed upset that she had to stop what she was doing to take my order.I told her exactly what I wanted and she made it so complicated. Driving dangerously at night and playing music excessively loud after 10pm is not only against city ordinance, but also disrespectful of the people who live nearby. Young lady that served me was quite rude to myself and my wife. Messed up our order completely. Then proceeded to charge my card twice, when i called her on it she said that nothing she can do. So left very upset. Wheni checked my account i found out she charged me 3 times i turned my car around called the manager he apologized and told me he was sorry my experience and that his shift leaderwould handle it. When i arrived the shift lead Larissa argued with me about the charges she said that would come off the following day and after about 20 minutes of arguing with her she claimed to give me a refund. She didnt. When i checked my account all 3 chargers went through. So after 3 or 4 tries i finally got in touch with zack again he was very helpful and apologetic he fully refunded me and give me some coupons.but after that happened it soiled my interest in this company Im gonna go back to starbucks and old soul .
