I am painting my 1904 craftsman and was so overwhelmed with what colors to pick. Miranda and the staff at Dunn Edwards was so helpful and took the time to show me different options and do some sample work ups so I could have a better idea of what to do. They were awesome and loved the plans she came up with. We started painting this week and its looking great.Thanks to the team at Dunn Edwards for helping with the process.

I work for hotel on Route 66 and this is 2nd time it has happen. I call that store yesterday at 2:40 pm and place an order with Tim and I gave him my credit card over the phone to charge and i even mention to him that my staff will come and pick it up. They charge my card and Tim said fine. Today, this morning my staff went to pick it up and he gave the name of the business, and they refuse him. When I call them, the lady picks up the phone and explain to her as I have lost my voice and it was so hard to speak with them over the phone and explain that why my staff was refused. Tim the manager he said what was the name of the business, it was Glendora store and I have to provide him again all the info. They found my product and Tim instead of owing the mistake made by his staff, he was laughing at me over the phone. Who made him a manger so rude. You are laughing at your customer who has been ordering paint from that particular store since they open. He mentions that he starts at 8:30 am and his other manager said no one came. This not the first time I had this experience. One I order paint by calling store at 6:00 am and I was there 30 minutes later, and the person had no idea about my order, and they have to look for the paint and they could not find the paint because they were out of stock. I waited for 10 minutes and thats when they realized. Service is bad. Tim needs better training for his position. I went to Sherwin Williams to buy paint.

Went to the store today to pick up paint for our house the girl at the counter started to help us and then another woman came back that had just left and she started helping her, no big deal she said she would be with us in a minute so we walked over started looking at paint waited and waited and then all of a sudden the girl comes walks by us walked out of the store does not say one word to us goes and sits at the table in front of the store on her phone so I told my husband let’s just leave so we walk outside and my husband tells her that that was very poor business practices she completely ignored him acted like she didn’t hear him kept looking at her phone and then finally looked up and said I’m on my break I was just completely dumbfoundedWill never attempt to do business with this store again !!!!!!!!!!Posted a picture of her!!!!!!

Excellent customer service. Tim Albios helped me select the right type of paint and supplies for my job. Other staff are consistently helpful too. Paint is high quality.

I loved some paint I had and wanted to buy some more. The ckerk was less than helpful in finding me a similar product since they no longer carried it. I wanted their proprietary branded acrylic gloss paint in Swiss Coffee. My can was labeled for Indoor/outdoor use. Low VOC. Self leveling water based gloss. The paint was awesome. No brush stokes on drywall. Very quick drying, too. They did not even carry any gloss paints in the store at all.I called their corporate office customer service in City of Commerce. I left 3 detailed messages begging for help finding their gloss paint to finish my job. I never got one call returned. Shamefully they have a great product. Either their employees dont value their jobs, or the employer doesnt value its employees. No one cares.

Good little store. They have most everything for painting at the professional level. All supplies are available at what I observed to be fair prices considering they are a specialty shop. Id go back. It was very clean as well.

The girls working the counter are friendly and helpful. Always going the extra mile for me. My home base for. DE. Small wait simetimes tho.

Very professional. I had a formula that part of it on the label was rubbed off. Rather then chance a mistake when I offered a guess, they took the extra time to call their Hq. BTW...I guessed wrong!!!
