The donuts are ok and the coffee is fine. But the service is pretty bad. I was waiting to order a few donuts but another person walked in and they went straight to him to take his order. Im pretty sure I must be invisible.

Good service. I usually try chai latte a lot from this location and hash browns are yummy. And they are great combination with chai latte. I tried break fast items as well dine-in, sometime they are very crowded.

It was in the airport in Ontario California, and the cashier that fixed my coffee did an excellent job, because the coffee was delicious. I also visited another Dunkin donuts location the same day, and the coffee was exactly the same spot on. Good job Dunkin donuts keep it up. Cost of donuts is a little high though but I guess that is to be expected.

As someone from Orange County, I don’t know why anyone eats here. There are so many other great homemade donut options nearby. Dunkin are always stale and processed and they aren’t even cheaper. Skip it and eat a real donut from a local business.

I love this location so much! Service is always incredible and quick, especially at the drive thru. Food and drinks always taste amazing and the staff is very understanding if I need to change something about my order. This has become my go-to place to get some quick and delicious food!

I really hate to give low reviews but Im extremely upset this morning. Its my sons birthday today and he specifically requested dunkin donuts this morning. I placed the order last night and this morning the order was delivered but without the donuts!! That was the main thing he wanted and was excited for. Weve had small issues with this location before too, but I always let it go and kept going back. But now Im just going to find another donut shop.

I came in this evening curious about the Dunkin brand, and I left agitated . The seating outside is 5 stars, that is fun and plenty of seatingThe food though? Zero if allowable. The donuts were stale. There is no way Ben Affleck is actually consuming the product that hes paid to be the spokesperson for.Im not one to ask for my money back, I just leave and dont return. Why specialize in donuts when they are obviously old? Mom and Pop donut shops are far superior than the commercialized of Dunkin . Employee seemed annoyed and rather be talking non work gossip to her co workers.Please tell your employees, whomever the franchisee owner is, show how to give good guest service, because its lacking here .

I ordered on Saturday, January 6th at 6:10 and was greeted by a teenager that obviously does not want to be working here. Not only that, this person was talking on the phone, A PERSONAL CALL WHILE AT WORK. She also took even longer to give us our order to continue to talking on the phone. Absolute horrible experience. I’m surprised how this establishment is still open when it’s run my incompetent high schoolers. The people managing this establishment has to do something about this.

Well this my 1st time at this location.Although my brother was suggesting other coffee chain, I said let give Dunkin Donuts a try.And I instantly regretted that decision.The only bright side was taste of our coffeesService was the worst and they did there best in giving so.1st of all they gave a coffee which was dripping out of the cup and when we were asked about hot sleeve, the response was “sorry we are out” .honestly I don’t get that response even in a convince store and that was my brother’s coffee story.And coming to my coffee, I mention easy on ice and they said sure during taking the order.But gave me half cup coffee Ce anyway. Surprisingly coffee was only filling not completely.I guess management should start working on there staff to give at least basics of people skills.Will sure I won’t make this decision of going back again.

I was helped by a nice young girl, 100% good service from.her, I didnt mind the 15 min waiting time, the problem is that when I got my drink the big lady that works there told me to go to other location as they have more staff. Sorry that theyre short on work force but Im just a customer buying a cup of coffee. And the coffee tasted just like water with ice. Theres the coffee cup 😔

Dunkin down for the count today. I walked in this morning and immediately realized there could be a problem with so many customers waiting and the behind the counter and operating staff standing around with dazed looks on their faces. Matter of fact, I saw one employee prod another employee to take my order at the register. I ordered my customary donuts and hot chocolate, with whipped cream, and waited for my order to be processed. As customers cancelled their orders some had waited 35 minutes or more, I was finally approached by somebody who asked what I had ordered. After about 10 minutes I walked out and although the donuts were good, the Hot chocolate, unfortunately, reminded me of dirty dishwater and was tasteless. For almost $3.50 you would expect better at least a glimmer of whipped cream! Here is a hint to management. Communicate with your customers! Tell them you are having equipment problems and there will be delays and for those who can’t wait offer a refund and the possibility of a credit for their next purchase. People understand that “S” happens. What they don’t understand is not being told. It’s called training or you will lose more customers than you lost today.

Servers dont listen, i have to keep repeating order. And clean up the trash outside once in a while. Got to work and they had chopped all the bagels in half instead of slicing, who does that? Last tine i went i had to repeat order twice. Had to wait because only 1 employee at walk in while 4 employees stood around talking at drive up window. No parking, had to park in neighboring center and walk back.

I ordered ahead for drive thru. when i got there there was a small line, no biggie, maybe 4 or 5 cars. should be fast right? no, took around 30 minutes. the food i ordered was stale and cold. my cold brew with cold foam was horrible and the line took so long my foam disintegrated into my coffee, they couldn’t add more? or wait until i pulled up and put it on fast? it looked like the people in the drive thru were just goofing off and talking to each other and like they had no idea what they were doing. very horrible start to my morning.

This is one of my favorite locations! They have never gotten my order wrong. Very rarely do they not have something available (I always order a caramel macchiato or a refresher). The staff is very nice. The inside is nice and clean and has a bunch of seating available.On a personal note, I would not consider Dunkin Donuts, in general, to have the best quality donuts or iced coffee around; I know theyre not great so I dont order them, therefore Im not disappointed 🤷🏼‍♀️They do have good muffins though.

Needs new management and a new team. Placed a walk in mobile order only to get there to doors being locked and to be told to get in long drive through line when my order was ready on the counter. I always place mobile pick up order because the speed of service and service in general is horrendous. I left without my order. I was not going to wait 1 hour to get my order that was ready in the lobby on counter.

Edit 9/3/21: Im adjusting my previous review not to be cruel but in hopes a manager/owner will see this and make changes because I really do want to keep coming here.I feel this Dunkin Donuts is starting to go downhill. They constantly run out of things; i.e Peach Passionfruit, seasonal items, hashbrowns etc. Constantly claim they r understaffed so they stop serving hot food during rush time, the reason I come is to eat their breakfast. Its getting to the point where the only reason I come here is for the reputation they used to have. I constantly (80% of the time) have to check my order and get out and go inside the store because they messed something up, like: gave me pork sausage instead of turkey (Im allergic to pork), didnt give me extra cheese but charged me for it anyway. This defeats the purpose of going to drive-thru. I come here at least 5/7 times a week. When they have the food it tastes really good, better than most Dunkins I go to. I will come here a little bit longer before Im just completely fed up by the mistakes or lack of food. Im having to go to other Dunkins in the area and they always have what I want.Old post: I have a dunkin thats closer than this one and I prefer this dunkin over that one. They r friendly and their drinks are better here. Anytime they mess up they always give me a little compensation (usually upgrade my drink size). Sometimes they really hook it up with the munchkins too.I ordered a black decaf iced coffee in this pick.

I went here to get our normal fix of coffee and sandwiches and the women on headset was stoned out of her mind. Or thats what I thought . She didnt know how to take an order keeps asking us what we said and told us when we asked for sandwiches that it was going to be a long time because they have to make the food, well dah? I love Dunkin but this location, not so much. The drinks often taste poorly made, the donuts often seem to be a bit stale, and there even was a time when I received a cup with a crack in it, which slowly leaked out. Employees are always courteous and friendly. I get the sad feeling that most of the employees here are overworked and/or under paid. Unfortunately, I now go elsewhere for caffineated beverages after being repeatedly disappointed. :(

The new manager isn’t the most pleasant and this location (recently) will NOT allow dogs - so just be warned. Employees seem less happy now, which is sad. I used to enjoy everyone’s friendly and awesome service.I do frequent Dunk’n a lot and this location is not the most friendly and generally out of food items or the food is made incorrectly on your order.Overall, the location is good to get your coffee and go. While waiting I had seen the crew messing around in back so that made think, I better check my order. Never mind the cashier didnt try to input my gift card, just half heatedly to tried. I’ll give you my honest opinion…. I was craving a donut. Bought 4 chocolate bars and 1 strawberry donut….I’m not impressed. The donut looks like a loaf of bread you buy from the store and some chocolate slapped on top. When you bite into it the donut looks like it’s been sitting out for hours. I come to this location because its near my home. I need to stop coming here. They constantly lack employees which means they cant make ANY FOOD. The coffee is made poorly. A busy location, especially in the mornings. Employees work fast though to make orders for both drive thru and inside customers. Despite the lines, I was out within 10 minutes. I often order ahead on the app which makes the process faster if you can plan your trip.

The BEST experience!!! The whole team was super fun and happy and made coming in enjoyable! Today is st. Patrick’s Day and one of the employees asked if I was “Feeling lucky” I replied yes! And was given a free donut with my purchase! I thought it was so cool!! But overall, such a great experience. I ordered on the app wrong with how to make my coffee and they went above and beyond to help make my coffee correct! Thank you guys!! I wanted to leave a tip but didn’t see a tip jar! I like dunkin but this location not very much. Asked for no cheese on my sausage egg croissant and the person making it left cheese on there anyways. I’m lactose intolerant and had to scrape the cheese off-complete waste of my time. How do you even mess that up? All you have to do is NOT put cheese in there. The person taking my order was fine, she acknowleged that I didn’t want cheese. The person making the sandwich is the only one at fault. Maybe get them drug tested because they were probably high.

I am on my way to the Dodgers game and i never expected the drive through to be this slower than the Dodger stadium. Probably spent around 45 minutes now.The worst drive thru experience. Slow and not apologetic. They tend to get the orders wrong so dont drive off without checking! Now I may miss Albert Pujos 701 homerun!!! My tesla battery level went from 75% to 68%. Imagine that it cost you more money to go to Dunkin. Finally I received a water downed iced coffee. Im done!!!

Edit: After my first great experience, I returned to have the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My order was completely wrong, the manager claimed it was a simple mislabeling, but the contents of the bag I received had clearly been eaten already. A bite sized chunk of the sausage had been removed, to which the manager claimed “it just fell off” despite the obvious teeth marks. Well that’s a deal breaker for me, so peace!Great service from friendly staff. Donuts are also better, cheaper, and more varied than the local grocer. Definitely a happy customer!

The windows are shot out and the glass isn’t cleaned up. There’s trash, food stained concrete, and tagging outside. Inside is very dirty with food all over the floor, on the floor in the display case, and the food preparation area look just as bad. The workers are very nice but the manager/owner needs to roll up their sleeves and get this place cleaned.

I used to love this place, but lately the coffee has been much more bitter tasting..and Im also very disappointed that no one seems to know anything about the drinks on their app. The app has specific drinks with prices listed but they overcharged me by $2+ dollars per drink which is insane. A medium drink was nearly $7?! On the app its listed exactly as I ordered it for $4.29. Not to mention it tasted awful and the staff said they couldnt do anything about it. The staff are usually very friendly here, but unfortunately thats not enough to make me return or recommend their coffee.

The coffee is okay. I got a regular hot coffee, and I can honestly say that Starbucks, albeit their beans are over roasted and taste bitter, is still a better full body drip coffee. This one is slightly watery, enough so you dont get the full body taste of what your drinking.

Order completely wrong. I ordered 2 maple bars, 2 sugar donuts, 2 apple fritters, and 1 cinnamon roll. I didnt get maple bars, sugar donnut and shorted one apple fritters. Weve been coming here for several years, but recently we find that the dining room is closed so we must wait in a long, slow drive-thru line and the order into a speaker where we cannot window shop the donuts. I tried their new grilled cheese today And it wasnt even grilled.. Its like they just microwaved cheese and meat between the bread and thats it.. All of their hot food Has a very funky smell and taste I cant put my fingers on what it is yet but maybe its the oven or something that they used to warm it up.. it tastes like something metal or iron.. u can usually also smell it when in the building too. We went to Dunkin 8:00pm on 11/19. We bought 1/2 dozen donuts, which they had limited menu. If you are open until 10pm it would be good idea to rotate your fresh donuts or close down early if it not fresh. We were the only customers at the time. We sat outside by the fire pit. My son needed to use the restroom but the bathrooms were closed. Mind that the shop closes at 10pm. I noticed that the seating area was extremely dirty inside. It looked like they were over staff for slow night. Looking through the window, their were two guys standing around with ear piece in ears doing nothing. Two other girls checking in food that was delivered outside. Then as we were leaving a couple came by. They sat in patio and female employees came out from the of the BOH and started chatting with this couple. Then another male came by to chat with this couple,too. As soon as this they were chatting a truck come by with more friends. The person in the truck knew the employees at Dunkin. It seem to me that they order drinks. I believe when this was all going down their was a another car waiting for their order. I dont know if their was a manger on duty or shift leader but it look look like a hot mess. Dont go at night... If you are going to get drinks go to Starbucks.

I went there today for the first time as I was craving some kind of iced vanilla drink. I asked the very nice girl behind the counter if I could have French Vanilla coffee over ice with coffee creamer. Not sure what THEY call it I trusted them to come up with a drink I would enjoy. When I was handed my drink to add a few creamers, it was PERFECT! I asked for the young man who made it and told him it was wonderful and what should I ask for the next time. I think he thought I was going to complain! He told me and I told him I would be back and would order this again. Very nice people in the store. I will be so happy to go to Dunkin Donuts in Yorba Linda again. The donuts I bought were fresh and delicious, unlike some donut shops in shopping centers where you know they have been in the display for days and are stale.

Still like and think Dunkins is the better coffee compared to Starbucks and other nearby chains. But I had to get rid of my 5 stars because too frequently they are out of the flavor I ordered. Its difficult because I order on the app and pull up to the store and have to leave with a coffee made a different way than the way I paid for it to be. I leave feeling Ive wasted my money. Its not the employees fault but the companies fault for failing to take proper investor and supplying stores with what they need. There should be some sort of compensation plan for when mobile orders cannot be made they way they were ordered. Very frustrating.

The coffee tasted horrible and after seeing the way the put together their sandwiches together I wont eat there either.I places my order. Coffees, sandwiches, bacon stips and hashbrowns.I saw the teenager putting the food together touch his face repeatedly and then proceed to wipe his hand on his jeans. After that and without even changing a glove grabbed a handful of bacon to put to cook.I asked for a refund and told the manager what I saw. I didnt see them throw any of the food.

I came here one morning and the drive thru line was ridiculously long. i chose to park and go inside to place my order. there was actually still a long line but i eventually did get my food. they had a steak wrap which wasnt too bad. i wouldnt usually order something like that but they had a pretty good deal on the app. the cold brew was also pretty good here too. id try and come back on a day where the drive thru line isnt backed up.

Update 5/7/20 they always seem to mess up drink orders. Ordered a medium hot coffee and a small iced coffee and they made the hot small and the iced medium. Youll be lucky to get your drinks right.This place has really gone down hill. Took 30 min to get 4 bagels. When you order something you should get what you ordered, its not that hard. Today we got the wrong sandwichs and other at times we have missing or wrong orders. I had unknowingly placed a mobile order before arriving to be picked up in person and did not have time to wait in their absurdly long line for drive thru. Also how many times you have seen DD does not have ketchup, creamer, or sugar placed outside for customer to have it.The employees hide right after giving us our order. This place seems to have. Some very aggressive young ladies working there. I passed through the drive thru and found myself in the middle of a heated fight amongst all of the women working there. Staff memeber was like “the girls are fighting”. Everyone was so distracted they forgot about my drinks. Some dude hand to hand me my drink. The look in his eyes screamed “please help me”. And then on another time going through the drive through. A young lady seemed to be in a bad mood. I said please and thank you. Yet after I thanked her for handing me my drinks. Ive only used the drive thru up to this point, but everything has been consistent so far. Despite the fact the drive thru line can get long, my food and drinks are always ready right when I pull up to the window. In other words there might be a long line, but they know how to keep it moving.Their iced coffees are on the sweeter side if you add creamer to it. The breakfast sandwiches are surprisingly very filling and on the larger side. Im not a fan of the hash browns since they have a heavy garlic taste to them, be warned. Prices are definitely cheaper than Starbucks. A large iced coffee is easily two grandes. Service is also nice, so far I havent encountered any sassy employees.

Ive only been to this Dunkin twice, but so far havent had a good experience. The people have been very pleasant, but each time I got an iced coffee it seemed to be made... wrong? Its been a few months since I last had Dunkin, so maybe there was a recipe change of some kind, but one swirl looked like black coffee and the next, with skim, didnt seem like it had cream either.
