The food was spectacular. The dumplings were very well done and the shrimp inside of them was generous. The service was great. We were constantly being checked on. The atmosphere was really nice.I ordered a mango smoothie, and it was probably the most real tasting mango smoothie I’ve ever had. You could tell that they used real mangoes instead of artificial sweeteners. I highly recommend it.

This is probably our new dumpling spot in Rancho. Its a good combination of the flavors youd find at other dumpling places, but all colocated at one restaurant. The food was great, the service was a bit slow but they were excellent. Prices were pretty normal, but nothing outrageous. Definitely come in and give these guys a shot.

They have good food and pretty fast service, we wanted to try their dumplings (Xiao long bao), we also ordered some rice, spring rolls and salad, we enjoyed all the flavors. We will be coming back to try more of their delicious offerings. They have plenty of parking and they are located in a very nice area of Rancho Cucamonga.The only bad note is because they messed up on one of my orders but whatever they brought in was still good.

Found this place by accident, I was trying to get brunch on a busy Saturday across the street and it was over an hour wait. I was already so hungry so I decided to google what was around me. Found this place and it didn’t disappoint. The noodles are delicious! 🤤 not sure if they are freshly made but they definitely taste like it. I love their ice tea as well. Definitely recommend so worth trying it. This is my new favorite spot! The customer service is great too. Clean restaurant and decent wait time for food.

The best dumpling place in Rancho Cucamonga without a doubt. I like the shrimp and pork ones. The beef and onion ones are great too. We feel the potstickers the best versus the steamed. The staff were quick, and the place is kept clean and organized, so there are no complaints on that end. Its located in a strip mall so the location is easy to find, it quickly gets busy too, youre able to order a head of time also.I wasnt expecting the place to be as nice and clean, you know how some of these strip malls places get a little beat up and and not maintained but I was definitely wrong, very well maintained. The meal was about $60, and we got 3 orders of dumplings 1 side of rice. The sauce they give you for the dumplings is good 👍

I was pleasantly surprised by this new gem in Rancho. Delicious and juicy dumplings, cooked to perfection that I assure you, will melt in your mouth.Tonight was my first time here and I couldn’t help notice the effort and attention to detail that makes this place one of a kind.Loved the customer service and the spacious establishment.Whenever you’re craving something tasty and not heavy, stop by and give this place a try. This was our first time here. The dumplings were ok, nothing to make me want to come back for. The ramen was ok, and the pork buns should be called onion buns because they have a huge slice of onion and a thin slice of pork. To be honest, we probably wont be dining here anytime soon. The food is just blan, not what we expected at all.

Tried this place because I was craving some xiao long bao and it did not disappoint!! Their cucumber salad was so flavorful, you can also taste how fresh the noodles and dumplings are. I especially was impressed with they clamshell pork buns they were amazing!! I also tried their passion fruit honey lemon black tea, it was the perfect ratio of sweetness and tea!! Definitely recommend trying it out (:

I’m impressed! This is my first time at this dumpling house and have been to many. This is very good for around this area. We had the dumplings, cucumbers, shrimp tempura, pork buns, and xiao long bao (I’m sure I spelled it wrong). I had the taro tea and it was tasty 😋. My wife and I will be back when we’re around this area.

*Review Update: 10/30/23: Returned to this place today for the clear broth beef noodle soup and the pork potstickers. This time, I focused on the broth, the tenderness of the beef, and the quality of the noodles. I was happy with it. I added a bit of soy sauce and their chili oil and that did the trick in giving it an added depth of flavor. The potstickers with the crunchy skirt were delicious! I am so glad I returned!I was very excited when this place opened last year. Finally, a dumpling place closer to home! Crossed my fingers that they would have dumplings that would come close to the dumplings I enjoyed up in the Bay Area. Sadly, as good enough as they were, they still did not compare. The Pork Belly Bao were decent, especially with the crunchy pickled red onions. The noodles were chewy like I imagined, but the beef broth was rather bland. The kids enjoyed their food, so we will probably return.

Beef noodle soup was delicious! I chose the spicy beef noodle soup! They have one that’s with clear broth but I think I might go back to try that. The potstickers were juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Their fillings are pretty full too. Price was was normal. They do use all disposal utensils and plates. It’s clean inside when you walk in. Would come back if I’m in the area!

First time here and so glad I found such a delicious dumpling house right here in my neighborhood. The aroma when you walk in is amazing and sure sign of good food.We had the juicy pork buns and cucumber salad to start. Cucumber salad was amazing - light, fresh, and savory. The pork buns had amazing texture and flavor. The beef and onion steam dumplings were AMAZING! This was new for me to try and Im so glad I did. My daughter loved the shrimp and pork steam dumplings as well. Because the shrimp and pork is my favorite, I tried the pot sticker and the crunch was perfect. I also had the Tonkatsu Ramen and it was a very satisfying soup, but Ill probably try the beef noodle soup next time around.This place is a gem and I look forward to satisfying my dumpling cravings right here in Rancho.

Located in a square along Baseline and day Creek Blvd. Parking shouldnt be an issue.Love the ambience and how tables are well spaced-out.My wife and I went on a Sunday afternoon and got 2 xialongbao and 1 pork and something dumplings with 2 strawberry smoothie.They gave us 1 sachet of soy sauce, chili oil in a small container and a plate. Then I have to request for ginger and extra soy sauce packets.So awkward that I have to ask for these.Xia long bao(Xlb) came and they dont have the spoon and small bowl so I can enjoy eating it properly.They look dry and most of them doesnt have a sauce inside. Either punctured or no soup inside the dumpling to begin with.Spent $49 for 3 dumplings and 2 drinks.Food is ok.Service is ok.Price is higher than usual.

Came for lunch around 2, seating is available, modern look through the restaurant. Dumping are good looking taste good also. Noodles where ok could taste better. I also had a strawberry smoothe, would not recommend that the taste was not on point. But spent $70 for a family of 3 2 noodles 1 dumpline 1 dessert and 2 smoothe. But overall would recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

I want to go with 4.5 stars on this one - I came looking for xiao long bao, but they have signs up announcing they now have it, so it’s a recent addition to the menu. I still wanted them, so I still went for it, and they were fine, but I’d say their other dishes were definitely the stars! I had the cucumber salad and the beef roll - both very good. Pretty quiet on a Sunday evening and quite fast service! Would come again!

I usually get their food and it’s five star!! But today I placed an order for dumplings and fried rice. To my disappointment the fried rice was cold. This would have made sense had my order been sitting there for a while. However, I got there and waited a bit to get my order. Anyhow, I hope this was a one off and not establishing a pattern. The dumplings are ok if youre looking for a dumpling fix. Although I would judge them as average. The dumplings wrapper is thicker than other places Ive tried. Although not dry, its not as juicy as other places that make good dumplings. The pork bun was tasty, but the pork belly slices used here are the thinnest Ive ever seen for this dish. The location is nice and spacious. However, there wasnt much personal service walking in. Nobody greets you unless you ask for a table. Otherwise theres just a touchscreen monitor to enter your to go order and a credit card reader, then you just wait until they call you number. The guy cleaning the floors also made this loud clanging sound everytime he swept into his dust pan. Not a very pleasant ambiance because of that.

First of all, the chicken and corn potstickers are AMAZING! I know in the photo they look a little burnt on the edges, that part broke off and the rest of the dumpling was perfectly crispy, not overdone. We also enjoyed the beef dumplings and a wide noodle spicy beef soup. I really think spicy didnt belong in the title of that soup, it wasnt spicy at all. the noodles were too thick for my taste, I like wide noodles but those were like thicc + chunky lol! I also thought the service could have been better. We waited a long time for a refill. the staff wasnt attentive at all. I believe this place is pretty costly as well. I know this sounds like a lot of cons for 4 stars but the food was pretty good. I almost forgot the passion fruit mango black tea was good too! I would visit again, maybe for takeout.

I ordered port pot sticker from most recent visit.Restaurant is clean and bright. Unlike some Asian restaurants, the space between each table is wide. Their menu is easy to read and straight forward. Dish names are in English, and Chinese translations are right next.I ordered clear broth beef noodle soup. Apparently, it is a soup in English because it is noodle soup, not soup noodles. It is confused to English speakers. This is just an ok Beef soup noodle. The soup was plain, not flavored. Pot stickers were must try. crunch and juicy. Unfortunately, they dont home made secret sauce. Most dumpling places use to have their own sauce.

We came here on New Years 2021, and it was our first time. The place is nothing special, as they have their registers set-up on what look like folding tables lol. I had high hopes for this place since I had not had dumplings in forever. Drive by the place and checked out the Google reviews and thought I was in for a treat.It was a Sunday after a long hike, late afternoon. Not many people in the place. I took a seat by a window. The floor under the table was filthy and I tried not to smear around the food droppings. The overall appearance of the restaurant looked good enough though.I ordered a green tea, chicken lemongrass dumplings, and noticed they offer a Tonkatsu ramen which is what I often get after my hikes so I get that too.I was taken aback when the server came back with hot water in a paper cup. Turns out everything was served in disposable containers. What surprised me even more was that the green tea is Lipton, nothing at all what I expected which was something that perhaps had more Asian authenticity.The ramen arrives and the presentation looked decent. Then I tasted it.Bland. The broth had zero flavor profile. Plus, it had no body which meant it wasn’t a real tonkatsu broth. I tried putting in chili oil to help but it just made it spicy. Guess that’s what I get for ordering a Japanese dish at a Chinese restaurant.Dumpling time. You would think this is their time to shine. Just looking at the wrapper I could tell these were not fresh.They tasted only OK. I thought my hunger would power me through but I could force down only half the dumplings having lost my appetite from disappointment.There wasn’t really an opening to comment because no one came to check on me and see how things were tasting. Even when they brought the check they didn’t ask if I wanted to take the dumplings home (I really didn’t).Sadly, from this experience, I would not return.

My mom and I got the beef and onion dumplings and the pork and cabbage dumplings. They were so delicious but my mom loved the Beef and Onion dumplings a bit more. I also advise getting the spring rolls, they were nice and crunchy and warm on the inside- perfection. For drinks, I got their Taro Milk Tea Boba (no pearls) and my mom got their Match Milk Tea boba (no pearls well). We both enjoyed the drinks, they were certainly satisfying, the taro was nice and smooth and the sweetness was much to my liking. I look forward to coming back again and trying the other dishes on their menu.

Cabbage and pork dumplings are everything!!!!I’ve eaten here multiple times. I like their handmade noodles. I think the boiled dumplings are equally delicious dine in and to go. The clear broth noodles are my go to if I’m under the weather.It’s hard to try other things on the menu because I always want to grab my favorite items.

Dumpling Master is our go-to restaurant for dumplings! The chicken and corn dumplings are our favorite, but theyre all delicious. If you want to order to-go, online ordering is easy, or they even have a simple touch screen computer to order yourself in the restaurant.The restaurant is very clean and spacious. All tables are cleaned routinely and the atmosphere is relaxing. We visit Dumpling Master whenever were in town.

Walking in, the restaurant is clean and welcoming. Customer service is respectful and attentive. We sat where we liked, and the service was quick. I suspect there are hundreds of better ways to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.First of all, portions were too small that we (one male and two females) had to order 7 dishes but still didnt feel full, and none of us is a glutton. Quality wise, there is nothing to suggest that it indeed is worthy of the price even considering inflation. Dumplings were just average, and Spicy Beef Noodle was poorly made. Cucumber Salad was the only dish we were somewhat satisfied with but you dont go there for salad.Whether it is boiled or potsticker, they use the same shape of dumpling, which must not be so. When you steam it, the shape of dumpling does not so much matter. But in potsticker cooking, you need to use a flat shaped dumpling in order to heat it evenly, which should result in dumpling crispy outside and juicy inside. However, what they serve is an ambiguous product in b/w boiled and potsticker, which has none of the both world.Spicy Beef Noodle was such a disaster that I had to take Pepto Bismol immediately to settle my stomach. Sesame Ball was mediocre at best, and Xiao Long Bao, too. Additionally, the attitude of the server was not highly commendable.If you still want to try, dont go there empty. The staff was very friendly, and the joint was nice and clean. We got four different items. The Xaou Ling Bao, pork and cabbage boiled dumplings, the juicy pork buns and a taro boba tea. All the dumplings were not that juicy and the bottom of the plate was filled with water. They didn’t have much flavor either. I had to use a soy sauce/sriracha and chili oil combo to get that flavor. The juicy pork buns were good, though. We paid a little over $40 for everything but just wasn’t worth it. If you are in this area I’d highly recommend going to Mr. Dumpling instead. You get more food and the flavors are wonderful.

I hate to give a low rating, but first off, dont bribe me with a free drink to leave a 5-star review. At first, my thought was to see how it was then go ahead and leave the 5 stars. I couldnt justify it with the bland broth in the ramen (it tasted like skim milk). The pot stickers were decent and even the pork in the ramen was good, but the noodles were pasty and I couldnt get past the flavorless broth.

Finally had a chance to try this place. So glad that I did. They’re conveniently located across the street for me so I’ll be a regular.I order veggie chow mein, beef/onion dumplings and pork/cabbage dumplings. Everything was tasty and tender. Keep in mind that I order and ate in a short amount of time...I don’t think it would sit well as the noodles were starting to stick.They provide you a small amount of chili oil which isn’t spicy at all but provides a nice flavor to the dumplings.Overall, great new addition to our neighborhood restaurants!

Customer service was absolutely horrible today. As we were seated amd given water, a lady came in and sat behind us. We ordered our food and was waiting I can her the lady order her food which was more then what we had order. About 10 mins go by and we hear a bell ding. We get excited that our food is coming.We see the waiter go to the back and return out front with a tray as he sat ot down on a table closet to the cash register and fixed his hair with no gloves on or washing his hands he picked backn up the tray and delivered it to our table, but just so happeneds to not be our food. But was the lady behind us that orderd after we did.We finally got our food it came out hot and seemed to be freshly made but the waitress couldnt get us any hot sauce or refill on water.Hopefully they work on the hospitality of this place.

Terrible experience! The bill for 3 people came out to $62 and we felt like all we had were appetizers. The clear broth beef soup was so bland and tasteless that nobody wanted to finish it. Their menu is very limited. The dumplings werent bad but at that price were never going back.

My family and I celebrated my son birthday here and I can say the food was amazing and we were seated right away and staff were all friendly
