Been using Dubsado for ~3 years now. Ive found it to be a very valuable service as the bookkeeping and accounting side of web design /development is not my interest and is tedious imo. The Dubsado team has been helpful via their on-site chat tool and their YouTube account has a ton of helpful tips. Im looking forward to the release of their mobile app and seeing how helpful / easy that will be to use.Thanks for the help running my side business! :)

The customer support team here is awful. This software doesnt sync properly or offer any flexibility. I emailed asking for support in my membership being frozen due to a personal circumstance and was told quite bluntly to sod off and cancel because thats not something they do.This company doesnt care about their customers - at all. I think they bribe for good reviews, Ive heard a lot of negative things lately. Save your money and your sanity and get your software elsewhere.

I adore this software more than any other. I have been using it in my business for years and it has saved me thousands and thousands of hours. Whole swaths of my business run without my direct intervention because of the automation Dubsado offers. Theres a learning curve but their support is fantastic and its so worth it.

Have been using this since its conception almost and has been great with quickly putting together invoices and contracts. The portal has been great for my clients too.Only wish I was able to share 2 contract proposals at once and saving contracts has been tricky lately - auto saving as copy when its not, Im just updating last years and sometimes there are no headers but they appear on the client end.

I freaking love Dubsado AND everyone who works at this company. Their customer service is unreal and I would absolutely lose my mind trying to run my biz without the support of this CRM. Dubsado is worth every penny!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Having spent 1yrs time and money, including VA support on this system, it finally working how I want it. Ive come so far it is more hassle to move everything to another CRM. I echo the same issues as others with regards to slow customer service, and recently being called a liar! They updated their email servers, didnt tell customers and this resulted in my email connectivity being turned off. Reconnecting this should have been a 10mins job. Instead it has been 1 week and involved my IT dept coming on board too! We have now been told it was user credentials error, when I asked for 1 month back in compensation. Extremely frustrating and embarrassing for me and my clients. I will not be paying them annually until all these issues have been sorted out. Could be so much better, and very easily. Will be looking for a new CRM ASAP.

Ive had a great experience with Dubsado. It is a robust program (a lot to learn) but their training videos are helpful. It handles my multi-faceted stationery business well and their support has been helpful and timely.

Dubsado shines when it comes to a customizable aesthetically pleasing CRM for small businesses. The bones for a truly powerful CRM is there, however the updates and roll-outs for long-promised, important features is slower than slow.Uses have brought up the following issues for years:-No way to resolve duplicate contacts-Extremely clunky booking/scheduling software-Inability to have multiple clients attached to a project-Lack of ability to organize projects, templates, reports, canned emails, etc.-Minimal reporting & poor search ability-The amount of clicks needed to go anywhere in the software is excessive.-Task management is extremely basicThe answer is always its on the roadmap. The problem is, the roadmap doesnt seem to have much traction (the scheduler has been in BETA for close to 3 years).Years ago Dubsado rolled out significant updates at an impressive rate, listening to their users...now updates seem to trickle in. Users have BEGGED for a way to consolidate duplicate users & include contracts with proposals and invoices forever - its so frustrating (its on the roadmap BTW).Come on Dubsado...the gajillion updates to the form builder are cool, but how about some functional, back-end improvements? Prioritize and push those improvements out and you can easily sweep the competition.
