Excellent service when I was sold the car on 05/19. Since it was EOD it was determined to pick up the car next afternoon around 12:00pm.There was no communication until I called the dealership around 12:30pm and at the time Charlie helped me walk through the issue noting that the car will be ready for pick up on Wednesday. After listening to that I did have some concerns and requested for the sales person to call me back. After not hearing back from the sales team I started calling the dealership and left multiple request for the sales manager to reach out. First I spoke to Chand, after that another person (don’t remember the name) after that Rafa and then finally was able to get in touch with Emily around 6-7pm!I had concerns over the lease that I signed on 5/19 and having to pay for the time that the car was at the dealership with incurring insurance and paying a lease for the lost days!I got a call around 2:30pm today that my car is ready for pickup. Super pleased and excited to receive it however when we took the keys we noticed some dents and scratches on the car and requested to talk to the manager again!!We were told that the car was sitting at the dealership for more than 300 days and sometimes issues like this happen. I understand issues happen to an old car but to me this car is brand new and I expect empathy or better service!Emily did offer a $150 check for the lost time but my issue here is the service you provide to a customer for who this car is new! The car was not detailed properly from inside - it has oil marks on the back seat.My insurance has started on the car so has my lease! I will not recommend anyone to buy a car from here!

Amazing buying experience! I have never purchased from a dealership, and was apprehensive about the buying process. Joelle was kind, approachable, and super friendly. We also traded in a car and that process was incredibly smooth.Great communication throughout, and definitely went above and beyond. I’m definitely looking here first for future cars.

Brielle did a great job getting us into our new vehicle. Being a certified used car, it had a few nicks and dings that had me thinking twice on the purchase; however, she assured she could address all my concerns and get it looking great again. She followed through with her promise. I recommend her and Dublin VW.

Purchased our 2024 VW Taos in Dublin on May 3, 2024 and couldnt be happier. It was a smooth experience. Everyone involved made it easy and in a timely manner. Sam gave great customer service from start to finish. The vehicles are priced at fair market value. From the time of looking at the car to signing the final documents, I was in and out in 3 hours. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Everyone was super nice and kind. I live in different city, SanJose, but decided to buy here in Dublin because both car itself and the dealer shop was great. The latter is also important because i need to visit again if theres any issue in the future. My dealer Joelle assisted me very professionally and a finance professional was awesome as well. Will recommend everyone to visit here.

I recently bought used Tesla from Dublin Volkswagen. After only having for a few months, Im now having to change out my brakes and replace my tires.. my air filter was extremely dirty. The car was previously owned by a dog owner every single time I had to use the AC or the heater I get this strong dog odor smell, so I decided to check the filter. Below you can see how disgusting and dirty the filter looks as if it has never been replaced. I dont recommend buying a used car from this location. I recommend taking the car to a mechanic to get a second opinion. Lesson learnt. Im now finding more things wrong with the vehicle. I fought with the service department insisting that they replace the tires. No Luck..

The sales manager (Shawn) did great job in the over all process. He responded promptly, I directly worked with him and he is able to find the right vehicle( actually I was looking for blue or red color) but had to settle for white due to non availability. Overall the purchase went smooth and its a good experience.
