I have been going to Dublin Vacuum for years for all my vacuum repair needs. I also purchased a vacuum from them a few years ago and it works great. They. have always provided excellent service. Dan replaced the belt on my vacuum yesterday and had it ready for me to pick up in a couple of hours. I highly recommend Dublin Vacuum.

The owner was super attentive. Knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to search the internet for a part for my outdated vacuum and when we found a dead end with that he offered to keep and recycle my old vacuum at his own expense. They have great quality items and the customer service is superb.

Owner is a thief. Didnt listen to me when I instructed him NOT to repair my vacuum without discussing with me first. Upon telling him Id rather not pick the piece of garbage he had sold me b/c it wasnt worth the repair, he gleefully retorted, Up to you! with the tone of sweet...ill just turn around and sell it to another customer....Mans a thief---he stole my vacuum and set me up to do so knowing it wouldnt be worth my time to legally battle the work order.

Great service. Had the part I needed and installed while I waited. I know it was a simple fix for them, but they definitely did it faster and more knowledgeably than I could have (I probably would have just made it worse and had to bring it in anyway). I highly recommend this place.

Ive been going to Dublin Vacuum for years. The owner is very honest and his price on vacuum bags beats anything (I dont think there is a vacuum place in Livermore) in Livermore. I have a 20 year old Miele that he has serviced and repaired (the cord wore out) over the years. I highly recommend for service as well as bags and filters.

I have been servicing my Kirby at Dublin Vacuum for years. My Kirby broke again so I decided to put out the money and buy a new vacuum. Ive had my Kirby for about 15 years and before that it was in the family for at least another 20 it was tired to say the least and probably not as effective as todays vacuums. I knew this day was coming so the last time I had my Kirby serviced I inquired about the vacuums they had on display. Dick walked me through the vacuums and told me his recommendations and why. When my Kirby stopped working I went in yet again with my partner so he could see the differences between the vacuums. Both Sharon and Dick spent time with us to go through the features. We really loved the Riccar but for the size of our house and the flooring we have it was not the right fit for us.We did end up with a small hand held Riccar (for smaller tasks) and a then a Miele canister vacuum. I have to say after vacuuming today we are very pleased with our choices.

Nice little shop for all you vacumb needs in Dublin. But didnt have the belt I needed for my power vacumb.

Learned Dyson is the worst vacuum for repairs. I lighted and in walked another Dyson. Made me appreciate my Riccar so much.
