2024-06-17 01:08:19I had a great experience with Hyundai Dublin. I have purchased two new vehicles with them. Trenton the salesperson was amazing during and even after purchase. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. Best deals from South Central Valley to Northern California.

2024-05-20 02:51:23Today, I decided to bite the bullet and look at some cars with the serious intention of replacing my old clunker. I had plans to visit a few different dealerships. After all, I had done my homework and gathered myself, and whatever was left of my brain on a Saturday night to run some numbers and see what was available; from Honda to Volkswagen, I looked and made frantic notes. Ok, it was Sunday, and now I was ready for the torture I was about to embark on Sunday afternoon. I started with one dealership and quickly checked out one of my favorites, the Elantra. Buying a car today is a different experience from ten years ago. I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxed and friendly the sales representative who assisted us was. Samuel Soares’ calm demeanor put me at ease, and his kind and warm approach was a welcome and refreshing experience, making the whole car-buying experience pleasant. The team was lovely, and I felt my concerns were being addressed. They made me feel listened to and earned them a gold star in my book. They made it easy for me to buy a car and, surprisingly, pretty darn close to the price I had decided on! My first dealership stop was right on, and I walked away a pleased Hyundai customer. I love my new Hyundai Elantra!

2024-05-31 17:05:06This was my first and last stop to find a car. I had to get a car immediately to start a new job and Lauren helped me out big time. We test drove the car that had just come into the lot that week and she made sure that detailing was done on it in time for my new job. Finance worked really hard to find a loan that would fit my very odd financial circumstances. It’s been three weeks and the car has been working wonderfully. Overall, will probably come here if I ever need another car again.

2024-06-16 01:31:27Dublin’s Hyundai team took great care of me and my family as we were looking to trade up our Kona to a Tuscon hybrid. They had exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience seamless, which was important since we had our 5 month old with us. Definitely beyond happy with both our experience and our new Tuscon!

2024-06-19 23:05:52No answers! - I am still trying to contact a person that can give me information about my registration status and have not been able to get a hold of anybody there. I wrote a review before, and the marketing person called me to remove the review but not to solve my problem. I am really worried about what can happen it I am pulled over by the authorities. I dont really know what to do at this point.

2024-04-07 14:36:45Update: Marika was fantastic and was able to resolve the situation with us promptly. We are very satisfied with how Hyundai Dublin handled the situation.Prior to the purchase, everything went fairly smoothly. After the purchase, not so much. The sales associate assured me that there would be two key fobs for the CPO vehicle which was very important to us. He assumed they would have two fobs and did not actually look for the second one. (We likely would not have gone to the dealership that day if there was only one fob as this vehicle will be shared by multiple people in our family.) Only after we started signing papers did they inform us that there was no second fob after all. The associate said they would look for it and I responded that we would like to have it provided to us for free since we had assurances that it was available . I have been trying to get a firm answer for 4 days and nothing. We are also missing floor mats and a cargo tray that were promised in the window sticker and ad. We assumed they were under the plastic floor coverings and only discovered they were missing when we got home. It seemed like as soon as we purchased the car, this dealership no longer cared about any outstanding issues. To be fair, the finance department was great and easy to work with.

2024-06-29 00:24:35Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience.I recently visited Genesis of Dublin to test drive the Genesis GV80, but my experience was a total letdown. Despite booking an appointment, the salesperson was nowhere to be found, and I was left waiting for 20 minutes.When a different sales representative finally showed up, he was rude and unprofessional. He seemed put off by my request to test drive the car, implying that I should be grateful for the opportunity. The cherry on top was when he stated that I could only properly test drive the car if I was ready to make a purchase on the spot!I was taken aback by his attitude, especially considering the price tag of $80,000. Its absurd to expect someone to make such a significant investment without ensuring theyre completely satisfied with the vehicle.The lack of respect and professionalism from the sales team at [Dealership Name] has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience.
