This was by far the best and easiest car purchase Ive ever experienced! Pablo was very professional from the moment I spoke with him on the phone to the second I drove off the lot. Even with the few hiccups that we encountered during the approval process, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. 10/10 I would easily recommend Drive Time to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Ask for Pablo. If you’re wanting to spend frivolous hours at other dealerships, be my guest. That isn’t the case at drive time! Literally in and out.

This would have been a complete disastrous mess if we had the car anytime at all, because they automatically take the payments out of our account and that was already a mess to try to fix after 2 days then we put insurance on the wrong car also so that had to be fixed. Then the worst is they called us back in to resign all the paperwork. I drove to Fresno from Hanford mind you such a big inconvenience then I get there and they dont even have everything printed out ready to sign?? I was fit to be tied at this point! After I calmed down some I asked if they were gonna make up for the inconvenience, and the manager Cecilia said I will put little gas in the vehicle that u purchased from us but not the vehicle that I rushed to Fresno from Hanford in I couldnt believe want I was hearing. CECILIA AT DRIVE TIME DOES NOT VAULE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!! SHE HAS NO BUSINESS MANAGING ANYTHING...TO THE PEOPLE THAT DO THE HIRING AT DRIVE TIME MAYBE YOU SHOUD TAKE MORE TIME CONSIDERING WHO YOUR HIRING. SOOOOO pushy. I went to the site to just look, I’m not going to buy for 6-8 months and I told the fist lady this and after she kept pushing for me to set up an appointment she finally backed off. I thought the understanding was that I would contact them when I was ready. A few days later I got several missed calls from them and I finally answered and spoke to a lady. She refused to acknowledge what I was saying and continually tried to set me up with appointments to test drive vehicles. I kept telling her I’m not buying one for 6 to 8 months so I am not coming in to test drive a vehicle that’s not going to be available when I am ready. I get the tactic and understand that they are trying to get me in to buy a vehicle now despite telling them I cannot afford to buy one bad as I am in school and was JUST LOOKING!!!! I refuse to do business with a company that does not care if they get you into a loan you cannot afford.I finally hung up with her after telling her if they call me again I’m done with them. Today I got another call and answered. This guy thankfully was much kinder and understanding, I hope... I told him to take me off their call list.

I will now be returning my 3rd car to the dealership. Every car doesn’t take more than 24 hours before either it shakes like a mechanical error or the check engine light turns on. The first car they had to replace the transmission and brakes. When I got it back the car was smoking. They agree to switch cars, but every car has an issue with it. Seems to be a lemon factory. I understand I am buying a used car, but less than 24 hours, come on. Not getting much Drive Time here.

I would definitely recommend Drive Time Fresno location to everyone. I just recently purchased a vehicle from them and the service I received was excellent. I made it to the dealership about 5 minutes before they closed and I was still invited in and ask to wait as everyone else had left and Wes was the only salesman and he was working with a customer. While I was waiting Ian came out to help me even though his job is not as a car salesman he showed me all my options and set me up for a test drive that night the test drive didnt happen because the car battery was dead. I was offered another option or I could wait for them to get a new battery the next day I wanted that car so I waited. I was assured that the car would be ready first thing in the morning and it was. I finished all of my paperwork with Wes and drove home in my new vehicle which I love.

I bought my Car here from my Sales person Jake & Armondo they were patience with me and I got a great deal.. I’m happy 😆 my car was in a accident on February 10,2023 I was rear ended and put it in Caliber Collision shop for repairs.. but unfortunately it was totaled out. The other person insurance paid the car off and lucky I had gap insurance which paid the remaining balance. But Bridgecrest still left a balance on the car $2470 and my credit report says $4583 on it. I file dispute threw Experian in which I won it but they still never removed the balance. And DriveTime dont want to help me get another car because of the balance they say I owe on the Vehicle... I dont owe anything and I not going to paid one red penny. Plus I dont need your services... I got another car ... poor business period

We had a wonderful experience here with Garret he was very helpful and wonderful let us test drive the cars. Gave us price quotes upfront and showed us the numbers and let us test drive a few vehicles I decided to go with like the fact that he is nice and straight forward with the monthly payment and coverage plan. You can come here and not put a lot of money down and walk away with a vehicle. They do in house financing and you dont have to worry about not being qualified or a car company saying the approved you and you have to take the vehicle back thats the good thing about in house financing.

This was a good first time experience. Juan and Eric were very helpful. Wesley Read was amazing. They were all very friendly and werent bad to look at to boot. The company they used to finance the loan however is true to form in that they nickel and dime with all these fees. Be prepared to pay an extra $500+ because they charge to accept a payment. I would come here again but finance through other means.2 years later. reading this review and I would absolutely choose another place, Bridgecrest is the lender and is just awful to deal with, their policies are absurd and make no sense. The customer service is outsourced making it really difficult to understand the reps dues to not speaking English properly and that is just the lender the Drive Time customer relations are even worse! My car keeps not starting, it has been in and out of the shop 3 times, the third for an entire month, for the same issue and still I am being told nothing is wrong with it, even though I have video evidence showing the car not starting and Customer Relations said there is nothing we are going to do for you I have contacted an attorney in hopes of some resolution because the car they sold me is faulty.They are getting good google reviews for how easy they get (trick) you into a car, not for how well those cars work in the long run.You have been warned.

I went to drive time because I kept seeing ads on TV and online how you can pick your own monthly payment and down payment that you want but yet when I got there I was told I will need to make a car payment twice a month way over the amount that I selected to pay online. On top of that they accepted a deposit to hold the car, just to tell me that my income isnt enough but I would have to wait 8-10 days to get my money back for deposit. Wouldnt go back there again. Dealership salesman really need to stop playing and taking advantage of people. Not cool.

All lies… made me drive 109.01 miles to hear a different story from what I was told by text and what they advertised!! Started on their website. It was easy to navigate. Immediately found several cars I was interested in. Applied for pre approval. Also an easy process. Set up an appointment and was contacted by Jake. He continued the process in person which I felt was a nice touch. I hate when a service passes you around. The whole process was quick and painless. The first car I test drove was in excellent condition. Jake was really thorough going over the history of the vehicle. I chose to finance through their in house financer Bridgecrest and they worked with me to get an even lower rate thanks to Jake as well. Car had one minor issue, the reverse light on the driver side was out. They jumped right on it and corrected the issue. Definitely would recommend it and will go back if I need another used vehicle.
