Hands down the best service and team is at Torrance DriveTime. Not a lot of insurance companies would accept and between Joe, Charles, and Terrance they found me an affordable quote on insurance as well as having an affordable note. I really had the best experience. This is my second time buying from Drive Time. Second time buyer I was in and out in about 3 hrs including trading in my old car in which I got a pretty good trade in value on and was able to use it as my down payment. The people are friendly and don’t push like other dealers. They let me try as many cars as I wanted till I could find what I was looking for and needed.i highly recommend anyone to check it out if you need a car. I’m sorry I don’t remember my guys name but it was a totally casual situation like we were friends. Thanks Drive time and I hope to be a 3rd time buyer in the future!

Staff was great but the vehicle I purchased with warranty not so great.i purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKX suv. Within a 6 week period the car had been to the repair shop 3 time now 6 in total. The warranty was limited to certain things. So 6 weeks into having the vehicle I had brake issues wheel bearing issures, suspension issues, windshield wiper motor went out. They wouldn’t cover the brakes and rotors or wiper motor which obviously were bad when I got the vehicle cause I only had it approximately 6 weeks. They told me even though I just brought the car my brakes and rotors were not covered. They give you a small widow of time to cover issues like the brakes which is only 6-8 weeks and a 30 day window to return the car after that all repairs not covered are on me. Well the problems continued after those times were up so certain repairs are on me.2 of My daughters needed a car badly so they went to drive time. My daughter purchased a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. It’s been 7 weeks since she purchased the car now her check engine light is on. We took it to one of they repair facilities and did a diagnostics found out car needs a tune up 7 weeks after she purchased the vehicle. But again the issue is not covered under the warranty and they said it’s 2 weeks passed the limited warranty. So they charged her over $110 for diagnostic check and now she has to pay out her pocket for a tune up. Even the guy at the repair place said it’s not right that they don’t cover the expenses since we just got the cars.Drive time is a place u can go get a car and they will approve you. But the intrest is sky high as well as the payments. I pay $668 a month for my car note for a 2013 that had high miles but none the less I needed a vehicle ASAP. So that’s my fault for doing the deal but I at least expected them to be fair about the situations. I’m actually researching Lemon laws cause the things that keep going wrong with the cars in such a short time are crazy.

Experience was not great. Joe lied to me regarding the price amount. This place add 16.25 daily to your balance even though your payments are on time. You will be paying double for the car when finished paying it off if you make it to that point. Joe made up a carfax that he cut and paste and still didnt give me a copy. Fully check the car before purchasing. I wouldnt recommend you go there. Try carmax or somewhere more reliable than drive time. They are robbing individuals with these contrcts. I will sell the car to another dealer just to get out the contract with drive time/ bridgecrest. They are not honest period.

First off let me say this was a completely different experience than buying a car from anywhere else. I did the quick pre qualifying before I even went they showed me what would be the down payment and the monthly payment for the cars. I was able to choose from there. When I got there they did not do the usual sharks with blood in the water thing. They were friendly and asked who I had an appointment with. I got the pleasure of working with Matt. (10/10) highly recommend, funny, personable,and absolutely a car guy. They had sent a text before I even went in regards to what to bring with me. The whole thing took maybe an hour and thats cus I ask all the questions and throw in a few side storys about past cars. But super easy. Final thing. The payment was only a few dollars more than what I was quoted,but thats cus I got a warranty,Gap, and lowjack and when I say a few I mean it was 5 dollars different. As a whole I recommend Drive time Torrance.
