If youve got a Hard Drive that needs repair or you need data recovery, dont bother calling anyone else. Call Scott at Drive Rescue! I managed to burn out the printed circuit board on eight 8TB drives that are part of a RAID Array.I called several shops, locally and across the country and wasnt finding someone I wanted to trust my drives to.Then I called Scott. I took my drives to him and had them back the same day! The RAID Array and all my data were intact!Drive Rescue is Professional, Knowledgable, Fast and Very Reasonably Priced! My hard drive recently failed on my laptop and I needed a new drive installed. Ordinarily I would go to the Geek Squad, but after having an unsatisfactory experience on my last visit, I decided to try a local independent business. A friend referred me to Drive Rescue. If I could give more stars I would. I called and spoke with Scott Hammond and agreed to have him look at my laptop. I told Scott I would be bringing it in for repair in a few days as I had just had surgery and was unable to drive for a few days. Scott offered to come to my home and pick up the device at no additional charge. He installed the new hard drive that same day and on his way home from work he delivered it back to my home! My laptop performs better now than when it was brand new. Much faster than before! I couldnt be happier with the service. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to Drive Rescue.

Anytime we have any kind of computer issues we give drive rescue a call and Scott the owner is here in under an hour at the very latest (usually its 10-20min). I should also mention they backup our system and make sure our data is secure on a daily basis. We are always pleased with his work and we highly recommend Drive Rescue. Our company will be life long customers and I know if we have any computer issues that it will be fixed. I never worry about the safety of our system because we have Drive Rescue.

Scott is a miracle worker!! Our hard drive crashed with months of family pictures that I didnt back-up (at least the first 6 months of our newborn baby). I was in tears. I called him after reading such great reviews online and sure enough all the reviews were correct. He was able to retrieve 99% of the data off a hard drive that was VERY BADLY damaged. Data on my primary disk drive (and the back drive) both failed! These drives contained many years of family pictures. Scott was able to repair the controller board and recover all data in a timely manner. Great Service. Highly recommend anyone seeking disk recovery services contact Drive Rescue!!

This company is wonderful! My WD external hard drive with incredibly important, sentimental, and irreplaceable material crashed before I could back it up. I sent it to a location here in AZ where I live that couldnt recover it, who then sent it out to a clean room who came back with the verdict there was data on the hard drive but they were also unable to recover it. I was then referred to Scott at Drive-Rescue in Camarillo Ca. Even with multiple failures within the drive, Drive-rescue was able to recover 99% of my drive (all my data is here so I dont even know or care what that 1% is) and all those precious memories and valuable personal and professional documents I had been mourning the loss of! Shipping my sick hard drive from out of state, communicating with Scott, and getting my replacement drive back was a smooth and easy process and Scotts professional and timely communication made me feel at ease about shipping off something so important to me. Cant express enough gratitude or recommend this place enough, no matter what state you live in!

What a huge help!I went to Best Buy Geek Squad to perform data recovery on my external hard drive. My original quote from them was between $500 - $1,800 and 4 - 6 weeks, with a $50 non-refundable deposit. After 6 weeks, I called to find out what the status was. I was told that my device was going to cost $2,000 and another 6 weeks. When I asked to speak to a manager, they told me that I would get a call back. Later that day, the manager called and told me that the job was going to cost $5,000. I demanded my device back, as well as my non-refundable deposit.After looking at the services that Drive-Rescue performed, I called. Scott was very helpful. The price he quoted me was $300/drive, equalling $600. The next day, I received a call from Scott. I thought something must be wrong and that my data was not recoverable. He told me that the job was finished. Less than 24 hours later, he had completely recovered all of my data.When I got home, I was having a hard time mounting my drive. Our server crashed and our backup was corrupt. Our billing, financial, and all critical information was on that server. The first company we called wanted $500 just to look at the server. We then called other data recovery companies and received quotes from $2000 to $10,000 to recover our information. We then contacted a local IT shop we had used in the past and asked them if they could help or recommend someone. They said they used Drive Rescue for data recovery jobs that they couldn’t do themselves. After calling Scott at Drive Rescue, 48 hours later we had all our information back for $600. We highly recommend Scott and Drive Rescue.

Scott to the rescue! Lets just say that I had a REALLY old computer that was getting all kinds of error messages. My data was encrypted from having gone from a server to a single desktop. The transfer was done incorrectly. Scott went through a series of recovery steps and saved ALL of the data!!! If you absolutely, positively want to rescue your drive, Scott is your man. People apparently mail him drives. Hes that good!!

Scott is awesome! My Buffalo Linkstation went into E-Mode, and their own recovery process worked but left the drive with no MFT and no files. Of course, Scott was able to recover everything! Hes a straight shooter, and very accomodating. It is easy to spend your money locally when you can deal with someone like him!Go to Drive-Rescue FIRST. Scott will tell you the true.

We once got a corrupt SD card after shooting a Wedding...after my partner and I tried and tried again using various at-home computer methods of recovering the lost footage, but failed. After we thought all hope was lost, we found Scott at Data Recovery...we took our corrupt card in, and after a few hours Scott called us reporting the positive news--our footage had been recovered! Scott at Drive Rescue Is Extraordinary!Like anyone, we called around for pricing, and got prices of $1,000 to $2,000 from the other companies, even when they were advertising much lower prices?However, Scott told us it would probably be just $380, wow, it sounded like one of those too-good-to-be-true scams? but then he told us, No Data – No Fee! So we went for it.The location was pretty easy to find, it was right off the 101fwy, and it was nice that there was plenty of free parking.I was surprised, after only a few hours, to get a phone call informing us that our years of family pictures were all rescued!It only took 1 day to get our data back, while I wasted 3 days calling around to find a place to take it, and it was well worth the price of $380.If I ever lose my data or have a hard drive crash or failure again, I would definitely call this company asap, thank you drive-rescue!

Cant say enough good things about this place. Competent, honest, diligent, and even friendly. The prices are also great.Call this place before you give up on a dead drive. In fact youre probably better off using them than purchasing a data recovery software like Disk Warrior, because Drive-Rescue uses hardware to safely access your data, rather than software (which could potentially damage things further).Thanks, Scott!

One of our employees dropped a laptop that contained important information. Because they were traveling the information was not transferred to our servers. We dropped the drive off to Drive Rescue Wednesday morning and had 100% recovery Thursday afternoon. Because we needed the data recovery expedited the fee was $380. Great job!

If your hard drive crashes and you have lost everything and you are depending upon whats on that hard drive to get your next contract paycheck I recommend this establishment. He has a small office on mobile Avenue in a building that does not look like it should contain a computer company. The office is right in front on the bottom on the right and he knows exactly what he is doing. My hard drive was about 6 years old and full and he managed to recover everything that was on the drive when it crashed and it crashed big time. He is not cheap but again as I said earlier when youre depending on to recover everything that is on that hard drive and you were negligent and you did not back it up like you should have this is the place to go.

My screen started to go all funky and then my computer started to force shut down and blue screen. I was able to narrow it down to eiter my GPU was bad (8 years in use) or that the GPU Port on my motherboard was bad, that was on Friday. I did not have a good GPU to test the port with. Called one company and because of Covid they were not doing any in person servicing. Called Drive Rescue and they said that they were not in the office at the moment but they would be in tomorrow(Sat) from 9-11, theyre not open on Saturday, but I showed up and they were there! They had a spare Nvidia GPU to test the port, was in and out with in 10 min. Thank you Drive Rescue.
