One of our pipes on the side of our house, bursted with water. After we shut the water. I contacted Drain Town Rooter. I was able to get a plumber late in the day. Dakota came to our house and was very friendly and explained everything that he needed to do to fix our problem. To be honest, the price he gave us was really high and I know I should have gotten other estimates before we decided. With that being said, we ended up hiring him because he seem so knowledgeable and experienced and we needed it done. He ended up ordering the parts and had to do the job the following morning. He was on time and actually did an awesome job on it. Even though we paid an outrageous amount of money, we were still happy with his excellent service and attention to detail. I just referred him to my sister for her plumbing issue and I will definitely refer this plumbing company and Dakota to family and friends. Please commend Dakota for providing us us with outstanding service. Thank you.

Cannon was the Sr Technician. 50 gallon Water heater replacement and shower handle replacement for Master bath. His work was meticulous and detail oriented. His communication throughout was top shelf. I was extremely happy with his work and would not hesitate to use him again.

Drain Town Rooter replaced the failed pressure regulator and old piping by the front of the house, added expansion tank and sediment trap, reset the toilet in share bathroom, and replaced a hot water supply line. The work was done well and cleanly. There was a slight issue where the cold water valve could not be shut off because it was blocked by the scale inhibition system. Drain Town Rooter sent out the same plumber to fix the issue the next morning. I am happy with their work and plan to use them for other plumbing upgrades.

What a reassuring experience! The first Mr. Buddy Leal visited my home; he thoroughly evaluated my plumbing issues without any pressure or scary story attached to the needed work. He explained in detail what took place and what needed to be done. Today, he came on time, was sharp-looking, did the job, took his time, checked everything was functioning correctly, and left everything clean. Thank you! Drain Town Rooter provided a quality and affordable service in helping me with a clogged kitchen sink. They were available same day (on a Sunday), had all the gear ready, and kept the kitchen area clean throughout. Everything was completed within an hour. Price paid was price quoted on the phone. Had Alan and Jake over. Bunch of great guys. I had dropped a hundred dollar bill without me noticing and Jake picked it up gave it back to me. Easily could have pocket it. I wouldn’t even have notice since I forgot I had it in my pocket. These people are great. Definitely saved their contacts to my phone and will continue to use their services for any future issues.

We should have called Drain Town Rooter first! The other company we called was a no-show for our appointment, but Drain Town Rooter came right when they were scheduled. Jared was so friendly and good natured about my curious 5-year-old watching and hanging out. Jared was able to assess our issue and get us back in business with a functioning and flushing toilet in what seemed like no time.

I am really impressed by this company fixing my slab water leak problem. Not only was their price reasonable, but the worker Dakota was an amazing person to work with. He knew what he was doing, very clean work, on time, no problem what so ever. I am a very difficult person to get impressed, but I was shocked by this persons work. Hi, we were very impressed with the professionalism that our plumber Garrett and his knowledge to our plumbing issues. He was very informative and direct about what was to be done and for what reasons they were needed without the sales pitch. Garrett let us view what was going on in our main drainage pipes with their camera and explained the issues in depth and what he thought was to be done with lots of consideration to our long and short term fixes and timing with the problem. We also had them replace our water heater to a tankless water heater and they did an amazing job on that too. Garrett and the crew were very easy to talk with and very respectful. The owner Ryan was very considerate of our issue also and helped in everyway he could with financing and pricing.To say the least we had a very good experience with Garrett, the crew and Ryan the owner, they did an amazing job and would recommend them highly! Weve used Drain Town Rooter several times for our plumbing needs such as drain cleaning and their camera expertise (for French drain and pipes), and each time theyve done an excellent job. Dakota took care of our last job, which was to install a Moen shut off valve, and an automatic gas shut off valve. The latter went easier and faster than he initially thought it would be, so he actually took $100 off the invoiced price, plus he helped us with a disposal install. Great work, reasonable pricing and honesty. Well be calling Drain Town Rooter again next time we need help with something!
