The front office staff are super nice and communicative, no wait times, and the doctors are incredibly kind and thorough. They even squeezed me in and saw me immediately for an emergency appt. Will not go anywhere else for my annual eye exams!

We have been searching for a new optometrist, and we were referred friends to Dr. Shah. From the moment we stepped into the office we were blown away by how Friendly their staff was along with Dr. Shah. My wife, son and daughter really like Dr. Shah and we purchased contacts for all three of them the same day and within a few days we already got our tracking information. This is by far the best Office we have ever been to, and I cannot believe that we will have our contacts in less than five days for the entire family.We highly recommend visiting their office

I’ve been coming to this eye doctor since i was a little girl, i am currently 25 years old and i still enjoying coming here. The staff is very kind and friendly, i have built such good rapport over the years with everyone here. Dr. Frohn has been my consistent eye doctor for the past 20 years of my life and he gives exceptional quality care. Myself as well as my whole family comes here and has been doing so for many years and we will be continuing to choose Dr. Shah and Dr. Frohn’s services for many years to come. 10/10 would recommend.

4 years ago, I came across this clinic for a last minute eye and contact lens exam. Ever since then, I kept coming back for my regular eye exams because the staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Shah made sure that my eye health is well taken care of. I suffer from dry eyes and he made sure to recommend a list of good contact lens brands, contact solutions, and even eye drops, just so that my eyes can get better. I highly recommend this place!

I love Dr. Shah optometry!Him and his employees are wonderful. I have been coming to him since I was young and he has continuously provided excellent care. He has always done a great job walking you through the entire process. He welcomes questions and really takes the time to listen and address any comments or concerns or anything you may be curious about! This last visit he really helped me find the ideal glasses based on new concerns I had. I didn’t feel rushed at all, I was encouraged to take my time and check out all my eye wear options. Its great to know that he really cares and knows just want you need. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. His staff if really good with getting you in and seen effectively and efficiently I love it! Everyone is kind and as someone cannot make it to his M-F hours i appreciate his availability on Saturdays. I hopes this helps anyone looking for a great optometrist!

I love Dr. Shah! He has been such a great Optometrist and even makes the effort to get me in last minute during emergencies. Dr. Shah is very thorough with his exams and he takes the time to ask questions and ensure you are comfortable. He has a great selection of frames and will even spend the time helping you pick out what works best for you. Ive had numerous friends go see him and they have all raved about how great he is and continue to see him annually now. His staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would high recommend Dr. Shah for your eye care needs.

My husbands family and I went to Dr. Frohn for years until he retired several years back. Before he retired, Dr. Shah started practicing at his office. We started seeing Dr. Shah as our optometrist when Dr. Frohn became less available. When Dr. Frohn told us that he was retiring, I had thought I would find an eye care practitioner closer to home, but we like going to Dr. Shah so much that we are willing to drive 15 miles each way to see him. Even when our eye insurance coverage changed and we could have gone to Kaiser for our eye coverage, we chose to see Dr. Shah since wed already established a positive and trusting relationship with him and his staff. Dr. Shah is very good at what he does because hes knowledgeable, patient, and very personable. We truly enjoy our eye exam visits with Dr. Shah.

Love everything about this office! The staff was super nice and accomodated me right away. The Doctor was amazing! Super thorough and explained things about my eyes that I had not known in my past doctor visits. Loved the technology they used to examine my eyes.They have a fantastic selection of glasses. I used to always go to Costco for my glasses and they would break and scratch easily and I never saw super clearly with them. Dr. Shah explained the digital technology they use in their lenses and I have never seen better driving at night and on my PC with my new glasses. Best part is that they cost about the same as Costco but 100 x better quality. This is my 2nd visit to this office and my glasses from last year still look brand new without any scratches.Ive learned my lesson that you get what you pay for and Im a patient for life!!

My family loves going annually to Dr. Shah’s office! The front office staff are warm, courteous, and prompt. We never wait and are always taken back within minutes of walking in. Dr. Shah is a superb clinician, is empathetic and always explains things in a wonderful manner. He is truly great with kids. Although we come from afar, about 45min drive, he and his office are 100% worth it!!!

We have been seeing Dr. Shah for over 5 years now. Great service, very truthful. Referred me for lasik and I’ve never been happier with my vision. Tried a new doctor closer to home who was trying to get me to wear glasses with 20/20 vision! Went back to Dr. Shah the next year and won’t go anywhere else now.

I am so grateful to have found Dr Shah. My first experience in his office he had to pick me horrible news, I had a detached retina and needed surgery ASAP. I have never had a medical professional take the time of of their day to check on me, Dr Shah called me on a Saturday morning to make sure I was able to get a surgery date/time. His office is so friendly and professional, I would recommend them to ANYONE! I went back to him, over my surgeon for my temporary glasses while my eye is healing. Thank you again Dr Shah!

Dr shah has been my eye Doctor for 15 years now and he makes you feel safe taking care of your eyes. It’s great coming in and catching up on last years events. Seriously the best Optometrist I have ever been to! Right when I walked into the door, I was greeted and given papers fast! Then, within 2 minutes I was examined and prepped before I saw Dr. Shah. Everyone was friendly, super knowledgeable, and FAST! Dr. Shah took the time to get to know me and discuss options for my eyes. The entire experience was 30 minutes! My family and I have been going to Dr. Shah for years and I am really grateful to have him as my optometrist. I used to dread getting my eyes checked and was never happy with the service. However Dr. Shah is very approachable and made me feel very comfortable. It amazes me that he always remembers our conversation from previous visit and never forgets to ask after my family. I know I can always go back to him if I am not happy with my glasses or contacts. Hes been very patient with me recommending different brands of contacts that would suit me better and his staff has spend multiple hours with me over the years to help me choose the best frame for my glasses.

Dr. Shah and his staff have proven to me that service matters. From the time I arrived to the time I left his clinic it was a very pleasant experience. The friendly greeting that his staff has given me when I walked in. Even though the wait was less than 5 minutes the staff was so friendly and talkative it felt like seconds. Once I was in the examine room Dr. Shah came in with friendly smile and greeted me. Ask me how my vision is and if there is anything he should know. I been to other optometrist and they just get it started with the exam. No time to ask the patient. Not Dr. Shah. He listens and cares about your vision needs. It is very hard to find these days. After the exam he personally shows you the glasses base on your budget. No sales person here. Here to service you. Trust me he is a winner in my books. If you dont believe me please go there and experience it yourself.

Dr. Shah and his staff are very friendly and informative. What I appreciated the most is the time he took to educate me on my options. I did not feel as though he was pushing me in any one direction but was allowing me to make an informed decision. I had pondered about undergoing the costly procedure of lasik surgery and he was very helpful in teaching me the pros and cons. The other great perk for me was the convenient location and parking lot in the back, it definitely is a time saver!

I have been to Dr. Shah and Dr. Frohn Optometry three times and my experience has been very pleasant each time. The staff working there have been very friendly and helpful. I remember going there to try on contacts for the first time, which took me quite some time to get on, but the staff never rushed me but instead kept giving me different tips to get them in, they were very patient with me. I never had to wait very long for my appointments and it was a breeze to get in-and-out and on with the rest of my day.

I was referred to Dr. Shah by my mom a few years ago when my daughter woke up with a red eye. Dr. Shah was able to see her that morning and was very professional and super friendly. Both my daughter and I have both been going to Dr. Shah ever since. Not only is Dr. Shah professional and friendly but so are the staff that works there. . We will definitely be long term patients.

Several years ago I had computer glasses done through Costco and I needed a new pair after having finally broken the other pair (plus age has made my needs for magnification greater). While Costco certainly was cheaper, I felt like the optometrist was just churning through his list - herd em up, move em out.By contrast, Dr. Shah spent quite a bit of time getting the prescription just right and guiding me on frames that would hold up. He stayed within my budget and wasnt just focused on getting through his list on schedule.Loving the new glasses and recommend this business.

Dr Shah is the best!! I have keratoconus so I need to wear custom designed Scleral Lens. Last week in Las Vegas during my Grandmothers Funeral I accidentally broke one of my Scleral Lens. I had to go blind all week week until I got back home Monday. On my way home(9/13/2021)I called Dr Shah’s office and he saw me right away that same day for an eye exam and within 3 days(today 9/16/2021) my new Scleral’s are in my possession. Dr Shah and his staff are very professional, very welcoming, and they are very Clean considering all the Covid Protocols and mandates. This business is Very Honest and with my Scleral Lens I can now see 4K HD again lol. I’m so blessed to have found Dr Shah’s Optometry Office. Thank you again Dr Shah and Staff!!!

The front desk older woman was very helpful. Running my Ins. To check for availability. She got back to me with an appointment date and time. But the younger one was short with her answers. The Dr. Was also short with his answers. He told me come back another day and pay me $100 for an appointment. so I can answer your questions. My older daughter got her classes . I was asking about other glasses. Bc the ones they showed us look cheap. I told him I was going to pay for whatever glasses she liked. He told us no this section is for you. So I wasnt too happy woth this Dr.

I would like to sincerely endorse my five-star optometrist: Bob Frohn. I don’t recall exactly how we met (after all, it was over 40 years ago) but I have been his patient ever since. He is thoroughly knowledgeable and professional and has the latest state-of-art equipment. The office staff and environment are very pleasant and there is a multitude of glasses/frames to choose from. After occasional shopping around I also found out that his prices are more than competitive. Parking is easy. Finally, his prescription diagnoses have been more accurate than my ophthalmologist’s.

But I have a story today that will make me want this place to be my eye doctor for life!!Ive worn glasses almost my entire life! In my many years of glasses wearing Ive broken a frame or two or three or five... Mostly this happened when I was younger and each time they broke wed go back to our local eye doctor and see if they could help. Nope. No help. No way. Just gotta get new glasses out of pocket...So when I accidentally broke my frames last night for the first time in 15 years I was in tears. I just got this pair, they were super cute and I did pay extra from my insurance for the cute frames.I knew that there was no helping it and Id have to go get a totally new pair and have to pay out of pocket. I was inconsolable and very upset the entire night and ended up crying myself to sleep knowing im out $300+ bucks on a new pair outside of my insurance. (If you didnt know glasses were expensive, youve never bought them without insurance before...)In the morning my boyfriend convinced me to go see the doctor, to ask if they could do anything. I knew it was a pointless task, but I decided to go anyways. MAYBE, just MAYBE they could fix the hinge or something for me.I walk in and the kind receptionist was already sympathetic to my glasses being destroyed. But she did something Ive NEVER SEEN BEFORE IN MY 20+ years of wearing glasses...She looked up my account, saw the frames and lenses were new and simply popped the lenses out, went to grab the same frames from the back, popped them back in and gave me my glasses back, with brand new frames!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It took not even 5 minutes for me to go from utter despair to complete and ridiculous happiness!She kindly explained that they offer this as a service to their patients, that they cant do it for all frames, but when they can, they understand that accidents happen!! For a fact, they lose money doing this! These brand name frames dont simply offer replacements cause im too stupid to not step on my glasses late at night. They only offer replacements for factory defects, which are impossible to prove.For them to go out of their way to offer this service meant the world to me! Of course this doesnt mean you can get glasses, break them in a week and get a replacement each time. Im sure its special circumstances and depends entirely on their stock and the cost of the frame.But this kind of service is going above and beyond! Ive never walked away to happy from my optometrist before in my life! Thank you so much again!!
