Ive been there before but, Ive never been seen by Michael. Ive been seen by Donna Scott, I think the staff and quality of service is great.the doctor answers questions her patients ask her or she tells them what they need to know.she doesnt sugar coat anything.
Wait time is way to long. Be sure to be here at least 2 hours before your appointment to be seen at your appointment time. Dr. is nice.

2022-10-10 17:06:02Terrible, terrible, terrible service. His receptionist are rude and not helpful. I am a caregiver and they didnt schedule my patients surgery so we had to reschedule. You take 3 hours to see doctor Scott. During the procedure; doctor showed up super late and had my patient waiting. Very unprofessional.

2019-10-15 21:55:52We had an appointment at 1.30pm. Dr Scott wasnt there. We waited for him for more than one hour. Dr Michael Scott saw my father at 2.46pm. I consider a lack of respect with the patients were waiting there for long time. The receptionist said Dr. Scott knows you are here but is taking his lunch and after that he always stops by the hospital to see if there are patients needing him. How is possible he is looking to take care of other patients when hes already many patients waiting for him for long time? This behavior is dissappointed and non professional.

He will stay until 8 pm just to make sure everyone gets seen . I’ve been there The entire Staff is Great couldn’t ask for a better dr. 2017-05-01 22:47:31Weve been in the hospital since Wednesday in an emergency for pain, its almost a week. Dr Scott got the results days ago. Chooses not to come in and explain what the results are. Instead tells the nurse 4 days later, we can make an appointment for a follow up. Um follow up to what??? Very inconsiderate the patient and family.. not acceptable

The person who works here have bad attitude and talks to you with a bad attitude so I recommend to go another location and also theyre booking services really bad they have for a long time and there didnt even they give you the same result every time you go, so dont was your time to come here also they dont even pick up the phone and their are just sitting and dont wast your time in calling you will have been calling for days to them pick up

2020-10-06 00:00:43Doctor Michael Scott, saved my life. Cancer was eating away at my body and I didnt even know that I had Prostate cancer. Dr. Scott, Suspected that I had Prostate cancer based on my symptoms, and developed an assessment plan immediately. I was referred for blood tests, scans and a biopsy, and his educated guess was totally correct. When all the tests results were in they confirmed his suspension, I had stage II Prostate cancer. He wasted no time developing a treatment plan immediately and put together an Gold standard treatment team. He listen to my concerns, fears and reassured me with his care, concern and supportive bedside manor. He has a wealth of information regarding proper diet and exercise while undergoing treatment. Moreover, how to cope with the symptoms and emotional rollercoaster one may experience because of a cancer diagnosis and the fatigue associated with the treatments for the individual patient, the stressor on the caregiver and the patient family. He stated it is possible to be Cancer free in 9 months to a year. And my last lab work was all positive and Im in full remission. Dr. Scott is a blessing and a lifesaver...me and my family cant thank him and his staff enough for all their hardwork and professionalism. From the Simpson family, we would recommend Dr. Scott to family, friends and aquantences for health care. Thank you is to small of an expression to express my gratitude to Dr. Scott for the future I now will have with my family, especially with my wife, children and grandchildren.

2022-04-21 18:05:54Horrible service, very rude receptionist.l!!!My grandfather went to his appointment and the receptionist was very rude to him. The lady asked my grandfather for his vaccination card online even though he had a hard copy of it. She denied access to his appointment.
