There is no better place than Dr Kosta!!! He is sooo kind and gentle and always makes me feel safe. Like most people I had several bad experiences at the dentist and dr Kosta is the only dentist I’ll see now. I’ve been going to him for over 9 years and I don’t trust anyone else with me and my kiddos. I cannot recommend them enough. Also support staff is kind and well trained. A very smooth experience all the way around.

Had a filling break while visiting family. Dr. Kostas office was able to get me in and get it replaced within a couple hours. The staff were all extremely kind and competent, and Dr. Kosta himself was great at explaining what he was doing and why.

Love Dr. Kosta, love all the dental assistants. I was disappointed to be charged $50 for canceling an appointment the morning of a fees prior. I’d woken up sick and didn’t want risk making the staff sick.Aside from that, I’m very happy at this office.

Excellent staff!!!! Not to mention how they always accommodate to our needs and schedule. Love this dentist never hurts me and never pressures me for anything extra. Previous dentists always found something every 6 months & it was hundreds of dollars they wanted to charge and pressure pressure for additional services not covered by insurance. I would highly recommend Kosta! I went here after seeing another dentist who told me I needed tons of work. Even showed me where cavities were. Turns out I didnt have those cavities and didnt need the work they described. Ive been seeing Dr. Kosta for the last couple years now. Theyre always friendly and professional. They never try to add anything extra and always are fair in their pricing. I highly recommend Dr. Costa anyone looking for a fair, honest dentist.

I never understood people who hated going to the dentist. I’ve been going to doctor kosta since I was a teenager and still the highlight of the year is getting my teeth done. Had a great fist visit and cleaning with Dr. Kosta. Very pleasant staff and good atmosphere all around. Dr. Kosta has a very reassuring manner that conveys high trust and confidence.Second visit was even better than the first. Dental hygienist Nicole is so good I didnt even realize I was getting a cleaning, but when she was finished my teeth felt the cleanest theyve ever been. Dr. Kosta gave me a thorough exam and we discussed the possibility of using a night guard to prevent me from biting my inner cheek at night. I cant enough about how great this office is.

Today I returned to Dr. Kostas office after several years due to change in insurance, Covid etc. I was pleased that the office and staff were just as great as I remembered. And I love how they take the time to walk you through the visit so you feel comfortable and and assured.I have always been a baby when it comes to visiting the dentist. I hadnt been to a dentist in 4 years, but decided to make an appointment when I lost a filling (from a prior dentist, not Dr. Kosta). His office accepts my insurance, and he had many positive reviews. Making an appointment was easy, it was on time, office was nice, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kosta was easy to talk to, explained my options, and did a great job with the work I needed. The filling repair was quick, and relatively painless. The only mild discomfort I experienced was with the cleaning (I needed a lot of scraping). Dr. Kosta was very thorough (which I appreciated), but I probably shouldnt have waited 4 years between cleanings! If you are looking for a great dentist in the Simi Valley area I highly recommend Dr. Kosta.

Besides the fact that hes one of the best dentists in the area, hes honest. The last time I was there I had an issue with my teeth that any other dentist would have taken advantage as a chance to make money. With a little adjustment Dr Kosta had me fixed up without a dollar out of my pocket. That just doesnt happen these days! Thats why he has loyal customers. I know Im not going anywhere. The purpose of the visit being an evaluation of the healing from an extraction, plus a consultation with another dentist who will be performing an eventual dental implant in January. I have found my dentist. Some are good - but way too expensive. Some are good - but their back office lags. Some are affordable - but the do shoddy work. I have been to all kinds - and I believe that Dr Kosta is technically proficient and thorough. He knows his stuff (he told me he comes from a family of dentists). He is Honest also - I have never had the thorough explanations that I get from him. I have had the misfortune of having some bad dental work in the past and I am very glad that I have found someone that I can trust to do the job right.

I had a very nice first appointment with Dr. Kosta and his staff. They are so friendly, accommodating, and nice. Dr. Kosta, Jasmine and Renee were great! And all the little details, like asking how comfortable you are on the chair, to putting on educational videos on the TV, to putting some kind of visual effects on the ceiling tile, made everything great! Many people are looking for a good dentist... So was I, until I found Dr. Kosta almost three years ago. I came to him after my previous dentist refused to make a deep filling on my molar tooth, and wanted me to agree on the crown... Long story short, I still have that filling that Dr. Kosta did three years ago for me! I like the way he works with the patients, explaining everything thoroughly, very respectfully accepting your decision about the treatment you choose. At the same time he is honest and points out the problem without playing games with the patient. For example, during my last year cleaning appointment, he said that I am not flossing good enough, because I started to get more black spots between my teeth... He couldve just try to sell me the new treatment or just keep filling the holes and get more money... He didnt, he is a professional and he cares! He is always available to answer the patients questions or concerns. His staff is always helpful, answer the phone or return calls within minutes, and they always make me feel good when I come in their office... :) Somehow, they manage to have openings at the convenient times! The office is great, with a beautiful view from all the windows... I recommend my dentist, Dr. Kosta, to everybody!

At his convenience (not mine), I had to wait for almost a month until one of his colleagues could come to his office to try to remove the file. The wait was useless because the file could not be removed. Dr. Kosta and his staff are simply the best. I am TERRIFIED of dentists. If I dont make the appointment and go immediately, I dont go. I require medication to calm my nerves just to walk in the door. Like a child I take someone with me to hold my hand thru the entire visit. Because of this fear, I just dont go to the dentist and am now paying the price for that. I woke in the middle of the night with a tooth ache that rocked my world. The pain was off the charts. We are reletively new to the area so on the recomendation of a friend we called Kostas office. They fit me into the schedule in 30 minutes. By the time we got there I was in tears from pain and fear. I was given medication to calm me and everyone was so great. The entire staff was kind and so gentle, and best of all, understood my fear. They made sure both my husband and I were comfortable. Dr. Kosta saw me almost immediately. It was determined that he could not save the tooth so it had to be removed. He arranged his schedule so that he could do it that day to end dthe pain. He was AWESOME! He actaully had me laughing!! At a dentists office!! I could not beleive it. I got to the office crying and left laughing... I was comfortable at a dentists office for the first time in my life! Today is the 1st days after the extraction and I have no discomfort at all. There is a little tenderness, but no pain what so ever! I go back next week to have the stitches removed and I am feeling like I might even be able to handle this one alone. Thank you Dr.Kosta and your amazing staff!!

You know who they are and youve met them.Dr. Kosta I think is 3rd generation dentist, his dad and grand dad were dentist. Hes clearly knows his stuff (its like its genetically passed down). What separates him from everyone else is his character. My family has never meet a more caring, emphatic dentist ever. Why does this matter? If you have to ask then youve never been his patient. 99.9999% of of the public are scared of the dentist. Not my family!
