Was a walk in appointment and was seen fairly quickly. Felt like thorough exam by Dr. Bui. Explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Optical staff were friendly and helpful. Was helped by LP and made experience enjoyable and gave me plenty of time to make my decisions without and pressure to finish. Received my glasses in half the time quoted. Thanks! Well done.

Dr. Bui was very kind. I accidentally had the wrong day and he was wonderful about squeezing me in. He did a great job and was able to tell me the health of my eyes and my new glasses prescription very quickly.

First time at this location and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Explained the whole process as we were going. Plus, it was so quick. Picking out the glasses and pricing was great as well. I got a quote and that’s what I paid. Asked for a detail receipt and on top of regular one and they did it without out hesitation even gave me a slip to put all my papers together. Overall, great service!

I have been seeing him sense he has been at target optical. He’s great. He explains everything to me, let’s me get a feel for my prescription before I leave. He makes sure everything is good all year long. If I’m unhappy for reason with my prescription before my next visit he’s willing to see me and help get it perfect. Despite insurance, I paid $80 out of pocket for my contacts lens training, prior to the pandemic. I had asked if they took my insurance, which they said they did, neglecting to tell me it was out of network. Because of the pandemic I never had an exam in person with the doctor to ensure the contacts were ok.When I followed up with him about concerns regarding the prescription being wrong on the trial lens and cloudy vision I was experiencing, he told me that the company only sent him one eyes prescription, which is what hed given me to try on because the other simply hadnt come in. Ok, thats reasonable enough.However, when I insisted that my vision didnt feel right and was blurry and he said, Weve already been on the phone for 5 minutes. What do you want me to do? UMM MAYBE ORDER ME THE CORRECT TRIAL LENS.He followed this by saying It seems like youre new to contacts...If you have questions about whats normal and whats not, check out YouTube videos. Thats what Id already been doing and will do in the future if it means never having to speak to him again!If Id known that asking for 5 minutes of my doctors time was a crime Id have gone elsewhere--literally anywhere else.
