2020-12-14 16:56:05John Wilcox and DR I.T. Help have been crucial in bringing my office to compliancy. I didnt realize how many areas I was deficient in until he sat down with me and went over everything related to HIPAA with me. Im the kind of person who has no patience for these things, but he made the entire process as pain free as possible. John also manages my computer systems in the office, and since he has taken over, I am at so much more ease knowing that should any problem arrive, he is just a phone call or text away, and the issues are resolved immediately.
