I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Gould and his whole staff for all the support and professionalism that I experienced. It’s only been 6 weeks since my face lift and already I look and feel 100% better! I did not want to look “done” and the results surpassed all my expectations! Now I look as young as I feel and I’ve never gotten so many compliments! Not only is Dr. Gould exceptionally skilled, he’s a compassionate and caring human being. I literally have no visible scars and would never consider going to anyone else. If you care about results, Dr. Gould is your doctor!

I had the best possible experience with Dr. Gould! I had gone to other doctors for consultations for the breast reduction and lift I was wanting, but left those appointments feeling nervous and uneasy, ultimately putting off the procedure for several years. A friend then referred me to Dr. Gould, and the knowledge, confidence, and care with which he approaches his practice immediately made me feel distinctly comfortable and trusting. I proceeded with the procedure, and the top-notch care I received from Dr. Gould and his thoughtful, transparent, and patient team made the process as easy and comfortable as possible all around. So far (6 weeks post-op) I am extremely happy with my results, and would highly recommend Dr. Gould to anybody who might be considering plastic surgery.

Saying Dr. Gould and his staff are fabulous is an understatement. For the last few years I have worked on losing 70 pounds which left me with a lot of loose skin. I interviewed many surgeons and it was only Dr. Gould that I would trust with my surgery. I had a tummy tuck, breast reduction, 360 liposuction and fat transfer. His surgical approach has been perfected for the most beautiful outcome without uncomfortable drains. He has a sophisticated approach to pain management. I had zero pain, yep, I said it zero pain!What makes Dr. Gould unique is his holistic approach above and beyond surgery. He is an expert in nutrition, putting together a plan to ensure the best results. His philosophy to nutrition before and after surgery I believe, made my surgery and healing a breeze. My bruising for a big surgery like this disappeared very quickly. Healing from the inside out is just as important to him as healing from the outside in.Dr. Gould has an amazing communication style. He is compassionate and will spend all the time you need to answer your questions. He ensures your questions are answered first before he speaks. I felt “heard” and included in my care plan. Dr. Gould and his team provide the most amazing care. The results are absolutely fantastic and I could not be happier. I had been wanting to get a tummy tuck for years but never thought I would really go through with it. I had been watching the stories on Dr. Gould’s Instagram and knew that I wanted to get a consultation from him. I did also check out 4 other doctors. No one compares to Dr. Gould. From that first consultation you are put at ease with his professionalism and care. He sits and talks to you for hours and looks at you with complete interest! This is rare and really important for such a huge life changing surgery. I had the full mommy make over. I felt immediately that Dr. Gould was the only doctor that I wanted to work on my body. He also has the only modern technique of painless drainless tummy tuck. It really was exactly as he described! I was off of all pain medicine by 2.5 weeks. I was walking and standing immediately. All of the other doctors tell you to get a walker and they send you home right after surgery. Dr. Gould is with you the next day at the aftercare facility. All of the steps that Dr. Gould has you follow for aftercare and leaving his immediate care make such a difference. I felt so comfortable and cared for. It really was am amazing experience. This was my first surgery, besides babies. It was scary to think about all of the unknowns for a big life changing surgery, but Dr. Gould walks you through everything and makes sure that all of your questions are heard and answered. The team is there for you all hours of the day through the whole recovery. Sophie and Jazmine are equally amazing and caring. That level of service provides a peace of mind and care that is unapparelled. I could not recommend Dr. Gould enough. I am 3 months out from my surgery and I am in love with my body transformation. As soon as I walked in the door of Dr. Gould’s office I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Gould made me feel like I was in very good hands and he and his team were going to take good care of me and I was right. Dr Gould’s expertise far surpasses any other plastic surgeon’s work that I have seen. Dr Gould did my natural deep plane face lift. The recovery was beyond my expectations. Dr Gould had said his technique would make the recover easier. It was hard to believe but he was true to his word. I was out shopping 5 days after surgery. I was slightly swollen, and barely bruised. No one would have suspected I had recently had surgery. My experience was so much easier and more natural compared to any of my friends who had in the past chosen to go to older more traditional surgeons. They didn’t feel comfortable going out in public after their surgery, they were bruised and very swollen. They were amazed at my recover. I cannot recommend Dr Gould enough. If you are looking for updated techniques, the latest in facial surgery to achieve a natural and easy recovery Dr Gould is your surgeon. I’m thrilled with my results.

I had been looking for a plastic surgeon for about a year for a facelift and breast lift. I had four consultations with four different surgeons, after my consultation with Dr Gould I knew he is my surgeon. His unique modern approach as well as shining passion for his work was very apparent and super important to me. As well, due to my skin type it was extremely important to me how the incisions areas will look. I’m so happy to see that although it’s been only about two weeks post op they are barely visible.Beyond that, Dr Gould has one amazing team behind him, from the phone call by the anesthesiologist the night prior to surgery day to the wonderful nurses at post opt care everything has been amazing.Dr Gould is one magical plastic surgeon, extremely caring and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with results. I am 6 weeks post-op from a lower face and neck lift with fat transfer by Dr. Gould and absolutely loving my improved face already. I feel balanced now that my lower face and neck matches the rest of my face and body.Why I chose Dr. Gould:• Highly skilled, yet not arrogant - I’ve met a number of surgeons for consults and right away, I felt comfortable with Dr. Gould. I found many surgeons to be arrogant and I don’t believe you have to be arrogant to show that you’re skilled and great at what you do.• Patient care - The patient care I received was stellar from the start and ongoing. I started following Dr. Gould on social media and saw how he visits all of his patients at the after-care center the evening after surgery and also the morning after. This definitely put me at ease, knowing that he would see how I’m doing and address any questions as I get settled after surgery. I decided to stay an additional night because I was not local and he visited me again the morning before I left. He was also very real and honest about how his patients were doing in his posts. Dr. Gould also has the best patient coordinator I’ve ever met- Carmen. As busy as she is, she is timely at getting back to you with answers to questions and goes out of her way to help you. I had a couple of concerns that of course would occur on the weekends. Though I didn’t expect to get answers until Monday (as I mentioned it wasn’t urgent), both Carmen and Dr. Gould got back to me right away both times.My experience with surgeons has always been that you mainly interact and spend time with their physician’s or medical assistants and only see the surgeon during surgery and briefly for the consult and post-op check-up. With Dr. Gould, you actually spend most of your time with him and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend him!

What an amazing practice! I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Gould and his office staff.My story is different than most perhaps, as I started my journey with a nightmare experience in another state where I went into cardiac arrest in the OR--woke up in a level 1 trauma center and remained there for 4 days. My surgery never got completed, and I was ghosted by those surgeons. I had no idea how I was going to find another surgeon--and somehow trust that things would be safe--until a friend of mine who lives in Venice California recommended Dr. Gould. I was pretty sure that he wouldnt want to take me on after having such a bad outcome in a different surgery center. In fact, I figured he would not really even want to speak with me (pretty much like the last office treated me). Furthermore, I worried that they would treat me differently--that maybe I wasnt fancy enough. But from the minute I contacted his office, I was treated with SUCH hospitality, kindness, professionalism and honesty. I was listened to, not put down or dismissed and I even felt comfortable with his office manager and staff--they answered all of my questions and gave me their undivided time.I ended up having a phone call initially with dr. Gould as I live on the East Coast, and he was considerate, methodical, and easy to speak with. He validated my fears from the recent surgical experience--and after discussing the guidelines, his OR staff, their safety measures, and his understanding of my requests, he said he would take me on. There was no judgement thing--there was no dismissive language--I was so blown away--but also so so thankful. I just wanted to be safe and finish the process and I was putting a lot of trust in him.When one is speaking with Dr. Gould, you feel like you are speaking with a person you already know--he doesnt speak down to you, he doesnt tell you what he wants to do--rather, he asks what you are looking for and you find a solution together. IMMEDIATELY, I trusted Dr. Gould to take my case on. IMMEDIATELY. He just is such a good human--and you know when you meet him. There is no shade.So I flew out to CA for surgery, and I felt nothing but welcome from the moment I walked into his office. The staff treat you like you belong there--and get to know you. Patients arent numbers to them--they truly care and boy was I wrong about how they would see this East Coast girl! I had my pre-op visit and then on the morning of surgery, the anesthesiologist came to speak with me and discussed her plans for managing my care given what had happened in the OR in TN. I immediately felt safe and in good hands. Then I heard the code cart get checked multiple times, which to me, was a feeling of safety. Dr. Gould came to speak with me and out me at ease and --- it all went well. I literally cried that day bc not only was I alive and healthy, but the operation was performed and I was comfortable and I actually enjoyed the process.When you have seen how very poorly a surgery can go, meaning you have a devastating case in another practice, it truly means EVERYTHING when you see that an experience can be so...seamless.Dr. Gould has a great aftercare facility and apparently options to stay in various hotels and HE will come and check on you--he doesnt send someone in his place--HE COMES TO RE-EXAMINE YOU. You have a way to contact him after surgery and he always replies in a timely manner. I have returned to him since that surgery bc nothing can put a price on safety and kindness.IT DOES MATTER who your surgeon is--how he treats you--and how his staff are with you. Trust me, YOU WANT SOMEONE WITH INTEGRITY. Obviously, we choose a surgeon for their skill set, but as someone who had to learn the hard way--you want a surgeon who will manage your care throughout your stay--and you want someone who has your best interest in mind....and sometimes things dont go as planned, so choose wisely. Dr. Gould is the whole package. I respect ✊ him completely.

I cannot recommend Dr Daniel Gould and his staff enough! From the moment I first walked in I was greeted warmly by the staff. The office is modern and beautiful, you can tell he takes pride in his space and his work. He is passionate, intelligent, kind, and a real artist in that OR! I had a drainless tummy tuck and breast implant revision/exchange. I was able to avoid a breast lift even after nursing 2 kids by draining my old saline implants 3 months prior to surgery. My new breasts are AMAZING, he gave me the central cleavage that I have been wanting my whole life that my former surgeon was unable to give. My tummy is now so flat and tight and my belly button is still cute, which i was really worried about. I had zero drains. My recovery has been as easy as it can be. Jazmine his nurse has always been so responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the whole process and Sophie the patient care coordinator is an sweetheart. She checked on me daily as well. Dr Daniel Gould is one of the kindest empathetic doctors I have ever met. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is knowledgeable, personable and devoted to his patients. He went the extra mile to visit me post op twice in less than 24 hours. His office staff are very kind, professional and very well trained. Every detail of the surgery, preparation for, post op care and visits were so well organized. I have to say the surprising highlight of my experience was receiving a beautiful floral display at my home a few days post op! Please take a minute to read our story and you will see why we have come to this conclusion!Our Story:My husband and I began our search for a Plastic Surgeon several months after a life changing experience. This experience reminded us that life is short and to not wait for tomorrow to do what you can do today. So, following my recovery the search for a Plastic Surgeon to perform a Mommy Makeover began.We had several consultations with other Surgeons and a referral to Dr Gould from a close friend before choosing him. No other Surgeon proposed a drainless, painless, tummy tuck. They all said I would be in bed and/or using a walker as I recovered. Not Dr Gould. Dr Gould tells you right up front what to expect and then follows through with what he says. A very rare find in today’s world in any profession!So, after viewing his social media posts, we found it hard to believe that he could deliver what he says, yet he spoke with such confidence and knowledge it intrigued us. In viewing his posts, we found that he shows and speaks about the various procedures and how he treats his patients throughout the process. Where to start...Dr Gould has been nothing but amazing for both me and my mother. I started off getting my eyes done and my mom ended up getting a whole face lift, eyes and neck lift. From day one to months later he has been patient, knowledgeable, professional, and beyond caring of both our needs. Price was beyond fair for what he provides. Remember in life you get what you pay for. While nothing is cheap when doing plastic surgery, making sure its done correct is most important. I started following Dr. Goulds painless drainless tummy tuck technique after a friend recommended him. I was really interested in how he does this procedure and the studies hes published - the idea of no drains and natural contours is very appealing. I had tons of questions and Dr. Gould took the time to answer all of them for me - I never felt like I was bothering him. Ive seen other plastic surgeons about doing a tummy tuck but Ive gotten the sense they didnt really want to take on my case. Dr. Gould was so reassuring and enthusiastic about the type of results Id get. And he was right! I feel amazing and the procedure has been life changing. I used feel so preoccupied by the loose skin in my midsection area and now I dont worry about it at all! I wish Id done this sooner. S.Some might say I am a bit excessive about research but especially when it comes to surgery and my face it warrants it. I wanted someone who REALLY knew what they were doing and actually cared, not only about the results but about my well being. Dr Gould is all that and more. I am 21 years old and had one of Dr. Goulds painless and drainless tummy tuck done a little over 3 months ago. I lost just under 100 lbs prior to surgery and had a daughter so I was left with a lot of loose skin. I didnt believe that a painless tummy tuck would be possible. I would consider my recovery uncomfortable but not necessarily painful. The most pain I felt was probably a 5 at 1 day post op when he explained that during this period there is a slight delay in the internal numbing medication. From that point forward, my pain was never above a 3. The recovery for me felt like a breeze. I was walking almost completely upright at about 9 days post op and felt back to normal around 3 weeks post op.Every one of the staff members was amazing to say the least. They were there for me before, during and after this procedure. They patiently answered all of my questions and concerns regardless of how many times I reached out. Dr. Gould made me feel safe from the moment I talked to him on the phone. He took the time to help calm me down on the morning of surgery and address all of my worries. After losing just under a hundred pounds and keeping it off for over a year, I decided to take the last step and have the skin that was literally sagging off of my body removed through a circumferential body lift. Although I had visited a couple of surgeons in my own state of Arizona, I was fortunate enough to come across some reviews on the Marina Plastic Surgery Group in Marina del Rey, California and specifically Dr. Dan Gould. After a couple of phone calls with this doctor I knew I had found someone highly skilled and that he had the communication skills to really explain the process, as well as the ability to genuinely care about his patient. I have not looked back. The results were amazing and throughout the process I felt incredible support by the staff from the front office to the nurse assistants on through to the doctors who were assisting the surgery and of course with Dr. Dan Gould himself. Absolutely fantastic! I cant think of one negative experience. In the end, my stomach is flat, my sides have smooth curves and even my butt enjoyed a bit of a lift. Im wearing size smalls for the first time in my life and love all of the clothes I get to wear now! Thank you again Dr. Gould, Marina Plastic Surgery and their amazing staff!
