I had an excellent experience working with the doctor and his staff. My carpal tunnel has been bothering me for a long time and required surgery. Dr. Daugherty explained everything very clearly and the procedure went as promised. I no longer have any pain or numbness in that hand and you can barely see the scar. I would highly recommend Dr. Daugherty to anyone needing professional help.
Dr. Daugherty has performed 3 separate hand surgeries for me. I havent had any complications. He is very thorough in his explanation of what the procedure involves, as well as what to expect post-surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Daugherty to anyone who is in need of his services!

Great Dr. who really cares. I have Ehlers Danlos Sydrome and have a torn tendon in my elbow. Thankfully he knew about my rare disease and advised me not to get the surgery done, as it would more than likely make it much worse. So, although I was prepared for that answer, because of my condition, I was grateful that he didn’t just do a surgery to line his pockets. Dr. Daugherty is one of the best orthopedic Drs I know. He is very professional and did a great job on my carpal tunnel surgery, he is currently taking care of my trigger finger aswell. I feel very relaxed and at ease when I see him. I highly recommend him.
I went in for a growth under my fingernail. Dr. Daugherty discussed the various possibilities and options available to me in a very straight-forward manner, using a common sense approach. Rather than performing any unnecessary surgery, we took a wait-and-see approach, and the issue has seemed to resolve itself on its own.

I waited a month for an appointment. Severe pain the entire time. My appointment was cancelled one hour before. I waited one hour on the phone to reschedule, after almost making an appointment (two weeks out) the receptionist hung up/disconnected and didnt even bother to call me back!!! I have never written a review and do not know how to give zero stars!

Dr Daugherty demonstrated encyclopedic knowledge of my problem, the treatment alternatives and he satisfied me the proper course for me was to procrastinate treatment for the time being. Still, he took the time to answer all my questions. I left knowing what I gotta monitor, and how i gotta do that. A true mensch.

2023-04-12 14:37:27I saw Dr. Daugherty for computer related hand strain and mild thumb arthritis. As others have stated in these reviews, hes an excellent communicator with obvious expertise in upper extremity medicine/surgery.Dr. Daugherty diagnosed me accurately and gave me the right tests to 100% rule out what it wasnt. Im not a candidate for surgery so he laid out my non surgical path to recovery and made it known he was available if my situation didnt improve. He was prompt, valued my time, and treated me with respect. Great guy and a thorough and knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone with hand or wrist issues!

2023-01-09 20:11:53Dr. Daugherty always takes time to explain the problem and has always been right on the money with his diagnoses. He restored near full function of my badly broken wrist and cared for my opposite arm during recovery. I’ve since gone to him with other minor things and as long as he is practicing will be my go-to for wrist and hand/arm needs. I highly recommend him. Excellent personality as well, a pleasure to just talk with in general!
