I love Dr.Hermans office. I had to cancel my last appointment due to covid and Nancy was diligent in trying to get me rescheduled. Also, I had a great experience with Wendy the new hygienist today. I know it sounds weird but going to the dentist was actually fun. The entire staff is fabulous. If you need a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Herman.

I went into the dentist today to have a dental exam and cleaning. It was my first visit with Dr. Herman and I was very happy with the entire experience. The dentist, staff, and dental hygienist weee wonderful. I appreciate the gentile nature in the office. The dental hygienist was very gentle and careful while she cleaned my teeth.

Dr. Herman is great! Hes efficient, and knowledgeable and only does what you need never pushing unnecessary expensive procedures like many other dentists Ive been to.Wendy is the best dental hygienist Ive ever had! When she does my cleanings its actually kind of relaxing, not the white-knuckled suffer fest Id come to expect from dental cleanings. Despite the lack of pain I always come away with my teeth feeling cleaner than ever.The office administration is also fantastic! Theyre friendly, fast and on top of things.

Recently visited Dr. Herman who was recommended by a friend. I can honestly say it was the most painless and pleasant visit I have ever had! I had a crown removal and prep. I was referred to this office by my family doctor. Who also goes to Dr. Herman.They are extremely gentle. Dr Herman and staff have compassion and are very friendly. This is a Quality and Honest office. They never try to over sell you on dental work and when or IF you do need work done, they explain all the pros and cons and You make your decision. Also a written estimate is given with financial variables, so there are NO surprises! They go the Extra Mile..They care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Herman and his entire office. Wonderful people.

Dr. Herman is amazing!! I went to him for a second opinion and ended up changing dentists. The whole team is very warm, welcoming and experienced. He does excellent work and doesnt charge you for things you dont need (like cavities you dont have!). I didnt even feel the shot he gave me! Im not a huge fan of going to the dentist but I trust him. I moved back to Northern Ca but will be flying down to still see him Dr. Herman. Thank you!!:)

I have always dreaded going to the dentist! The cost, the weirdness of someone else fingers in my mouth! The unhuman type people that seem to only be there for Profit But then I found Dr. Chris and his staff! The prices are very reasonable and the people are just amazing! I always get to laugh when I am in there and they have me on affordable plan that I can pre pay as I get some much needed work done on a set of chompers that have been neglected for so long due to the above reasons! It’s always a pleasant experience going to this happy dental office! Dr. Herman and his entire staff are so nice and welcoming. Today I had to get a crown on a lower back tooth that had partially broken off. Of all the dentists I’ve gone to over the years. Dr.Herman is the absolute Best. He tells you what he is doing every step of the way. His assistant Cindy is also impressive and they work together so beautifully. The whole procedure was painless and completely stress free. Dr Herman is so kind! He really cares about his patients and their teeth. This office will not rip you off or try and over sell dental treatment that isnt necessary. I have been seeing Dr Herman for years. I brought my teenager here after being told by another dentist that she needed $4000 worth of dental work. Dr Herman did a detailed exam to find that all she needed was a good teeth cleaning. Thank you Dr Herman and your wonderful team for your honesty and wonderful spirit. I had my teeth cleaned today by hygienist Lauren. It is the best cleaning that I have had in many years. She did a thorough job without causing pain and was a lovely person with whom to visit. She offered tips on how to more easily clean a problem area where my bone and gums have receded. Dr. Herman came in, did a dental exam and checked my x-rays. He did not recommend any unnecessary dental work. The recent restoration (filling) he did on me looks and feels good. All staff members I have met are friendly, kind and professional. Having worked as a dental assistant and hygienist for 18 years in the past, I am usually hard to please but happy to say, I am thrilled to find this wonderful dental office. I highly recommend them.

I heard great things about Dr. Herman and traveled about 2 hours to bring my 6 year old to see him for a second opinion. He was so good with my son and made him feel really comfortable and to not be scared. When Dr. Herman gave my son the shot for his numbing medication, my son didn’t even know he did it, that’s how light handed he is. Thanks to him my son didn’t have unnecessary work done and still enjoys going to the dentist. I appreciate everything he did for us.Also the front desk staff was extremely friendly and the environment was very clean and well kept.

Dr. Herman caught something on my X-Rays that escaped two other dentists entirely, and that impressed me. So far, the work he has performed on my mouth has been relatively painless and he and his staff seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort. I also like how he describes what hes doing while hes doing it, keeping me an informed patient.This is my second testimonial.Dr. Herman on two occasions has taken time away from his family on his day off to help me when I had emergencies. I appreciated it so much because I had meetings to go to where Id have to smile and couldnt do so without his help. Hes an excellent dentist and Im very hard to please!

I had a dental appointment today to replace two fillings. I must say that the office staff, dental assistant, and Dr. Herman are not only friendly and welcoming, but very gentle and kind. To say I was nervous is an understatement. Everyone was very nurturing and reassuring when they saw how apprehensive I was. It was very apparent that they love what they do and want all patients to be comfortable and satisfied. Although the procedure is no fun, I didn’t have ANY pain. Phew. Thank goodness. Dr. Herman and is assistant Cindy worked quickly and carefully. When my appointment was finished, I thought, “This is it? That was nothing.” All I have to say about this dental office is nothing but nice, pleasant things! Did I mention that they sent me a hand written welcome card after my initial consultation? Many people fear a trip to the dentist, like myself. The experience I had at Dr. Hermans office was beyond what I was expecting. Everyone there wants to ensure you are comfortable and you can tell they care about their patients. Every one of my questions and conerned were answered. Other dental offices Ive been to will try to convince me I need numerous procedures done just to get money from me. However, this place is the opposite, rather try to help you save your natural teeth as much as they can and inform you on how to take better care of them. Dr. Herman is very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. The cleaning experience with the hygienist was excellent as well. Visited Dr Hermans office for the first time during lockdowns due to an injury. They got me in quickly despite the busy schedule and got me taken care of. I have been back a couple times as a regular patient for cleanings and a filling. The office is clean and fresh, and the staff is great. At Dr. Hermans office the entire staff, from scheduling the appt to checking out, was incredible. I’ve been to plenty of dentists in my days and this is as good as it gets or you could expect! Not only is Dr. Herman a 10 out of 10 but his entire staff is as well! I chose to have him do a big project for me to help get my teeth fixed and corrected and it went better then I could have hoped or imagined! If you are lucky enough to have them as your dentist you will not be disappointed! I made a 1200 mile move from a completely different world to California. I had no support system in place for dental care. A good dentist is crucial to good health. On my first visit, I had a great experience but honestly, I really just got a good cleaning. Then, within weeks, I needed a root canal. Yuck. Everyone at Dr. Hermans office and in the endodontic office recommended by Hermans office has been superb.So.....I get the appointment no one wants, the day before Thanksgiving! Oh well, off I go. Again, another great experience - which is hard to say about a root canal. The staff at Dr. Hermans office and Dr. Herman gave me confidence. I was eating a full turkey dinner Thursday. My trust was not misplaced. The advice and support as well as the dental care, skill and knowledge are top notch.

It must be a rare occurrence to look forward to going to the dentist. I mean with all of the drills and bright lights, poking and scraping, it cant be a positive experience.......unless you to to Dr. Hermans office. Somehow even before you ever get to see him you automatically feel like family upon arrival. The staff is welcoming and friendly and always laughing with their clients. Every time I have been in the office the staff and other clients are having a great time with each other, in a way that you see depicted in movies about the old school barbershop scene. It feels like a local hangout spot. When you need to see the dentist for something other than a normal routine cleaning you get the chance to spend time with Dr. Herman. He is calm and explains each aspect of the procedures. He is a great listener and truly puts the clients needs above his own. I never feel like I am going through a process, i feel like I am being served in the same way that you would at a nice resort. I travel from 30 minutes south just for the service. You should add it to your bucket list as well.

Dr Herman is a true professional. I had been dreading going to the Dentist because of the last couple of visits, but I needed to get some of the work repaired. My wife finally talked me into it because she had made the visit and only had good things to report. I am not someone who likes going to the dentist but this office is top notch all the way around. Eva at the front desk is always so nice and helpful, Dee the hygienist does an amazing job, and Doctor Herman (aka the Dentist) is gentle and honest. He is straight forward with what needs to get done and what can wait. He is not the Dentist trying to dig in your pockets, he is the dentist trying to work with you to get done what needs to be. Its clear he puts money back into his office from updated customer service technology to the beautiful remodel they just did and as a patient, I appreciate the investment. I visited the office of Dr. Christopher Herman this morning for an extremely sore tooth. Eva got me in to see Dr. Herman the same day I called which was really terrific! Cindy and the rest of the staff were all top notch and very friendly and calming. Dr. Herman has a wonderful soft touch and was very professional and also calming. I will stick with Dr. Herman now as my new dentist. I think he is terrific! Five star!

Dr. Hermans office was very accommodating with scheduling needs, as I live 2.5 hours away from the office. Monique in the front office was friendly and prompt with returning calls. My first visit was very thorough, the hygienist was great and Dr. Herman never made me feel rushed to leave, answered all my questions. I was referred to this office by my Endodontist, Dr. Brown and couldnt be more pleased!

A co-worker refereed me to Dr. Herman. I wish I would have listened to him when he first told me about him. He wasn’t trying to make money off of me, he wanted to address the issue I was concerned about and then address the others once my tooth was pulled. No pressure from anyone who worked there. All the ladies that were there today were so friendly as well, made you feel very comfortable, explained everything in detail if my cost would be, didn’t pressure me to make more appointments until I was ready. They called the other Dr. To get me seen to ha w my tooth pulled. This group of people I had dealings with was the best. I’d give a 10 STAR if I could. De. Herman and his staff are genuine people who actually want to help you and not take you for ever to you have. I will be telling everyone about tho place. Dr Herman stays in the room with his patients throughout the procedure, unlike most other dentists who work on multiple patients at a time. He never talks across his patients, he is always very considerate that you are present and his conversations with his assistant are relevant to the procedure he is performing on you. Most of all he is just a great dentist, usually I never even feel the novacaine shot and because he is focused solely on me, he is very efficient and gets the job done as quickly as possible. We like him so much that we literally drive all the way down from north of Los Angeles just to see Dr Herman.

Dr. Herman and the dental assistants and hygienists at the office are all amazing. My family has been going to this dentist office for 30+ years. My grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, and cousins all go to the dentist here. Even though we have moved away to the temecula valley area the commute is 100% worth it. Super friendly, invested staff! Love this office!!

As an older handicapped person,I could not have been treated any better by their whole staff ...as always....today when I went in for teeth cleaning. The technician,Tasha, was so caring and experienced and relatable,I hardly remembered I was in a dentist chair having a cleaning procedure. Another great experience at dr. Hermans office. The best!

Calm and confident as were the staff. Cant say I loved going to the dentist and was told that if I held the arm rests any tighter while in the chair my hands would cramp. I relaxed toward the end of the procedure and did not feel anything at all with Dr. Hermans gentile touch. The cavity replacement and then a cavity filled were quickly done with a great chair side manner. Always a good experience.

Before Doctor Herman I was scared to death of going to the dentist and hadnt been to the dentist in close to eight years. To say the least my mouth was a mess. But dr Hermans team was not only as gentle as they could be but made sure to talk me through everything so as to make me comfortable with everything they were going to do. They dont use scare tactics here they talk to you plainly so that you understand how best to fix what needs to be fixed as well as maintain what is working fine. I highly recommend them

I went to Dr. Herman after I broke a post and crown. Because the crown broke without leaving much area to build a replacement crown, my usual dentist recommended a specialist. Dr. Herman was able to rebuild the area around the tooth and provide me with a perfectly fitting replacement. Having had many fillings and crowns over the years, it was very apparent to me that Dr. Herman is very skilled, highly capable dentist. The many 5 star reviews are well deserved.

Dr. Herman and his team take the utmost care for their patients. They are always on top of my personal dental needs (whether I like it or not, haha). If it werent for their care, my dental future would likely be bleak. They work with your insurance company and always, while youre in the seat, care about your comfort (as evidenced by their continued inquiries - how are you doing? Are you okay? Im going to do this and that. ). Dental visits are scary for most. Not for me. Not with this team. Can I say I look forward to being treated at Dr. Hermans office? Why, yes, I can! For those who fear the pain of dental treatment, I will say that Dr. Hermans office offers a way of assuring whatever treatment you need will be be done with the least pain that can be provided. I recently moved to the area and was in search of new Doctors. I was referred here by my insurance company. Im extremely glad I was! Making an appointment was very easy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I got my xrays, an exam, teeth cleaning, and a cavity filled ALL IN ONE VISIT, and it only took about two hours.All of these procedures were the most thorough examinations that I have ever received. Each staff member gave me great advice and I believe my teeth will forever be better because of my initial visit today. As long as I live in this area, this will be the dentist office I visit!

I have a small mouth and its often difficult to keep my mouth open for extended periods. The hygienist was so accommodating and I enjoyed her company. I call Dr. Herman Magic Man. He is an incredibly talented and skillful dentist. Last year he rebuilt my worn down two front teeth, and recently removed a row of 3 old discolored crowns. Just the temporaries have greatly improved my smile. Cant wait to wear the permanent replacements. Hats off to the Doctor and his great, friendly, skilled staff.

After many appointments with other dentists, oral surgeon and endodontist with no concrete reason why I was having such extreme tooth pain. Dr Herman suggested using botox to help with clenching my jaw and grinding teeth.. With in hours my pain was gone. His staff is very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone!
