If you are looking for a new podiatrist-look no further, Dr. Dahl is your guy! The whole team from receptionist, nurse, and administrative team were all amazing and professional too.I have suffered for decades from a deeply rooted ingrown toe nail along with candida. Today in one visit Dr. Dahl recommended a prescription that no one else had previously offered and with care and concern did procedures on 3 nails.Great location with easy access too!

Office 10/10 and Dr. Dahl 10/10! The workers are great and proactively worked on my X-rays while I was waiting. When Dr. Dahl came in he was personable and understanding of what I was going through. Initially he thought my problem was a stress fracture and he wrapped my foot and gave me a boot. He was super thorough and explained what could be going on. Today I was surprised he called with news he discussed with a colleague it could be another issue - which I think is so amazing! He was thorough and caring even after my visit and provided great follow through and explanations as to what I should do going forward. I definitely would recommend going to this office!

My experience with Dr. Dahl was amazing! He took the time to understand my concerns, and was very empathetic about the pain I was experiencing. He also explained my diagnosis in easy-to-understand terms (ie, translated medical jargon into plain English), and gave me multiple options for treatment. I tried one of his suggested treatments in his office, and my foot felt better right away! I highly recommend Dr. Dahl.

Today was the first time Meeting Dr.Dahl! I originally saw Dr. B he is longer practicing at Pacific foot and ankle center so I was a little unsure how a new doc would be . Dr. Dahl was wonderful with my daughter and I ! very warm and friendly! Very knowledgeable! My daughter is 17 it was her first time seeing a podiatrist. He made her feel at ease . She found him very easy to talk to and reassuring her foot problem will be okay. If you want great care Dr. Dahl is for you!

Needed to find a podiatrist for an ingrown toenail issue that got progressively more painful. Found Pacific Foot and Ankle center on Yelp. The office was professional and very friendly. Upon meeting Dr. Dahl, I found him very easy to talk to and he appeared to have great rapport with staff. Since I have had this issue before, I knew the drill, and was aware removal procedure was not without some pain. He made me feel at ease through the whole process. I also brought up that I had been experiencing some pain in my left heel, and after talking with me, he recognized that it was part of my plantar fasciitis and gave me several recommendations which I received almost immediately following my visit. Dr. Dahl is knowledgeable, professional, and very caring.

Had the best visit today. Planters Fasciitis has been an issue for sometime and Dr. Dahl was so amazing and helpful in finding treatments that worked for me. I loved how welcoming and pleasant he was and the time time he took to get to know me instead of a one size fits all approach. Highly recommend Dr. Dahl! A busy doctor taking the time and effort to explore not only the pain yet also what might be causing it with immediate action to relieve pain, care for a wound and then prevent it--rare. Dr. Dahl did that and so much more! Took my daughter for what we thought would be an initial step in addressing her issue. Turned out that Dr. Dahl was able to expertly and immediately address the source of her problem. The office took the time and patience to make sure she was comfortable, and I thoroughly understood the aftercare instructions. We were both very relieved as we left that day and he even followed up a few days later to see if we had any questions. Best part was that he was able to do so with a congenial personality and fun sense of humor.

By good luck I was walking past Dr. Dahls office and decided to go in. The staff was extremely friendly and listened to what kind of issues I was having that the doctor might assist me with. I immediately decided to make an appointment based on the positive experience I had by simply walking in the door.I met with Dr Dahl this afternoon for the first time. I have a very unique situation with my left foot that was a result of being hit by a car when I was a small child.Dr Dahl listened to my story, examined my foot and made some great recommendations for me as well as fitting me for an shoe insert, customized for my foot, that is expected to provide some relief.At no time did I feel rushed or that he wasn’t 100% engaged in the process of what the best solution for my problem might be.After being exposed to a number of doctors in the past 5 years, unrelated medical issues. I know the ones that care from one visit.I visited regularly over a two year span that called me by the wrong name every time I met with him, no matter how many times I corrected him. He just didn’t listen and pretty much got out of the room as quickly as possibly. I decided to discontinue being his patient.Today I walked out of Dr Dahl’s office thinking how lucky I was to have accidentally walked into his office and feel confident going forward that relief may be just around the corner.Feeling that you’re in good caring hands reinforced my belief that there a good doctors out there you just have to find them,or just walk in like I did!

After a year and a half of extremely painful plantar fasciitis trying to fight it with physical therapy and other methods, I visited Dr. Dahl and very happy I did! Dr. Dahl introduced shockwave therapy to me and was very confident I would see positive results. It worked! Im finally pain free. I highly recommend the EPAT/shock wave therapy if you’re looking for a quick recovery and non-surgical treatment to any foot discomfort you are experiencing. After 18-months of limping my way around with a fractured tibial sesamoid bone - I limped my way into Dr. Dahls office. He went through my previous x-rays, MRIs, and case notes. He familiarized himself with current treatment trends for sesamoid fractures and ordered a CT to check on its progression. Why go the extra mile? Because Dr. Dahl believed me when I said my big toe was going numb. He listened to me when I said I have a high pain threshold and this was really starting to hurt. He cared that this was having a negative impact on my daily life.Lo and behold- I was diagnosed with AVN. After ensuring I had previously exhausted every non-surgical option (custom orthotics, bone stimulator for months, cortisone shots, walking boot- alllll the things); it was time for surgery.His amazing office staff got me on the surgical schedule within 6-days. Brooke, Deniz, Maria- total miracle workers in the front and back office.Memorialcare Surgical Center at Saddleback is top notch. Kind and knowledgeable RNs in pre- and post-op and such a clean and comfortable outpatient facility.Dr. Dahls post-op care is wonderful. Cannot emphasize that enough. Questions, comments and concerns were addressed the same day and the staff was very accommodating opening doors and creating appointments that worked around my work schedule.I highly recommend this doctor, be it conservative treatments or surgery. I cannot wait to start PT pain-free:)

It was important for me to have my concerns listened to and viable solutions presented. Not only did he meet those expectations, he greatly exceeded them. Dr. Dahl treated plantar warts on my son’s feet. My son, 9, was nervous at first but Dr. Dahl took time to get to know him. Not only the conditions but also what he likes to do and who’s his favorite basketball player so he can feel more comfortable.Dr. Dahl was very informative and answered all my questions. He even texted me afterwards and asked how my son was doing and if I had any questions. That was pleasantly surprising! Now, Dr. Dahl is my son’s “favorite doctor of all time “.

I visited dr dahl today to get an opinion on bunion management. he is super friendly, thorough, and had lots of great solutions for how i could maintain an active life without worsening my foot issues. i like him better than my previous podiatrist and would highly recommend! the office is professional and it was easy to schedule an appointment.

Highly recommend Dr. Dahl and the entire staff at Pacific Foot & Ankle Center. After decades of dealing with ingrown nails and chronic pain I had no choice but to seek professional assistance with an infected toe. I wish I had come here years ago!Miraculously they accommodated a same-day appointment, which in and of itself was amazing. Dr. Dahl was really nice & got right to work on removing the nail bits I had missed. He suggested a matrixectomy as a permanent solution to my ingrown nail & when I asked if we could do it right there on the spot he said Absolutely!2 weeks later I had a 2nd matrixactomy and even with the incisions and nail removal still healing, I have far less toe pain than Ive had for a very long time.Dr. Dahl was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Confident in his medical abilities with an excellent bedside manner. We chatted about music and life interests which really took the edge off toe injections, and I looked forward to my 2nd procedure, knowing full well there would be some pain involved. Medical events, for me, are often fraught with anxiety and discomfort, so this really was a positive experience in every way!The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They all seem to enjoy their work & genuinely like being there. All the stars for this fantastic medical team! Thank you for fixing my feet!

I spent a lifetime on my feet for work, so getting good foot care is essential to good mobility. Most recently Ive been rehabbing PF and Achilles tendonitis. After 6 months of PT, it really wasnt getting any better. Tried out a Podiatrist in Laguna Hills, he wasnt my cup of tea. He ordered thousands dollars of X-rays taken outside of his office. I came in with my MRI CD. What a quack.Anyway, I didnt want to give up getting relief for my foot pain. So, I did some research and made an appt with this office. My first appt and subsequent appts have been with Dr. Dahl.I went over my history and he listened very patiently. He was very detailed about all of the options that might be able to help me. I had been hesitant to try injections but I was willing to try.After the second shot, it completely eliminated my left foot pain. Like gone! This has really help me continue to be more active and healthy. In the long run, (no pun intended) I have to be responsible for my wellness and keeping active is one of those factors. It helps when you are pain free! I had a follow up today and have a minor issue that Dr Dahl addressed with a prescription. Again, very nice! Hes chatty and informative, this is not a drive by clinic!
