I have not gone to the location in quite a while. The staff is patient, caring, and helpful. I would want to go back.
Everyone was very professional. The doctor took his time to explain what my prescription meant and voiced his concerns about possibly giving me too strong of a prescription. I truly appreciate him taking the time to think about how this new prescription could affect my daily activities. The associates were truly great and helped me find the best deal- I love that they didn’t try and sell me the most expensive frame/lens. I will definitely be recommending this location to others.
The dr was awesome but the receptionist outside were not helpful and not explaining anything on the charges, and responding questions with an attitude they need to be more friendly and better costumer service training.

Dr. Patel was amazing. My previous optometrist left for another company that my insurance didnt cover so I had a hard time finding someone new and was very nervous about it. However, Dr. Patel was so welcoming and friendly. He has a very wonderful personality and took his time with my appointment. I felt like he saw me as a real person instead of another patient of the day. He was very thorough with my exam and explained everything he was doing so that I knew what was happening the whole time. I definitely will be recommending his office to all of my friends and family!
Excellent from check in to check out. Everyone was very kind and patient with my son. It was his first eye exam and the staff took the time to explain what they were doing each step of the way.

The girls at the office were very professional and helpful, especially Vanessa. Vanessa was very courteous and knowledgeable as well as patient in answering my questions on insurance coverage. Dr. Vincente was pleasant and quite easy to talk to. Definitely will come again for myself and my familys optical needs.
My overall experience was great! Every single employee was so helpful and kind. The doctor was very informative and had a great sense of humor which made my appointment more relaxed and I felt very comfortable.

Brought my 5 year old child for an eye exam, we had a wonderful experience, staff and Doctor were very kind. The Doctor took his time examining my child and explained everything very thoroughly and even gave me education on vision exercises to help improve my child’s eyesight. Thank you for your service!
Great staff, however needs more trained staff on weekends to avoid main manager be running around and not being able to focus on each customer. Manager did the best he could while assisting everyone at once. Optometrist was great, very friendly and provided great information. Would definitely recommend to others.

I did not have an appointment, but it had been several years since I had seen the ophthalmologist, and my eyes were gritty, like something was in them. She made time to see me and do a complete exam. She was funny and personable and told me what was wrong with my eyes (dehydrated) and what to do about it (quit drinking soda and start drinking water.) The price of the visit was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend her!

Doctor was great but the girls up front wasted my time and cost me a hundred dollars in travel. I was specifically told we did NOT have to come back if we were happy with the current contacts after one week. The doctor told the girls this right in front of me. He said it wasn’t necessary since we had both been in this brand for years and the prescription barely changed. A week and a half later, I call to confirm all is well and get our new prescriptions but I am told I have to come back in to see the doctor. I explained that he said it wasn’t necessary and also that I could not, since I do not live in the area, as we travel fulltime. The girls were very rude on the phone when I asked them to confirm with the doctor, and once they did so, they talked amongst themselves not realizing they had not put me on hold. The first girl complained and the second girl said I’ll tell her, seemingly excited to make me come in anyways, despite what the doctor had told her. They refused to fax my new prescription claiming they have “no capability” to do so. They said they had no fax, no email and couldn’t mail them and I had to come to the office, even tho there was no followup appointment required and I was now 3 hours away. When I came back a week later, at first they couldn’t find the prescription, eventually did, and simply handed me 2 of our prescriptions they could have just faxed. I didn’t realize til we left the city, the WRONG brand was on my daughters contacts. I’m not coming back so not only did they waste my time and cost of travel, my daughter did not get the contacts prescription we paid for. Won’t be returning to Lenscrafters. Not worth the hassle.ETA… forgot to mention that I had scheduled the appointments online 2 days prior and when we showed up, they said there was no doctor in that day and they had called to reschedule our two appointments. We had NO missed calls on either line, no voicemails and no emails. Wasted trip that was 45mins one way. We were in need so we rescheduled and had to come back several days later. That should have been our first indicator that the girls up front are awful!
It went great. 1st time in a long time that I was able to get in and out within a reasonable time. The dr was great.
Dr. Nguyen was great, took his time to explain things, seemed to genuinely care about what he sees (no pun intended). Would definitely recommend.

Dr Daijo explains everything in detail along with her funny humor. Both of the gentlemen one that screened me and the other that checked me out and took my payment I absolutely love love love their attitude and professionalism along with their conversations whether it be the battery operated heat vest which I love or the conversationalist about a true Dodger fan which I also love. I would defiantly recommend lens crafters Salinas to everyone.

The visit unsettling as I was not informed of the extra charge for using the machine that replaces the dilation of the eyes. my copay was to be $10 and they never told me upfront that the machine was an extra charge. The sales person took off the charge after I insisted I was not informed of the extra $30 charge. After that I as attempting to find frames that I wanted they were not helpful I will go to some ware else for my frames not sure if I will return to a Lenscrafters. in a addition I feel uncomfortable that my rx is going to be correct it was if he was relying on the machine more then testing my eyes. I may get retested and pay out of pocket then risk having expensive glasses with wrong RX. My RX may be correct but I feel uneasy about it.

Amazing Grace! Dr. Daijo is simply the best optometrist I have ever been to in my nearly five decades of going to eye doctors. She is very patient and thorough, but most importantly, she is the only one I’ve been to that can get my prescription correct so I can see clearly.
Lily loves the doctor, and the guy who helped her learn to use contacts!! She has been wearing glasses since age 2, and this is by far her best experience!

Horrible experience and will not be returning. The doctor rushed me through the exam. The girls couldnt figure out how to get my insurance information, the computer wasnt working and although I had an appointment, I was there for 3 hours and had to go back next day to pay since the computer wasnt working. Very poor customer service. Perhaps everyone was a new trainee that day?
