We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Kristina and her staff Elizabeth. My daughter was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Kristina was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to explain to her every step of the process being done, also Marisol was very helpful and kind and always available to help explaining all the details of coverages assuring best options per Dr Kristina indications of my daughters needs. Dr. Kristina is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice, Its not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Kristina and her staff for kids and adults.

Ive been going to this office since 2017. I see both the orthodontist and the regular dentist there.My experience has been excellent. The front desk staff are courteous and friendly. Had my invisalign done there the orthodontic team were helpful throughout the 4 year process (due to Covid), giving good explanations on the process.The regular dental staff were friendly and very professional. Their hygienist Elizabeth made me feel like a whole know person after each cleaning.I would recommend this office to anyone.

I am a first-time patient at this dental clinic, and it is by far the best one I have been to. The staff is very welcoming, polite, and helpful, and they work together as a team. The dentist was very nice and answered all of my concerns. The cleanliness of the clinic is excellent. I have decided to have my treatments in this clinic, and I appreciate that they are willing to work with me on payment options. Thank you.

My very first visit to Downey Dental Arts was really good. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel at home. If you’re nervous or anxious trust me, in this place you don’t feel none of that. I had all my 4 wisdom teeth extracted today along with a deep cleaning and let me tell you, it went really good. A little pain but doable. I did the right thing by choosing Downey Dental Arts and a very special thank you to the doctor who did the procedure and assistants. Very professional.

I really like my dentist Kristina. She is personable and friendly. Its kind of pricey but what dentist isnt. The only gripe that I would say I have is that their water rinser wasnt working well and threw water everywhere.

The staff and dentist were very helpful. Sandra made the process of financing the cost of braces for my son so easy and fast. All the staff was friendly and overall it was a good experience.

Stay away from this place. They are some con-artist charging you for something they never did. I was charged over 3 grand just for a tooth removal. Despite many times me asking to remove the extra work I guess somehow I still owe that money. Do not trust them stay away. I am been charged for services never rendered but I signed the paper even though I told them I didnt want the Xtra. I was just in so much pain. I messed up. Go elsewhere with trustworthy people.

I had braces from different dental office but they kept prolonging my treatment to get more money out of me with no progress. I decided to come here and see what they say. They told me they would finish my treatment in 1 year and told me a price for that 1 year. In that year they finished my treatment. They Didn’t try to prolong it or charge more then what they promised. Great place and staff. If you’re in need of braces or to continue your braces come here. You won’t regret it.

I’m sure it’s a great place. I didn’t actually get to experience it because the lady in the “call center” told me that they could do a service for me that they actually couldn’t do. It’s a complicated situation, so I’m giving them grace— but they called me 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me that they noticed they couldn’t do what I was asking for. At that point, I had already driven 40 minutes to get there and I was basically there when they called. I’m coming from Culver City because this place told me over the phone they could do actual putty impressions for a new retainer (I have a mold that I need to use for impressions instead of my teeth, because my retainer broke and I have a small gap in my teeth from not being able to wear my retainer, and the 3d scan won’t pick up the mold). So I specified that since I was coming from afar that I NEEDED to clarify whether they could do it or not, and she said they do actually do impressions and not the 3d scan. Welp, figured out by the time I was already there that they do the 3d scan and don’t use putty impressions anymore. Its just frustrating because I feel like if you are going to have a call center, make SURE that they know which services you do and don’t provide— especially with a specific situation like this!
