Doug and his team were great to work with. There was no pressure during our first visit with Doug. When we hired him, he walked us through the legal documents a line at a time making the process very comfortable. Penni and Doug held our hands through the whole process of getting the property on the market. Our solar company was not easy to deal with (payoff and transfer) but Terese took care of everything for us; I was so grateful for that. The whole team kept us on track through the entire process; less than a month from listing date to closing date!

I referred my Aunt to Terese and she absolutely crushed it! My aunt still raves about her. She was so patient and knowledgeable and was able to sell their house for $80k over asking price!I highly recommend them if you are wanting the best!
