Wow! Doug and Eddy made buying a house such a breeze! We were new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents and the crazy Bay Area markets. Doug was smart, professional and so knowledgeable(tons of experience). Eddy was fun, personal and such a good listener. They never made us feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!Eddy explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer and working with the mortgage banker. They made it really easy to look for, buy and move into our new home in less than 2 months. Eddy was always available to answer our questions any time we asked for. Both are honest, forthright, realistic and super fun.We get to appreciate working with them even more now as we discover our wonderful neighborhood and neighbors! Will totally work with them again!

Doug and Eddy are a joy to work with! I was fortunate to work with Doug when buying my unit a few years ago. He was so wonderful during the buying process and there was no question I’d want him to be my agent again for the sale. This time I was lucky to have both Doug and Eddys expertise and support. They make a fantastic team. Eddy is a master at marketing - the materials he created were breathtaking. Plus, Doug has extensive experience and knows every agent out there. I couldnt ask for more. The house I ended up purchasing was an off-market property that Doug and Eddy came across. The house ended up being exactly what I was looking for (and more!), and Doug and Eddy were able to help me move quickly to make an offer and purchase the property in this competitive market. Doug and Eddy have been phenomenal.As foreign first time buyers, we had lots of questions about the process and Doug and Eddy were always ready to go the extra mile to explain every detail to us.They know San Francisco like no one, understood our needs right away and were never pushy at all. Doug and Eddy were great all along. We really appreciated that they seemed interested in finding us a house that we’d like to live in, and were quick to dismiss houses that seemed not right for our family. They provided us with a lot of insight into the different remodelling options we would have and we grew to trust their style. They were a lot of fun to look at houses with and we were genuinely sad when we bought the house because we couldn’t hang out with them anymore. They gave us a lot of information about the sf property market and we felt empowered to make smart decisions. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

My husband was relocating from San Francisco back to Hawaii so we called upon Doug and Eddy to help us sell our beloved apartment. During these most trying times with many unique challenges (covid-19), Doug and Eddy got our unit on the market and sold at a price above our expectations! No problem was too big a challenge and their teamwork, resourcefulness, creativity and commitment made this a reality. When I first approached Doug & Eduardo, they said they could have a sales presentation ready for me the next day. This was, to me, was an almost immediate clincher without even seeing the presentation. That kind of turnaround is exceptional. The presentation was professional and well thought out. The best part was, they didnt expect me to spend a lot of unnecessary money to get my condo ready for the market.Not only did they manage the sale of my condo, they also managed projects for both my condo and the HOA. This was especially helpful as I didnt live nearby. I appreciated their willingness to step in and help get everything done in a timely manner.As COVID wore on and people continued to leave the City, the sale took longer than expected. I am very grateful to have had the expertise of Doug & Eduardo to get me to the finish line. They kept in constant communication throughout the process and ultimately negotiated the best deal possible given the condo market.I would not hesitate to recommend Doug & Eduardo to family and friends. Nor would I hesitate to use them again for any real estate deal in SF. Overall, I couldnt have asked for a better team!

Doug and Eddy helped us find our first home in SF! They were very knowledgeable about SF real estate, and helped with all our questions/concerns as first-time buyers. We ended up purchasing a tenant-occupied 2 BR condo, that we were hoping to convert into a 3BR. Doug/Eddy provided expert advice regarding how to handle the tenant, and advice on how to go about adding the extra room.Throughout the entire process (several months), they were extremely patient, and we never felt rushed or pressured. We always felt like they had our best interests in mind. We had such a good experience, we even referred some good friends of ours (who also ended up buying through Doug/Eddy). We would definitely use them again in the future!

My highest recommendation to Doug and Eddy. They helped with every aspect of our condo sale. They were alway available to deal with problems and to calm my worries. From prep to marketing, they handled everything with skill. Once on the market, the condo sold quickly at an excellent price.
