2024-06-11 00:19:54Hotel staff was friendly and patient with us during our check in process and stay! The lady at the front desk helped us get adjusted well to the hotel and city with her positivity and other front desk receptionists were professional with us and other customers. She was very patient with us during check in. Staff would always greet us when we passed by. The free cookies during check in are a nice treat! Location is a perfect distance between wine country and Six Flags, while also being affordable compared to other hotels in the area.The room was clean and spacious, and we are thankful the AC was working well. We were expecting a nice patio view of the lagoon, but the view was covered with tall bushes and grass.Overall, nice experience and good environment.

2024-05-14 05:55:09Extremely fancy and nice check in. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. But, I would not say the room was special in any way. The patio off the room was amazing. There were cherry trees and lemon trees producing fruit. Pretty cool.

2024-05-06 14:58:29The one shining light for this hotel is the restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was exceptional and although the restaurant was fabulous, the rest of the hotel was seriously lacking. We had to move rooms right away when we got there because of the stains that were on the carpet in the first room when question about moving rooms, it was a battle and when we asked if we could receive our money back, they said that was not possible. The pool was dirty. The hot tub had green algae and was unusable. We had a possum outside our patio door. When asked to speak with the manager and or requested franchise information, we were deferred to other staff and was not given any information. If you are looking to lay beside the pool or use a hot tub, do not book this hotel!

2024-06-10 15:10:28Rooms are just a little dated, building needs some upgrades and maintenance, being an older facility is starting to show its age.Restaurant on site was really good, beds were comfortable and temperature control was good.Not bad for a short stay.

2024-05-13 21:38:42Nice hotel. Pool and hot tub empty during the day. Nice lounge area outside and the bar was also nice. Did not eat at the restaurant, but appreciated being able to grab a latte on my way out the door.

2024-03-11 14:50:18Very good and friendly woman at reception!the room was clean and comfy. We had everything we need.The bed was fantastic. Super soft, best, blanket, and pillows. I definitely will come again.

2024-04-22 01:07:49The room was basic, with a fridge, iron, coffee, and tv with satellite. It smelled a little musty. The pool area was a nice secluded environmen but was very small. Hot tub seats 5 and it was difficult to get the jets on. The gym area was tiny, but the equipment was nice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, although I didnt like them banging around first thing in the morning in other rooms as they cleaned. I did expect it to be a bit better quality for the price.

2024-03-17 03:16:55Everything is up to the standard of Hilton. Happy with the stay for 2 nights around Napa.One thing I want to share is the hot fresh chocolate cookies are really delicious. And kids asked for it on the second day which we are only supposed to have on the first day during checking in I think. But the front desk staff was so nice when I asked for more cookies, he just handed me 4 more cookies. What I really want to say is that they are really friendly and professionally try to make our stay as pleasant as it can be. Kids are happy, we are happy and want to say to the DoubleTree staff thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant and happy. We sure will come back and recommend to our friends.

2024-06-07 01:25:50This hotel is very rundown. The carpet in the hallways is disgusting. The floors are uneven and creak.My room was in rough shape. Dings and dents everywhere. Shower curtain barely hanging on. Lose floor tiles in the bathroom. Based on how big the room was and how messed up the wall was it looked like it used to have 2 beds in it.The worst part was the AC didnt work. Had to sleep with the dirty window open. When I told the front desk the AC didnt work she said oooh noooo. Thats itDont stay here

2024-04-24 00:28:08There is a lady at the front desk that was very snotty. I told her I was a diamond member and her response was I’m a diamond member to, and she then said here’s your cookies, the front desk at a hotel is almost the most important part of a hotel, this event occurred April 23 4:30 PM, I believe the upmost courtesy and respect should be shown to any customer that walks into a Hilton, especially if you’re a diamond member like me, Because of my job, I am at Hilton’s four weeks in a month. I would also like to say at this hotel There is no free coffee by the front desk area. There is also only one cooler that has drinks in it and no frozen meals but yet there’s microwaves in the hotel rooms. they definitely need to do upgrades to this hotel, if you’re going to have microwaves in the rooms, there should be frozen meals that you can purchase by the front desk area.
