I got my dot physical here. Made appointment and was in and out in 20-30 min. Its affordable and staff is friendly plenty of parking. Signs when you drive in to find it fairly easy. Its in the rear of building. Also have a/c so office is fresh and clean. Thanks again for the dot. Will be back in 2 years.

Last minute I needed to find somewhere to get my CDL medical exam, I ended up calling a dozen places before here but I was able to get in with just a few hours notice.I was seen in a timely manner.it wasn’t until several months later I ended up taking my CDL permit test and noticed I misplaced my paperwork.I emailed nammy to see if it’s possible to email me the paperwork so I may take my test and he did.I was able to take my test and pass.he runs a small business and and more so than bigger places he’s professional,thorough and as you can tell from my last minute request cares.

So the first time I went in for a DOT physical and drug test everything was good but my sugar was high supposedly so the chiropractor recommended I get an A1c test from my doctor and issued me a three months certificate the first two months I couldn’t get into my doctors office she was fully booked and appointments were far out so I went back and told him the situation he recommended doing a retest which I did the sugar came back very low, but didn’t meet his standards so he recommended I get an A1c test for my doctor again and charged me for that test and extended my certification for another three months I did explain to him the job that I have requires me to work six days a week 12 hour shifts so it’s very hard to take a day off or try to meet up at his office when it opens due to my scheduling but he insisted on getting the A1c test so I tried finally I got my A1c test and it read my sugars were 118 very low and normal so I emailed him and told him I got my test and I would meet up with him soon to get it when I could due to my work schedule I finally have time to go today to receive bad news that I have to take another retest because my certification was expired which I sent him a copy a day before the expiration, which he stated I wasn’t working that day. I feel like I was cheated out of my money and out of my time and scammed on my test. Please have them be very clear on the process if this happens to you because he did not explain to me that he was gonna retest me and charge me again.
