Just like most small businesses we are not too familiar with the jargon ex. backlinks, keywords, etc. but their team explains everything in detail and how it applies to helping our business. Dont expect anything positive for your company from Dot Com Media unless it gives a greater benefit to DCM moguls. When you start looking around for a replacement (after 3 years of relatively no increase in your business prospects or positioning on the search engines), you will see the true attitude of DCM. They dont really care about you, they only care about themselves. My advice, go with the other guys!
