The people working here are horrible especially the lady that closes if there’s an issue with the washer you’re using she gets so mad if you ask her To give you your money back. Not only that the dryers are $.39 and they suck they do not dry and they do not have hot water. How inconvenient is that!

They have their own credit card system which makes it easy to buy laundry sessions. Their card is $2 and you can recharge it as much as you need. Its a lot easier than trying to drop $6 worth of quarters. They have snack machines, seats, and clean tables to fold your clothes.

During my time coming to this Laundry facility, my experiences here have been quite positive. Any concerns or questions are often handed swiftly and cheerfully by the woman with short hair that is more than often there whenever I get my laundry done (weekly). Even when walking past the laundry mat, I am almost always greeted by this woman in such a kind way. I feel welcomed to come and do my laundry here. Its very clean and smells good there.I like that during the beginning and peak of the pandemic, they ensured that everyone wore their face masks. I totally get that it gets kinda hot and sweaty in these masks, but at the end of the day you gotta be safe, and they did their part in ensuring the safety of every customer. Even to this day we are encouraged to wear facemasks.Kids dont really like coming to do laundry, but my son is always happy and excited to come do laundry with me. There are several quarter machines and vending machines available for us to use. And even when my son is a bit too excitable the attendant (lady with short hair) never seems to mind him going a bit wild. Nevertheless, I always try to ensure that he doesnt get out of control and keeps himself distracted with the claw machine, driving game or quarter machines.Whenever I have issues with the machines, the attendant always acts swift and helpful. She is really a problem solver!Although it gets kinda humid in there during the summer time, I noticed that they now included large fans throughout the facility that help with the hot weather outside. I hope they keep them out throughout the year because they really do the trick. If it was up to me, theyd keep the AC on all year but its probably not the most energy efficient recommendation. For now, the fans will suffice.

The dryers at this location sucks. None of the dryers work. In one section out of 20 only 6 work! The clothes don’t really dry fast.

Unfortunately the service is really bad. Before it was always clean and they provided great service but now they cut off the water on some washers and they increased the prices too. Some washers smell bad. If you ask for help they cannot resolve it for you. It is a waste of money and I won’t be coming again.

Update :Glad to know that guy isn’t working here anymore and it’s all good now. The lady from today is very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back to wash here again. No problem with the machines today either.Previous:I’ve gone here for years but and never really had a problem, until now. The employees from before were super nice and helpful. Unfortunately they left somewhere else. This time, I left with most of my clothes wet because of their washing machine. One of the big machines left my clothes so wet that if twisted it, water literally poured out. I was too upset with the employee from the night (a young new guy) that I didn’t want to spend anymore time there. I just waited til my clothes were not dripping so I could go home. I’ve never dealt with anyone so unprofessional.

I was looking for a new place to do the laundry and came across Don Robertos laundromat on Google. When I first got to the establishment I had no idea how the card system worked, asked a lady named Juana for help and she was so patient in explaining to me, she took the time to go to all the machines and explain the process. During my time waiting noticed that Juana was doing all the work, mopping, money exchange and customer service. Just wanted to point out what a great experience I had and put Juana in a good light because of all her hard work.

Horrible experience. Some of the washers smelled like sewage and they closed half of the laundromat. This caused our clothes to wrinkle because we had to wait for tables to open due to how over crowded it got. It would not have been a problem if we were atleast allowed to fold our clothes on the section they had closed off.

I stoped by here late on a Friday. Loved how they had plenty of parking available. Bought $1.00 soda from vending machine. Loved how it was not crowded and could be socially distant since my parents are not in good health. Felt completely safe here. Small washes was $2.05 which is cheaper then my apartment complex. I hate how in my apartment complex they are never available and half non working proper. Here my clothes dry quickly. Love this place!!!

Unfortunately management change, also the owner. Laundromat was clean all the Time now it seems the employees are sitting inside the office and not doing their job. My 5 yrs girl need it to use the restroom and I decided to drive back home because restroom are discussing and no toilet paper. I would not come back here.

I used to come to this laundry mat all the time but lately the new lady in the night has made it a nightmare Ive always come late around 8:30. The hours on Yelp and google say close at midnight and the last load was at 10pm but now by 8:30pm the lady closes half of the laundry mat and pushes everyone to dry and wash on one side so she can clean. Thats still early and if my kid runs to the closed side shes asking him to not do that. Even says we come too late. Yes we do we both work and I liked it here because they closed late. Needless to say we wont be coming back. We havent been here in a while because of that, tried it again and same thing! Or maybe owner should update hours on google and Yelp because its definitely not midnight and you feel rushed the whole time youre here and being told its basically your fault because you come too late.2 min update. UPDATE I HAVE MOVED SO I DONT KNOW HOW ACCURATE THIS REVIEW IS AS OF 8/2022 Thanks!Google reviews originally brought me to Don Roberto when I first moved to the Valley a few years ago and since then this is my only spot for washing my laundry. I have some machines in my apartment building but I honestly prefer coming to Don Roberto for a lot of reasons. Their machines are always clean and they routinely repair any broken ones. They have so many different sizes of washers! It makes it a lot easier and less expensive when you can use the correct sized washer for your wash. The environment is clean and safe. I never feel unsafe in the laundromat or the parking lot. The people are so nice, after a few years I feel like they are my friends. The prices are super reasonable and the new expanded hours are accomodating for a lot of schedules. Ps there are vending machines & video games and the taco truck is great that is next to it! Plus sometimes a lady sells candy or there is sometimes a tamale lady!!! It is pretty much a party but you also get your laundry done. Additionally their Covid 19 practices are excellent and the size of the building means you can distance pretty well even while doing your wash.

First and last time here to be honest. the lady on duty has a disgusting attitude. she was rude to every person in here. with employees like this I don’t even know how this place has this many stars. Its a laundry so you don’t expect much but at least you expect politeness and not a grumpy old lady. its not like you’re washing for free.

Machines are always available, cant say the same about the staff. Been here 4 times and have never been able to buy soap here. Never even seen a single employee on site. Tip to the owner, your employees are nowhere to be seen, theyre collecting a check doing nothing.

I went here for first time yesterday. used small washer for only $1.85 and dryers were on special st $0.20 per use on fridays. it was not overcrowded which is nice. the lady who worked there was very helpful explaining how i could use my credit card. they had a promotion that I also used pre pay $40 and get $5 free. I will be back! highly recommend this laundromat.

Stopped by Friday after eating nearby. Needed to wash my larger bed sheets.They had some bigger industrial washers for about $5.00 that I utilized. Dryers were cheap at $0.25 for 11 minutes. Had a bunch of TVs on to watch while I chilled there.I liked the massage chairs 5 minutes for $1.00.

Stopped by to do several large loads of laundry. Prices were around $2–$3 dollars on the small and medium washer machines. Watched football game and bought a chimichanga from their vending machine.They have a card system that allows you to load with either cash or credit card. Card costs $2, which is less than some other places that charge $4.Had a very pleasant visit. The guy working was very helpful and polite. I will definitely come back in the future!

Ive been coming here for years ever since it was the Alligator Laundry. One of the things that brought me here is that the laundry was always clean and all machines were workable. Now everytime I come many machine are not working and the dryers dont drying. Most of the reviews on here talk good about the employees but doesnt seem true. It seems like they are been bought to put a review on here..I notice that the reviews only mention one employee but I have been there at different times and see there is more than one employee. Isnt that weird? Why not say the truth about the the laundry. Sometimes I have limited time and the machines decides not to do the full spin and when the wash is done my clothes is soaking wet.. Great place to do laundry in the valley if your apartment laundry room is busy. You buy a debit/laundry card which you insert into the machines to wash and dry. Mom-Thu wash specials at a discount rate, but AM times. Afternoon times it reverts back to the regular prices. Weekend prices, forget about it. Really expensive.You also need to dry at least three times as the drying times are only 12 minutes. Very clean place, the staff is always helpful, you get free Wi-Fi, they have snacks and vending machines available, TVs and music playing.

They really should have their accurate hours posted online. Drove out there. Got there a little after 10pm and they wouldnt let me wash my clothes because the last wash is at 10pm. But they close at midnight. I dont get it. Who in the world takes 2 hours to wash their clothes? The guy barely spoke any English to communicate this to me so I had to guess what he was saying to me. They are expensive and really rude. They should have let me wash my clothes because now Im never going to go back and neither will any of my friends.

I have been coming g here for 10 years and today when I came I noticed different staff but that’s ok right well except she was smoking by the entrance door and as I was putting my clothes in the washers I noticed smoke coming from different places so it seems there are a few Incenses around the place and in the bathroom someone might have put in the trash and it was catching on fire. Not to say the have of the laundromat is closed off and the space becomes limited and being under restrictions by Covid19 this becomes a health concern seems to me like I need to find a new place very unfortunate

Ms Maricol is a very great employee to their customer. When I always go there she is very sweet and kind to all customer. If you need any help with the machine or you ask her that you are going to an erran she watches your machine. She is a unique person that I have met. She always keeps the place clean. My friend has recommend this laundry to me so many times to me since she has come here for so many years she always gave me good comments about the place that i had to go check it out for myself and well she wasnt wrong this laundry is amazing because while Im doing laundry my kids can play games,listen to music while Im washing the clothes and while the clothes are in the washer or dryer I can take a quick massage which makes me just relaxed even more. The lady that also works here is very nice and friendly everytime I didnt know how to work the machine or something she would come and assiste me she would also never stop working she would always keep the machines keep and just in general the whole laundry Im really happy that I took my friends advice and I will for sure be coming here more often.

Lady that is here during night shift is very rude all the time.The people that have to leave the laundry mat after they are done washing she has them waiting outside in their car because she locks the front gate and she opens it till she wants to do it and she sees them waiting there and she doesn’t ’ care.if she wouldn’t lock the gate people wouldn’t have to be bothering her

Good maintamce bit can you put the AC one air vonfictioner so hot in HERE and gets really hot so frusdtradted when its hot (can you at least put something air i notice whenever i come they have the air condition there is a Lady that we tell can put the AC and puts it for only a few minutes then turns back off ! So the customer feel more delights doesnt feel frustration just wants to get out because its do hot mostly its summer as well!

The truth is I dont recommend it. It is too hot . The air is not on as the manager says. It is very uncomfortable to wash here. I hadnt come here for about 8 years and the service they provide now has nothing to do with it. Better go to another laundromat where they do have air conditioning.
