I’ve been with State Farm since 2014 and my experience with Don and his staff, especially Jesse and Carmen has been exceptionally wonderful! Any requests or claims that I have, they are always prompt and informative with their feedback. They are always willing to help and make you feel satisfied with your inquiry. A big plus is that they now have text messaging so it’s convenient for me when I’m always on the go. If you’re looking for a company who listens to your needs, HERE IS YOUR PLACE! Jessalyn was so incredible. Explains all of the nitty gritty thing so perfectly and really assisted me in getting the genuine best rate possible. Beat my last rate drastically and kept finding ways to get it lower and lower. Her perfessionalism was outstanding and was so genuine and nice. Ill be staying here for quite a while.

This review is beyond over due! Don Guzmans State Farm office is truly amazing! Previously, I was with AAA and my mother introduced me to Don and Jesse (Jessalyn) when I acquired my first home. After the homeowners policy, I ended up moving my vehicles over to them also. They sure saved me a bunch of money. Besides the money savings, I feel like the people there just treat you amazing and like family. Any time I need something, Jesse is my go to girl! She responds to me so quickly and so pleasantly every single time. Not only does she respond in that pleasant manner but it also so very caring in her responses. I got into my first motor accident a few years ago and she made the situation so peaceful and made sure I was okay. I cant say enough great things about her. Recently, I needed to replace my windshield and Jesse was always available to answer any questions I needed and provide updates for my claim. Another thing I love about Dons office is he and his team always reach out periodically to ensure that my policies have the coverage that is needed. If youre looking to change insurance providers, this is definitely an office you need to check out.

We werent shopping for a new insurance agent; we werent looking to change. But when our daughter told us about Jesse Pamani and how wonderful she is, we contacted her. We immediately made the change to State Farm. Not only are we saving money, but we are now receiving exceptional insurance services! Jesse is amazing. Changing from our prior insurance company to State Farm was seamless. Jesse took care of it all. We recently had to file a claim due to a cracked windshield. All we did was send Jesse an email with information, and before we knew it, there was a check in our mailbox. Again, she took care of every detail for us. Jesse stays in close communication with us and is pleasant, personable and extremely kind. She truly is the epitome of excellent customer service. Were so grateful that our daughter told us about Jesse. Were so grateful we made the change to Don Guzman State Farm.

Jessalyn was such a pleasure to work with. I was in the market for a new car and was very indecisive on which model I would be going with. Jesse is the best!!! Impeccable at her job!!! My family has been with Don for 30+ years and Jesse is the reason why we stayed. She works quickly and efficiently, gets everything done the first time you ask. When my little sister got into her first car accident all she did was cry and Jesse handle the rest. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, caring, and super sweet, don’t hesitate, be insured with Jessie. Like a good neighbor, Jesse is there.

Would highly recommend State Farm Insurance to anyone in search of insurance, specifically Don Guzman’s office! Sadly I was involved in an accident a few days ago and Don Guzman and his team AS USUAL helped me through everything. Helped me with phone calls and all of that fun stuff. They helped me with so much while making sure I was taken care of and feeling safe and comfortable. My nerves WERE through the roof, anxiety through the roof. I asked a few questions and they gave me very detailed instructions on what will happen and what to look forward to, calming me down and bringing stress and anxiety down. I’ve been here for about 8 years, parents were here years before I was and I plan on keeping it that way. I’ve heard tons of negatives about other insurance companies but I can tell you from experience, this is the best one I’ve felt with and I plan on sticking around for a while.

I first met Don and his staff after I transferred to his office when my previous agent retired. I have not been disappointed. In my contacts, on different issues with either Don or staff, in office or over phone, I felt that my needs were met in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Don is easy going but thorough, I have not felt pressed to buy something that I did not need, in fact several suggestions reduced my premium payments.Today, I called the office requesting needed documentation for my bank and seeking answers to some questions that I was unclear in my understanding. I spoke to Kayle, within 45 minutes I received the requested documentation, had all my questions answered to my satisfaction, and I was even able to make a payment over the phone, so I did not have to come into the office.I was very appreciative of such wonderful service and wanted to thank them by writing this review.Mike Quinn

I have had State Farm since I bought my first car 14 years ago. For years the staff has always been friendly and professional. My fiance and I give a huge Thank You to Don Guzman and his team! I talked to Don on Tuesday evening (close to end of business for him) as we needed to add another vehicle to our insurance plan by the next day. It was extremely important that we got our vehicle insured by Wednesday as we had an event that same evening. Not only did Don stay late to assist us, he was able to find us a bunch of discounts on our car insurance that got us the lowest rate we could find! Now Im positive that Don would have got our vehicle insured that same evening however we were in the office and I needed to provide him the odometer reading. Don told me to get that information to him whenever we could so that he could finalize the policy. We arrived home pretty late that Tuesday evening and we finally were able to send him the odometer reading (this was around 2am). When Don got in the office on Wednesday morning, he communicated with me to inform us that he received the last piece of information (odometer) and would be finalizing the policy. By no later than 10am that same morning, Don emailed us our auto identification card and followed up by calling us to insure we received it! Now this wasnt the first time Don and his team were able to provide excellent quality and customer service in such a fast turnaround. He has always gone above and beyond for us and we highly recommend him and his team for any of your insurance needs. Once again, Don Thank You and your team all very much!
