I ordered a deluxe pizza arriving home 20 minutes after picking up. We found a cheese pizza with olives! So check your pizza when picking up. They blamed it on being busy! Also, my other pizza, a pepperoni, didnt taste good at all. I will not be getting any pizza from here for a while.

I ordered a medium feta and spinach pizza and feta and spinach cheesy bread. I had ordered the same thing the week before and was delicious but yesterday, was terrible. Not even sure I got a spinach feta pizza, the spinach was cooked to a crisp, not even sure There was feta. I’m pretty sure they messed the order up and they knew it. Was so disappointed. Going back to Mountain Mikes where I know I get a great pizza every time.

Couldnt cash a hundred dollar bill for our order even though someone came with cash right after us, no parking, we had to go to a gas station to get cash so our order was sitting there for twenty minutes+ on a shelf waiting. Employee was sweating profusely, touched the money then handed us our food boxes. Horrible experience. Ill never return!

If you use the app you can expect to wait an extra hour for your pizza in store even though the app will say the pizza is completed. This is because the app for this store doesnt work all the time but if thats true why even have the app in the first place you are straight lying to customers if the app says your pizza is ready but when you get to the store you have to wait an hour for the staff to make the pizza. I also understand that it was a busy day but then why when I asked the staff there where my pizza was the only response I received was that it was coming out of the oven I had heard that three times over the hour I waited in store for my pizza. However, the staff didnt even make my pizza until I asked the third time since that was when they had realized they made me wait an entire hour for my food which was already supposed to be done when I walked into the store as I can 5 minutes after the app said my food was done. All in all dont go to here if you want some fast food pizza pizza guys, pizza hut and Papa Johns are all better and faster.

I ordered on the app online, and it said it would be a 18-23 min wait to get my pizza. It took an hour. When I got my pizza from the delivery driver and I was paying cash, I gave him $20.04. The order was $8.04. He said that he didn’t have change, and proceeded to walk away with the remaining $12.00. I had to find some $1s and handed it to him instead. Just rude service and what delivery driver doesn’t carry change for a $20 ?? Anyways, pizza was cold but was good nonetheless.

I was disappointed with my cheesesteak sandwich meat was burnt, cheeses was also burnt also jalapeños that I didnt ask for. Usually, its a great sandwich, but not this time. I will probably go back again, but I will be sure to check my order.

Pretty darn good pizza. Ingredients are always fresh. They can get very busy at dinner rush, which is beyond their control. And for goodness sake, remember to use the coupons! Pizza is all about the coupons!

First want to say again thank you to the gentleman veteran whom paid for my pizza tonight!! Thank you again!! Second I’ve been here a couple of times never had an issue paying at all. To the short dark hair young lady employee for being rude and disrespectful to veteran giving him attitude while I was waiting for her to assist me . Its usually a good joint to go to in a pinch. The pizza honestly isnt bad at all, either. Their service is good and the management is super nice. This isnt a bad place at all for quick cheap pizza. They are usually pretty swift with their customer service as well.

For some reason my 7.99 carry out pizza was 8.99. a disclaimer on the website says some locations may charge more for certain ingredients but no one at my local store could tell me which ingredient I ordered raised the price. It would be nice to know so I wont order that ingredient next time. Had to drop my rating for dominos. Very misleading to advertise at one price and then charge another.

To charge $3.50 extra on a $6.99 medium 2 topping pizza bc I cant eat tomato sauce and substituted garlic parmesan sauce for it is absolutely outrageous! I travel a lot and order Dominos all over CA and NV and this is the ONLY location that charges such an absurd substitution fee. I will NEVER be back!

Order online, by the time I got there, looked like they were busy and told me to wait for 5 more min. When the order tracker said that my order was ready. After 10 min. They called my name with the wrong order. They asked me to wait for another 5 min. I cancelled my order and left. Service was good though, I just couldnt wait.

Good pizza for a good coupon price. The gray ave. site has always been polite, courteous and transparent. They own up to the mistakes when they happen. They were very honest when a bad choice in managers caused several problems. All problems are always fixed. One of our monthly treats that we can afford. Good service will go a lot farther than just the quality of food.

Called store and waited on hold 15 min to have someone answer and immediately say it will be 10-20 min more I say ok and disconnect. Ordered pizza. Drove there. Waited in lobby for 30min. Total time since order 1 hour. Nice guy at the counter called me to say no wings. Would have been nice to know when I got there and paid for it. They started making boneless wings to make up for it. Waited another 10 minutes and they found my order apparently. Management is awful here. The younger tall guy with beard was the only helpful one.

It would take up a whole page what is wrong with this store. I slipped in a freezer over a year ago at work I messed my back up so I couldnt cook. well for that year I at least ate there once a week. Through that year I could no longer order it online because they never got it right but that didnt stop there every time I showed up they would forget something frosting for the cinnamon sticks the brown sugar that goes on the cinnamon sticks sometimes I get all the way home 10 miles away before I would figure it out I just thought it would be a one or two times thing. Anyway I gained 70 lb during that year so the last three months I want on a diet I quit eating there Ive lost about 44 lb. Tonight I decided that I was going to go off my diet and have a pizza so I go over there and wait and wait and wait exactly 11 minutes I called again in advance so when I finally got help they told me they didnt take hundred dollar bills. They never made an attempt to ask anybody in the floor working if they could give me five twenties. They made no attempt to get the manager they made no attempt to satisfy a customer that has spent enough money to game 70 lb. Well tonight I happen to be about 16 miles away so I wasted 32 miles 45 minutes out of my life to go to a company that doesnt tell anybody on any signage that they dont take cash. It doesnt end there so I pulled over halfway to where I was staying I called the manager and told him I wanted to collect on the pizza points that I had learned in the past year told me you couldnt help me. In all fairness I told him to choke on the pizza and Ill never be back. Everybody need to know how the Dominos Pizza in Yuba City treats theyre valued customers.

First off, I ordered online for delivery so I understand if a few things go wrong but when the delivery person came they forgot my salad and dressings so she told me she had to go back. Almost 45 minutes later she comes but with the wrong salad. At that point no one was even hungry but they ended up bringing me the correct one on her third trip back.

This is why I miss living in SF. The food up here is nasty. I dont get it?! Horrible and disgusting pizza AND brownie bites. My pan pizza was burned on the bottom and completely raw on the top. They are to worried about the product quantity over food QUALITY! Just because they are busy is no excuse to have their temperature to high. They needed to lower the temperature and cook my pizza longer. I used to work at Round Table. All I wanted it was to be cooked normal. Also, I asked for extra cheese and I got anything but that on my pizza. The brownie bites were extremely greasy and hard. Not savory at all. Chocolate flavor was bland. I wish there were such a thing as NEGATIVE 1 star. This is what this place deserves. But hey, what else can be expected of a budget pizza place. Psh, frozen is even better than this. Such a shame.Save yourselves the time and steer clear from this place.

Cant speak to the quality of the food, since I canceled the order when I saw the $6.49 fee for delivery. I order Dominos frequently in the Sacramento area for various work sites from multiple stores. $2.99 delivery fee at each one of them. My hometown Dominos in southern California is a tourist town with no pizza delivery competition, and even they only charge $4.99 for a delivery fee. I dont know how a Dominos in Yuba City expects to charge that much without hurting their drivers tip potential, especially with so many other pizza options.

I am absolutely disgusted with the employees. Last time they forgot the 2 liters of soda, which they offer a $5.99 pizza on Dominoes for their mistake. The 2 liters cost more than that alone. Last time, both pizzas were so uncooked that we had to cook them for about 15 minutes more, they forgot another 2 liter, and now my Mexican fiance is so mad at me for ordering from Dominoes, Im no longer allowed to order from there ever again. Ordered 2 pies for carry-out. Got them home, only to discover one was not only burnt to a crisp, but it was missing the mushrooms Id ordered and was charged extra for. I immediately called the store and was told that theyd run out of mushrooms and my phone number wasnt in their system so they couldnt call to let me know. Yet I was still charged for them....So, the employee finally offered me a free replacement pizza and said it would be ready for pick up in 45 minutes, to which I accepted, even though it meant another trip across town in the rain. I Don’t know what’s going on with the place. I used to order without any delays or issues. But delivery was slow my food was cold. They forgot my drink and then went back to get it. I understand it gets rough so I don’t want this to be a “bad” review. I’m also hoping that the issue was just because of the fact i ordered online. This is just about this recent visit to my local Dominos. They are running a 49% off a pizza for a limited time that I received through an email ad. The pizza was very good as always but in the middle of the night it all came back out, if you know what I mean. It is something that is enevitible in the food industry when dealing with raw ingredients, even with gloves on. A sneeze, cough or improper handling of food can cause something to be tainted. It guess it was my day to have the dreaded food poisoning nightmare. It will be a while before I go back as there are many other pizza establishments in the area, but I will after this recent incident passes.

We rarely eat out but when we want to endulge, Dominos on Gray Ave, Yuba City is definitely a favorite especially with their 2 for $5.99 deal and great customer service! I hear people complaining about time, but theyre doing the best they can. I worked my butt off at a restaurant years ago and some people arent happy even when youre running around non-stop, doing everything you can! Howd you like to be yelled at when you did your best but unfortunately and naturally due to all the chaos you took a bit longer, the food got cold or you forgot something? Its okay to be upset about it, but dont be so hard on workers that have done nothing bad towards you purposely. I see them get lots of orders and they are always working, I respect their hard work and my family is always super happy with their quality and taste. Personally, we love this place even if they are a few minutes late sometimes their prices, quality and customer service has been great! There are more expensive places around here with poor quality and horrible customer service! Well stick with Dominos.

Great food, cooked perfectly at the Dominos on Gray Ave in Yuba City every time Ive ordered online and always ready for pickup at specified time. Tonight I bought Dominos for a birthday buffet. The specialty chicken with pineapple and jalapenos is wonderful. The pasta entrees are tasty. The stuffed cheesy bread with feta and spinach is delicious & the medium 2 toppings pizzas are good :)

We called the store here and the cashier took our order and said it would be 70.65 and we said no thanks. we went on the online to order the same thing and it was 48.70 that was with tax. thats 21.95 more for the same meal. We use thing a lot a whole lot im starting to think we should fine a different place to eat.Plus last week they over charged me and i called about it and this cashier refunded that money and then recharged us for a cheaper price right that was on the 3/2/2017 as of now I have yet to see the refund applied back to my carded. they are about to lose a customer all together.

Ordered my pizza at 6:04 it said to be ready between 13 and 18 minutes, my husband got there and had to wait for a while, he called me at 6:30 because they said it was just about to come out of the oven. when my phone said it was done a long time ago (when he first got there). I had ordered bread sticks with it so Im sure what happened is those werent done till way late and my pizza was sitting there done for over 15 minutes. We live on the same street, my husband got home and the pizza was cold. Not even warm but cold. And the bread sticks were hot. I had to leave a review because i saw how hard working the employees are here!When i walked in i was greeted even though the phones were ringing like crazy. Calls back to back almost.Placed my order and i was waiting, so i went outside. Order was not properly prepared.We had to ask for our 2-liter and it was lacking the pepperoni I marked on my online order.Upon asking for COLD PEPPERONI as a simple fix they refused, saying we ordered a cheese pizza, even after they had acknowledged that often the computer deletes toppings from pizza. The worst part is that we PAID FOR A 1-Topping PIZZA, but DID NOT RECEIVE it. Meanwhile at the counter someone else was complaining that they had also butchered his order! Unfriendly workers. Not one person smiled at any customers (I was 4th in line). Even when I ordered over the phone the guy sounded like he was not having it. The woman wearing the black top came out licking her fingers, washed her hands and dried her hands on her pants.I have ordered stuffed chessy bread with jalapenos for years and this was the only time that there were only 3 jalapenos by the time we got to half the bread.
