Dominos pizza is indeed an emergency pizza. Delivery was fast, pizza was good, but I was disappointed that the garlic sauces that I paid for werent in the bag. I phoned the store about the missing garlic sauces and they had them delivered. They need to double-check their deliveries to avoid this from happening again.

That was the worst pizza I have ever ordered from Dominoes. Last night, We ordered two pizzas with extra sauce and extra cheese. Still, the pizzas had large spots that you clearly see straight through the crust with no sauce. It was very dry, and we spent almost $40, to be completely disappointed. It looked like they were just in a rush, and threw a bunch of toppings to get the order out! Terrible 😏 However, the delivery service was very courteous. Thanks, I’ll never order Dominoes again!

Dominos pizza has always been pretty good, regardless of location. But this time, at this location, our basic pepperoni and sausage thin crust pizza was very delicious! The perfect amount and combination of spices. Service was great, as usual, and I will definitely be visiting again.

So first thing I wanna say is, when we went inside you can see them making all the pizzas on the opposite end of the restaurant, and not 1 single employee is wearing gloves, they are touching all the toppings with their bare hands, which after a pandemic just seems irresponsible and gross.Also they were backed up which is understandable, but they didnt start our order until an hour after we ordered when we showed up and asked about it. (we did carside delivery and the app was being weird about the tracker and saying it couldnt start the timer until the food was ready). Then we go in and the manager says 2 more min, we wait 5+ another employee asks if we need help, I ask about the status of my order, he says its not ready yet, manager says I saw it coming out, go look, and then employee disappears for another 5 min and comes back with our food.The person I assume to be the manager didnt seem to care about it, while employees were very polite and apologetic about the wait and delay in our order.

Ive never had such a ridiculous delivery experience. When I called for my pizza not being delivered even though the pizza tracker said it was delivered, they lied to me about the driver calling me and that he arrived and was unable to make the delivery, there was no call and no motion detected on ring. No discount or reimbursement offered hardly even an apology.

This location has truly gone beyond down hill this past few years—over a full hour for a delivery that NEVER came. Zero notifications other than “quality check”Had to go ahead and call and ask for my refund for an order the the manager already had canceled upon receiving my second phone call,It’s as if they believed the 2 pizzas and bread sticks I ordered, which was marked as completed at 9:34pm would still be fresh by 10:24pm (would have been MUCH later had I not canceled after waiting a full hour)The manager Luis did not offer a single apology for the delay, the inaccuracy, and the inconvenience & had a very distasteful attitude as if he was more than happy to be rid of me.Unfortunately this is the closest dominos to my home- but it looks like I’ll just be using another location or pizza place all together.Extremely unfortunate and avoidable situation -by using care understanding & professionalism via customer service. UPDATED.... my wife decided to give them another try, the food was actually good this time. Pizza was crispy and the wings had sauce. (Original review).... They messed up our order, only a drop of sauce on the wings. Pizza was soggy, everything seemed rushed. They sent a coupon for a free pizza that has to be used in 7 days yet you need to wait 48hrs for the coupon to be valid once redeemed. Going back to Toppers Pizza, expensive but always good

We had a newspaper coupon good for 20% off the entire order, so we decided to order 2 pizza’s that totaled $40, or $32 after the coupon. We got on to Domino’s website and entered our order. I wanted to pick up the order curbside but could not figure out where to enter the coupon. That forced me to go into the store to pay and present the coupon. When I got there, I was told that the coupon was online only. I didn’t think that was correct, and when I got home, I confirmed that no where on the ad does it say online orders only. I believe in treating people fairly and in return I expect to be treated fairly. Domino’s may have saved themselves $8 by not honoring their coupon, but they lost a whole lot more in future sales.

Ordered online ahead of time for a carry out. I arrived at set time to pick-up on a week day afternoon. Store was busy with employees moving about doing what they do. I walked in and was greeted immediately. All safety precautions in place, masks, safety shield counter and physical distancing. Very personable and welcoming staff helped me with my order and was out in 2 minutes. Quality and consistant service seems to be the norm at this location. Kudos to the Canyon Country DOMINOS PIZZA employees during these difficult times.

I called the store, and the manager, Sam was so sweet and apologetic. She credited me back my tip and $19. She really cared that I was upset. I am giving one star not for the pizza. However for the horrendous working conditions of this store. I went to pick up pizza and when I arrived the temperature inside what way HOTTER then the 105 outside. I can see one of the workers in the back sweating profusely and using their shirts to wipe the sweat off their faces. I even mentioned to the person who was helping me on how extremely hot it was and my concern of the sweat dripping into my pizza!!! Why is the AC not working designed to cool down a place that uses ovens KNOWING that it will increase the heat!! The conditions are unacceptable and I don’t know if anyone should be ordering food if the workers are sweating that much.

Accuracy of my order was poor and the presentation of the pizza. I love Dominos! Their pizzas are super yummy and always accurate. I love that the pizza is always hot when we pick up and the customer service is great at this location. One of the reasons I have to give it a 4 star rating because every single time we have ordered through the app and it says our pizza is ready for pick up, when we do get there we still have to wait 5 to 10 more minutes. I dont understand why app says ready but it never is once we get there. Only bad thing but other then that great Pizza place.

As Im waiting I hear another customer being told that the online ordering is inaccurate (wrong/BS) and that pickup orders are taking 1 hour to 1 hour and half. Waste of time. 30 mins later I task them to cancel and for a refund. Which was a big hassle. I placed an order online at 11:54 to avoid going out due to the emergency were having right now in this country. It was 12:30 when I called to check because the check the status of your order was the same like when I order. I called 3x and 3x times I was put on hold and no one came back to the phone. I received the text saying the driver was on his way and no body ever delivered the pizza. I than drove to the location and Alejandro the manager was rude as you can expect, no customer service skills, no apologies or anything. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. They are liars and rude. They kept telling us the driver was in his way and that he had other orders. Finally when I called back for the last time Cristian guy told me he had just dropped the pizza off at our front door but that was a lie, and he gave the phone to his manager. Clearly the “manager” maybe wasn’t even him told me he apologized and would talk to Cristian but he clearly sounded like he didn’t care an I’m sure nothing will be done.Stay clear from this place.

We have never used the Dominoes near us since moving to canyon country and after tonight will not again. One of the sandwiches we received which was supposed to be a Buffalo Chicken sandwich had 2 little pieces of chicken on it which when you are expecting a true chicken sandwich and you end up with a glorified cheese sandwich is really disappointing. The delivery was fast and on time just wished they had taken the time to make the sandwich correctly. I called the store and they did give us credit on the sandwiches so they at least made good on the complaint which I appreciate

So this is the third time, the tracker has told me the order is ready and it is not. Tonight I waited an additional 15 minutes to only hear that they forgot to make my pizza(the app said it was done), then when I asked for my money back it magically appeared. The pizzas here arent bad, but I do have a few complaints. One, they completely ignore any bubbles on the pizza when theyre cooking, rather than popping them like everybody else does so you dont end up with huge parts of the pizza that have no cheese or toppings on it. Second, and this is directed towards corporate, YOU NEED TO ADD A SPOT DURING THE WEBSITE ORDERING PROCESS TO ADD A COMMENT ABOUT HOW WED LIKE THE PIZZA OR OTHER FOOD ITEM COOKED!!! Seriously, that ISNT rocket science. Every time I order online from them (I have to do it that way to get free delivery with my Shoprunner account), I then have to call them up and sit on hold for a few minutes, just so I can ask them to cook the pizza a little bit extra, or not put the garlic stuff on the crust if my daughter is here. VERY annoying and no reason for it. Special instructions are very common, I worked at Dominos a long time ago, so add the stupid space during the ordering process. And lastly, they stop answering the phones as soon as their official store hours end, regardless of how many orders are still pending or out for delivery. So when your driver hasnt shown up for an hour and a half, and its now a half hour past closing time, you have NO means of contacting them to find out what the heck is going on or if theyve forgotten your order. Likewise, if the driver shows up with a screwed up order after hours, youre just totally out of luck (been there). When you still have pending orders and orders out for delivery, YOU STILL ANSWER THE PHONES, you just say youre closed when you answer. Thats what we did when I worked there, but apparently IQs have dropped over the last couple decades.

Placed a order on the app to this location a 7:48pm I got a large pizza and wings. I used the tracker and Chad checked my pizza at 8:01 pm. so I called at 8:30 pm to check on it. I got a lame excuse from a girl who answered the phone. At 8:33 pm the app is updated stating Stephen is on his way. so Ive come to two conclusions either They totally forgot about my order or they are short staff on drivers. either way the pizza and wings were both cold. customers services was all lies and sucked. The pizza was not fresh, it was old, looked like it had been sitting out, cheese was hard and toppings were not fresh; the buffalo hot wings was old chicken cooked on top of cheese---that was not buffalo hot wings, and the pasta had old hard chicken on it. I can state the pizzas and other items are very good most of the time from this Dominos, however, the company as a whole is not very inviting or honest. I remember when Dominos was a pizza delivery & carry out restaurant which it still is yet, it appears its greed has gotten the best of them for profit & shareholders. Despite still being a delivery restaurant, they add a delivery charge to each delivery order which is NOT a driver fee, on the contrary, this goes straight to the restaurant meaning, Dominos has found a revenue stream of $3.00 per delivery order regardless of profit from ALL sales. I still order from them but, we do not have delivery as I refuse to be scammed & extorted so, I ONLY do carry out. For everyone that wasnt aware of this, surprise, you are now.

If you are going to hire employees who want to make customers feel like horrible people for trying to order past a certain hour than allow them to order as a take out for a joke on their part are pathetic and should just be as nice as the customer and do their job. No need to allow someone to order laugh and say no then proceed to tell the customer to make the call in the parking lot OK that would not have been a problem but tell me that from the start dont play games!!!! We showed up around 5pm and ordered 3 pizzas a set of wings this was all well until we saw the price of $73 we were unsure of this price and asked the manager as one of their workers failed to apply their promotion the price later changed to $53 which was more reasonable this was the first of many mistakes, after a couple of minutes of waiting we had to ask if our food was ready since it had been around 30 minutes the food had been ready they had not given it to us, before this we ordered a brookie ( brownie with cookie ) this was around 5:28 when we were waiting time passed and we asked if it was ready since it was only a brookie but it wasnt we waited another couple of minutes asking again they said it still wasnt ready 20 minutes later we asked again and they said it still wasnt ready they offered a drink but we believed it should not have taken this long the food was still not ready and they offered to give us another one but made us wait again until 5:58 when the brookie was already done but our pizzas were cold waiting a total of 1 hour for our food.

Attention Parents: if your kids love pizza, you need the Dominos App in your life. 10 points for every order over 10 dollars and once u reach 60 points u get a free pizza. Which comes in handy bc, who doesnt need a Free pizza ever so often?? We do!! I use this app to order pizza ahead of time, to carry out or for delivery. Sometimes I dont even need to get out of the car!! I order on the app, pay on the app, and kids can walk right in and pick up. As i called i was put on hold for ten mins then they asked for my number and as i was giveing them my number they hung up on me and so i called back and was put on hold agin for five mins and so they said they would give us half off and as i was done giveing my order they said they could not give us the half off so i said okay. So i placed the order and we paid they clamed it would be here in 30 mins to 40 mins so an hour and an half has passed so i called to ask how much longer and then the manger clamed that the order was naver put in the system and at this time it is alread 10:45 pm and the kids have not eaten yet.
