This is by far the best customer service and experience you will have. As a native New Yorker we want to make sure we find the best and I needed to find a florist to send out to loved one. John and his team are incredible on making sure everything is taken care of, no worrying. Wonderful experience with this florist! I am on the east coast and wanted to send flowers to a friend in the Hollywood area. Prefer dealing directly with a florist, so I looked up all the florists in the area... poured over their websites and designs. Dolce Blooms really caught my eye, beautiful arrangements+quality. I was very disappointed in the “florist choice” in this especially after we paid for deluxe. I know flowers are expensive but for $200 I expect a lot more. I’ve seen nicer arrangements at Costco. I will never order from here again. This was a really important sympathy arrangement and I’m just kind of shocked at the picture the recipient sent me. Also, maybe it’s because I said the occasion was sympathy but there was no color. None.

Jaime and team did an amazing job with the Bianca Bella grande arrangement for my friends moms funeral. I do not live in the area and so Jaime delivered the arrangement on my behalf! FYI, The flowers here were chosen by the design team and were the mid range option, and as you can see they are GORGEOUS. I wish I knew more people to send flowers to in the Studio City area!

These flowers were even prettier in person than on the website, the candle scent is gorgeous and the card allowed for a real note, not just a tiny, tweet-sized “hi, I love you”. The vase and arrangement were beautifully unique, the order process was super easy and I was able to schedule delivery a day away. Truly recommend!

I love this place. This is the second time I have called for a same day order. I try to get unique things for a special client, they talk it over with you and they come up with ideas. I’m my case cause I was working, gave him a budget and they created perfection. It is completely reasonable pricing and I would recommend to anyone and I will continue coming back! They are patient yet have quick turn around. My client texted me and just said “LOVE!!!” So thank you Dolce, you make this so much easier. They have great taste so you can put your trust in them. I wish I had pictures but I rushed right to the clients house after picking up and had no time, though the arrangement was ready earlier, I still had work. Anyways, great small company, will always use them from now on!

I cannot say enough good things about Dolce Blooms. After placing my online order, I received a call regarding my flower request (I wanted the arrangement to include peonies). Peonies are just starting to become available and I was given the option of doing an arrangement which mainly comprises of peonies, or a few stems plus an assortment of other flowers (I went with the latter). The colors/flowers used were vibrant and of vary stages of being open or just about to bloom, the vase was a cool corrugated/ridged metal vase... very chic. The finished result was breathtaking and was the perfect arrangement for Mothers Day. Ive definitely found my go-to local florist.

I had an amazing experience with Dolce Blooms. I am from out of the area and called on a Saturday for same day delivery of sympathy flowers to two different locations. Johns customer service was absolutely top-notch, and he even checked in after the delivery to make sure the flowers were well received.I was originally nervous about blindly sending an arrangement, but after speaking to John I trusted him completely and went with designers choice. The results were lovely and I highly recommend Dolce Blooms. I am going to need to get more friends in LA so that I can send more flowers!

I ordered from Dolce Blooms for the first time yesterday after seeing a friend’s bouquet. The recipient wrote me stating it was the most beautiful floral arrangement she’d ever received. As a designer, I appreciated the thoughtful choice of flowers, muted color palette and abundance of stems. It was a bonus that they didn’t charge anything for delivery, as the recipient lives in their local area. Will definitely be using Dolce Blooms for my future floral needs!

I would highly recommend Dolce Blooms. I placed an order on New Years Day, not really expecting for a delivery to happen that day but thinking maybe it could. The owner called me from his personal cell to tell me that they did not have all the flowers to fulfill my order that day because of the holiday but that my order would go out as priority the next day. He left his number for me to call with any concerns. The call might not seem like much, but it showed that the owner cared and wanted to make sure I was informed. The order arrived to my friend the next day and was beautiful. It has continued to bloom since arriving and is providing weeks of beauty. Thank you Dolce Blooms!!!

As soon as I opened the website, I was amazed with all the selections that were available and the prices they had. You get much more than what you pay for. Believe me! I ordered an arrangement as a holiday gift for my cousin. I was told the next day there would have to be a substitution. Shortly thereafter, I heard directly from the florist saying the order received an upgrade to a premium arrangement with additional flowers added. The vase was also upgraded. I’ve been using Dolce Blooms for a few years now... since 2016! I’ve used them for sending arrangements to friends/family, for getting myself some nice centerpieces at home, and also for a birthday party. I’m really into the quality of florals and Dolce Blooms always goes beyond my expectations. Even my hydrangeas last a long time and those are hard to keep alive. I ordered flowers for my husbands birthday Red Roses and they arrived in time which Im grateful for. But it wasnt what I expected from this 5 star flower shop. The flowers were in a small vase and short even though they were ok. I was very disappointed with them. I called the flower shop and told them that I did not think this flowers were for me .he said that he upgraded the flower Arrangement which I was ok with it. but I wanted them tall in a bigger vase. He said he did not understand what I meant when I ordered the flowers. That was not true.. I was very specific about it.. He got kind of irritated and told me he will call me back. Later, I got a call back from the flower shop and they decided to gave me $20.00 back and a discount for next time. They at least were able to negotiate this problem with me even though I still dont like the flowers. I can say they were helpful.
