Marcela was amazing! We had 2 dogs groomed with her yesterday. She followed the specific haircuts we wanted. Totally impressed with her patience, compassion, and natural ability to care for animals. Our dogs struggle with groomers (especially with nail cutting/grinding) but she was able to shorten their nails with ease! Also, one of our dogs is afraid of everything and the minute he was dropped off he was hopping around and wagging his tail with her pups (usually he’s a runner / hider). He was so happy! I look forward to future appointments with Marcela! 🩷🩵💜💙

We had such a wonderful experience with Dog Beauty Salon. Marcela is the absolute best. She kindly accepted to groom our 50 lbs goldendoodle, Leo, even though he goes over the size of dogs she usually grooms. She was so patient and gave Leo the best haircut he’s had in a long time! She is very detailed in her work and truly respects all the limitations the dogs and owners have as to products, preferences etc. I love how dedicated she is and the fact that she takes her time to groom one dog at a time giving her whole attention to that dog. She is so gentle and loving and treats the dogs in her care as if they were her own. She’s truly a gem of a person and a groomer!!

I have been taking my boy Noble to Marcela for a year now. She has been incredible, she shows so much love and passion towards my dog that melts my heart . she is passionate about her work, very creative and skilled . She is very responsive, and communicates very well, and whenever I pick up Noble, he is extremely happy and energized. Thnak you for all you do . Keep up the excellent work Marcela.

Marcela is amazing! I have 3 fur babies and they have all gone to her. Going to groomers could be scary for dogs and for the owners as well because you don’t know how the groomers are. But once you meet Marcela all that anxiety goes out the window! She’s so sweet and nice and she loves every dogs and cares for them as if they were her own and that’s what made me feel at ease. I know my pups are safe with her and that’s why i trust her. She’s an amazing groomer! Trust me you won’t regret going to her! Thank you, Marcela for everything that you do! ❤️

Dog Beauty Salon offers superb service. The owner takes the outmost pride in her work and genuinely cares about your “fur-baby” as if they were her own. The mobile van is clean, and lives to a doggy spa feel. The products she use left my fur baby soft and smelling good 💗. She is very knowledgeable about the grooming needs of different dog breeds and the do’s and don’t s. The prices are fair for the quality of service Dog Beauty Salon offers.

Awesome groomer, shes great and you can tell she really cares about your dog. Shes friendly and knows what shes doing. She also has all these cool little treats and outfits for dogs. Im a regular now. And Brulee loves it everytime.

Ohh The DISHONESTY. Better Business Bureau, here I come! NO ONE THREATENED YOU (false accusation). NO ONE TRIED TO CANCEL 2 HOURS BEFORE (LIE). I scheduled the appointment 12 Hours before I contacted you about HOW LONG the appointment would take, normally you take TWO OR MORE HOURS. Today you said you said you closed at 4:30, so the appointment would actually have been Less than TWO HOURS so I CALLED YOU, and you replied via text instead stating you could not answer because of the blow dryer. Does not make sense that you can Not answer your phone, but you can send MULTIPLE DISRESPECTFUL text messages to me. After agreeing to still bring my dog, you sent me a text, Not a call at 2:00 CANCELING my 2:45 appointment, 45-minutes before my scheduled appointment. YOU CANCELED my appointment (not me). STOP LYING to cover your business! What kind of business owner shares confidential messages between another client?!?!?#1 RULE in life and business, Do Not take things personally.#2 RULE, Do Not make assumptions.Telling you that your behavior is not going to allow things to end well is Not a threat. Its a FACT. I told you specifcally what I meant, and I did just that, I left a review online. The fact that you think someone would threaten you over a dog grooming appointment speaks exactly to my point of Making Assumptions! Where did you grow up that you think someone would come to your place of business to cause harm?!?! What is wrong with you to make false accusations all over texts?!?!?The owner continues to text me and now she has shared with me that she has showed my text messages to her clients breaking confidentiality!!!DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!! The owner Marcella is absolutely horrible. If you want Good Vibes Only, go somewhere else!To Marcella, If you respond to this message and use any of my personal information, I will post images of your text messages you sent being a completely disrespectful business owner. Way Over priced for the kind of service and disrespect you receive. There are many other options to take your pets, I suggest doing that!

Marcela is absolutely amazing! She has outdone herself everytime we have been to see her. She is so passionate about what she does, customer satisfaction, and most importantly about the animals she works with. She is incredibly patient with our… not always easy, BiG boy, and she always has a smile on her face! It is so apparent the pride she takes in doing what she loves. She is knowledgeable and kind, she truly has been such a joy! We are so grateful to have found a groomer we absolutely ADORE! We have tried many groomers in Westlake and TO, with a hard to maintain large sheepadoodle, and none have come close to the styling skill, love for the animals, or passion for the art of grooming like Marcela! We will never go anywhere else! Also, her Salon/store is AMAZING! Go check her out!
