I had just started my searching for a used Jeep and I ended up going here after a not so good experience at a national retailer. Surf, my sales guy, was very polite, professional. He listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a better, newer Jeep than what I was finding elsewhere. Surf went to his manager Tony and was able to get me a lot closer to where I wanted to be, but got me a great deal on a Jeep I absolutely love. Given the start of my journey, it was great to have it end the way it did.

UPDATED 4/24/24 - PLEASE EXPAND REVIEW TO READJake, Rohan, and Travis all went above and beyond and made my first car purchase extremely smooth and enjoyable! My parents and I were very thankful to have worked with them and would 100% recommend to our friends and family.Edit 4/24/24:Dropping down to 1 star. When I purchased this car, they added in the contract that they would have the chipped paint on the front bumper fixed. After lots of phone tag (initiated by me), I finally got ahold of them and spoke to them about setting up an appointment to get it checked out and have pictures taken of the paint. This was scheduled back in July 2023 I believe. I showed up to my appointment, a team member took pictures of my bumper and told me that they would have their body technician contact me regarding my availability. Ive never been contacted.Ill take part of the blame for the phone tag that happened prior to my appointment, as I had the option on my phone to silence call notifications whenever an unknown number was calling me. However, I never received any voicemails from the body technician to this day and I may have received 1-2 voicemails from the Vacaville Dodge Jeep Ram and Ive always followed up but I have yet to hear back. I bought my car back in March 2023 and it is very disappointing that more than a year later that my paint still is not fixed when it was something we agreed upon in the contract. If this is how they treat their customers then I do not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership.

If youre considering buying a vehicle, especially a pre-owned vehicle, my advice is to steer clear of this place. I wish I wouldve read the many poor reviews before shopping here.Im a firefighter and after having my Ford Flex totaled early this year, I finally saved up enough money for a down payment along with my modest payout to try and upgrade to a truck to better suit my personal and professional needs. On my first visit I spoke with Leo about a used 2022 GMC 3500HD with 55k miles that had been on their lot for two months. Leo quickly informed me he could lower the price by $3k from their Carfax listing, which I thought was awesome. I then inquired about a 100k bumper to bumper warranty and how much those cost. He told me $5k, but that he could take $4k of that out of the asking price so essentially it would be $1000 extra. I thought this was fair. Unfortunately, they literally had lost the key fob to the truck so I wasnt able to open it, let alone test drive it that day. Still, I was interested and came back once they were able to have new key fobs made to test drive.I came back about five days later for the test drive and Leo wasnt there, so Darwin did the test drive with me (apparently he snaked the deal from another sales rep that I made an appointment with but thats their problem, not mine). I loved the truck after driving it and Darwin and I agreed to the deal that Leo had initially offered me. I was very happy.Well, be aware that when you sign the pages and pages of documents to finalize the sale with Daniel their finance guy, you will do so on an iPad that skips ahead to the areas that you need to tap for your initials and signatures. So unless you take the iPad out of Daniels hand and scrutinize every page and line item, they may pull a fast one on you.Like an idiot, I assumed I was signing the deal we literally just agreed to, and I was wrong. And like an idiot, I didnt review the printed out version after signing until it was too late, because you know, I simply thought I had signed what we agreed to and understood thered be taxes and DMV fees. Well, they went ahead and charged me their full price of $4995 for the 4 year/100k warranty! I didnt notice this until I picked up the check (for the amount I was financing) from my credit union to deliver it to the dealership, when it was about $5k more than I expected.I would have never have agreed to pay that price for a warranty on a vehicle thats already 2 and a half years old, with 55k miles on it. The warranty will expire in one and a half years and Ill likely only have put another 20k miles on this truck by then. I wouldve paid $1000 max for that warranty.After expressing my disappointment when I came to drop off the check, Leo tried to tell me that he initially lowered the price to make up the difference for the warranty, which is BS because I didnt inquire about the warranty until AFTER he told me the lower price. They said all they could do at this time is offer me free services for one year every 10k miles So essentially one free service that Id have to drive 45 minutes each direction from Martinez where I live to Vacaville and back. No thank you.At the risk making myself look stupid for letting this happen to me, Im sharing this experience with the hope I can save a few folks from making the same mistake I did. I was so happy with my purchase at first and I do love the truck, but I felt so let down when I figured out I was lied to and basically put $4k in the pocket of the people that lied to me.Ill be telling every first responder I know to avoid this dealership, and Id advise anyone reading this to do the same.Cheers.

My significant other purchased a used pick up truck a few years ago at this dealership. Why because his coworker friend said I can get you a great deal. Coworker friend said, he had been purchasing all his automobiles there for years with junior. The coworker friend even met us at the dealership. It was an all day affair. Typical sales tactic to me, drag it out. Junior, finance manager at the time, my opinion, a complete gas bag. However, my significant other didnt want to hear it because he trusted his coworker friend and junior. My significant other purchased the used pickup truck. They never registered truck with dmv so my significant other had to go back to dealership.Also, it was not a deal, he paid approximately $1,000.00 more than other dealerships. **Recently his coworker friend admitted to my significant other, he would get deals on cars or trucks when he brought business to junior.** Hopefully, this no longer happens. For prospective buyers, if something doesnt feel right and/or your loved one tells you something doesnt feel right, listen.

It costs $259 just to get your vehicle diagnosed for a potential problem. My vehicle was fine until I took it in to the dealership to have my oil changed. Ever since it has smelled like antifreeze after I drive it for even short distances. I have a 6 year warranty but they said it might not be covered under warranty. I dont have $260 + repairs if its not. My vehicle is less than 3 years old with only 12k miles on it. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM DODGE, RAM OR THIS COMPANY. My last vehicle only had 60k miles on it when the motor went out.Update, the radiator was bad in my brand new vehicle, luckily it was covered under warranty and didnt take too long to fix but seriously a bad radiator after less than 12k miles isnt good after my last dodge vehicle had an engine problem after 60k miles. I can tell you after this I will never buy another vehicle from dodge or any of their manufacturers.

Brought truck in for oil change and fluid flush. Received truck back and the top of my chrome grill was full of oil. After My service advisor had told me my truck was ready. After looking my truck over,, I brought the advisor to my truck and showed the oil all over my grill. The advisor said They would take my truck back to the guys in DETAIL and have the oil cleaned up and taken care of. Well when it returned you could see they only did a quick wipe with a dry rag because there was still oil on my chrome grill when it returned from the so called detail shop. So now i am thinking the dealership would wash my truck. Well That obviously didnt happen. I blame the final unhappy results on my Service advisor. Now lets talk service waiting area, mind you, some customers are in for just an oil change and elect to wait for their car to be completed. As I did, so I go on to the waiting area and this is what I found. There were no water bottles in the small fridge, only a box of creamer. There was a display of different kurig coffee pods but no coffee maker to make coffee. There is a water machine but the machine was unplugged and the water hose that hooks up to the machine was laying on a dirty floor. So if you decide to wait for your vehicle to be serviced at this dealership bring your own drinks and snacks. All they have is vending machine. Like who is the person in charge of the service departments waiting area???? Because the place is a disaster. This is how you treat your reliable customers? DAMN shame. I been in this business myself for years and if a customer had such an experience with our service department, you can bet your vehicle would come back to the customer with a full vehicle wash.So if you want to feel like a valued customer. I suggest bringing your car to another dealership. As the quality control is virtually non exsistent here. Wish now I would have talked to the service department manager just to see what their solution would have been. Suggestion.... your service advisors need to perform a walk around of the vehicle before it is given back to the customer. Obviously my advisor never performed a walk around of my vehicle or the heavy amounts of oil on my vehicle would have been noticed immediately. See below photos. Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation 1st they stated I was not on the list I showed them the email confirmation then they said it would be like an hour to hour and half cuz everyone on lunch I was like OK the guy sighed I got my car back everyone checked as OK about a week passes and I notice a ball on my front side wall tire since I work graveyard I submitted service request through the chat to this day I have not received a call back nor email message. I’m sure since this is a new car the tires have to have warranty I have my car parked for fear of having a blowout.

I was okay with what I had. But they asked for more.So I was fine paying off my car but then got a call from Bailey saying that I qualify for a lowered interest rate and ask if I would be able to come in to see the options. Like anyone else I drove ONE HOUR to go there and do just that. But I was taken by someone else named Darwin Williams to help me with that and was told that I didnt qualify for it because of my income and got slapped in the face to the only option to pay more for my monthly payment if i refinanced it or maybe trade in my car. This felt like a good old scam to run my credit and get trapped into paying more instead of actually LOWERING my interest rate like Mrs. Bailey had said. Because of this experience, Im starting to regret even financing or even putting down a payment with this car dealership. More like money dealers I would say. Please learn to treat customers and their time as value because this is how you LOSE customers!!
