2022-08-26 01:46:39I bought a Canon C3525 from them in Ventura. I bought it for the main purpose of printing envelopes for my real estate business. Lots of envelopes. I could not have been more clear that envelopes were my main priority. This prints everything EXCEPT envelopes. Other than not meeting my primary need, it is a good printer. Their technician has been here 3 times and every time he leaves it stops working the next day. So very frustrating. I have pictures where is says no paper, add paper, yet the tray is full. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

2011-01-14 01:07:30I called DocuProducts because the company I HAD been using gave terrible customer service and I was tired of being treated like they were doing ME a favor by coming out. I found DocuProducts through a Google search and it was just a random call. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH MY CHOICE! The customer service with DocuProducts was excellent, both with the office reps and the on-site tech. Rick was extremely nice, very understanding, and knowledgeable... exactly what a tech should be. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the SB area in need of copy machine repair. DocuProducts FTW... A+ -Dr. Holt

2019-06-21 04:23:36Cameron is a pushy salesman who drops in at any time to pester you. Doesn’t listen when you tell him “no” and gets offended if you suggest he make an appointment. Not the way to win over potential customers. Nope.
