Stole my money in 2022 claimed they could get my homecare credentialed havent heard from them since... they dont answer calls or return messages..... They are a scam. Im sure one of them will come on here to try and make it seem like its my fault, but how can it be my fault when I trusted you to do a job and you all kept calling me until i gave in and paid you $1,200... and never heard from you again. So sad, we will be hearing about this company being shut down soon... you cant get away with stealing people money forever.... The reason for this review is because I checked google to see if they have been shut down yet for scamming people.

Given run around for over 1.5 years for credentialing. Multiple phone calls and emails without response. They resubmitted an application for Cigna, United Medicare secondaries, Aetna, Humana. No proof of original applications were given to me. No follow up. No response to emails or portal inquiries.

Same as the other complaints before me, it has been 8 months since I paid them and they started processing my insurance credentialing applications and some are still in process. It took them 6 months to process Medicare and Triwest. On top of this, communication is poor and very disorganized. They did not set up my portal until a month ago. The portal itself is not very helpful and some of the links dont work. My portal said Aetna is approved but there is no contract whatsoever thats attached, instead a Medicare link pops up with nothing in it. They also did not inform me I have been approved for Triwest so I have unknowingly declined VA referrals citing I was not credentialed with Triwest yet.The most concerning part is, it has been 8 month since I paid to get credentialed with privated insurance companies and I am still waiting to get credentialied!They sure know how to sell their services. They will talk you up about how great their company is but I have lost my trust in this business. Do not trust them.

DO NOT TRUST DBN: We had a truly terrible experience with Doctors Business Network. We entrusted them with thousands of dollars to secure insurance carriers for our medical practice, with a promised timeframe of 140 days. However, over six months have elapsed, and it’s become painfully evident that they deceived us. They only applied for one insurance, despite our payments for multiple carriers. When we contacted these insurers, they had no record of any applications on our behalf. Astonishingly, this was not an isolated incident, as I learned from another provider who faced the same ordeal and has been waiting for a year. It’s abundantly clear that Doctors Business Network essentially pilfered our money and that of others. To add insult to injury, they’ve now become impossible to reach, ignoring phone calls and leaving us in the lurch. Avoid this company at all costs; they are a scam and a rip-off.

This company is terrible. We started the credentialing process for one of my providers in July. I am writing this review in December. So far, my provider is only credentialed with one major payer. I have emailed the company numerous times for an update and to ask if they need anything from us, and the only response I receive is your provider is not due for an update. Whoever manages the requests email is extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not use this company! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Here’s our story… We hired a company to do our credentialing. After six months and getting one application done with the other company, we fired them. We also had a billing company who was constantly late and getting us our money late. It was ridiculous. We fired that company as well. We hire doctors business. Netwerk sent them five credentialing applications. They all got done very fast. Pretty amazing considering this usually takes 3 to 4 months. Then we gave them our billing. They actually pay us first and then we pay them. So we’re not waiting for our money. It’s pretty good considering most companies don’t let the money go to your account and then we cut a check to them. Anyway, without a doubt these guys are great. We’re about to handover all our marketing to them as well. Including our website, Google marketing, Facebook, marketing… Everything.

These people are a scam. They took my money and did not provide any credentialing at all. I have tried to get my money back, Steve would lie and say he will investigate it and never call back. It even got to the point where he would avoid my calls. I had to get my lawyer to send a demand of a refund… no response. Now I have to fly to California and file a lawsuit. I will not let them get away with this. Avoid them at all costs. Do not, I repeat do not waste your time with these frauds.

Stay away. Fast talking Steve and Debra are the account managers. Steve stated my credentialing would take 60-90days. Its been over 120days. He dropped the ball in giving my password and login info to the request credentialing department. When that happened I asked for a refund. Were past 120 days and still no refund. He has been intentionally avoiding me. Im seeking an attorney. If anyone has had issues with them please comment. Im going far with this. I wish I read the BBB complaints before choosing this company because you cant go by these Google reviews anymore because companies can have their friends and family leave a good review to drop down all the bad reviews to bottom of the list.

I have used this company for Credentialing with health insurances as of last March 2021 seeing all this good reviews. I have paid over 2500$. I was told it only take 120 days for Credentialing. Unfortunately up to this day majority of the credentialing is still pending. When enquired on the status, I am told that “we will give you an update soon”. But will never hear from them. I am not sure whether their ‘120 days’ means 10 months. The manager Steven is very rude and have no clue what is happening in his company. I cannot believe they are not ashamed of taking money from customers and not being responsible on their job. Some of the insurances that these people said I was denied, I had go back and check with insurances and found that they filled out my application wrong. I am paying another company to do my credentialing now. So if someone need credentialing, please don’t put yourself through this mess I had to go through. There are better companies out there who take proper responsibility than liars like Steven who is manager of this company who does not take any responsibility in doing his job.

I hired this company to do credentialing for the doctors I was bringing on for my MSO. After almost a year of waiting for credentialing to be completed, I had to take it over myself and complete it myself. Upon reviewing the applications, they submitted on my behalf a year prior for my doctors. I realize how many things they did incorrectly and wrong. This company is not a good resource to use at all. I’ve been in healthcare for over 25 years and I would never recommend this, company and anyone who is looking to do credentialing. I literally paid them money to do absolutely nothing. I ended up having to do all the condensing myself. I had the worst experience with Doctors Business Network. It took them 1.5 months after I paid the invoice to start the application process for our business. Once they have filled out the applications, they did not follow up to assure that the applications were accepted, never informed us if we needed to sign contracts, and often dropped the ball. We had to do the leg work ourselves and call insurance providers to assure the process was completed correctly. Several insurance providers told us that they reached out to DBN and never got a response. Anytime I reached out to my account manager, he always said I have to get with my team and get back to you. He never called me back unless he needed me to pay an invoice. For one of my providers, they filled out a completely wrong application, which was rejected, never followed up, and we had to call the provider and complete the process ourselves.

Used this operation to credential my wifes private psychological practice. An absolute nightmare getting response/feedback on anything. We ended up doing 95% of the credentialing on our own. Since the company technically filled out part of an application, it was a extremely difficult to dispute with our credit card company. There is absolutely NO way all of these reviews are legitimate/unpaid. Ending up paying $1,458 for probably 20 minutes of actual work on their part. Please do not fall for seeming good reviews. They will act helpful until they charge your credit card. Once charged you are out of luck. Do the credentialing work on your own.

We are a startup health care company that you know when you are going to start any kind business you must do lots of leg work to get your business up and running, since we have so much in our plate, we find Dr Business network online and we hired them to sign us up with insurance provider. After 3 to 4 months of waiting we started calling them and follow up and checking out the status, they gave us run around answers and that point they lost our trust. We started calling one by one to insurance provider and notice Doctors Business networks credential team drop the ball and our forms wasn’t set up properly and too many mistakes. We ended up taking care of the forms ourselves. Reason that I am writing this so other company like us don’t trust this company looks like they are going to charge you but DON’T do the Work. Used this company to credential a physical therapy practice, and they were horrible to work with. They made mistakes with multiple applications and repeatedly dropped the ball. Poor communication with many emails and phone calls not answered or returned. They never completed one of our network applications and we were not able to get in network. Blame was placed on network losing paperwork, but no further attempts were made to rectify. Requested refund multiple times, but never heard from them again.

I would not recommend this company, i’m in medical doctor practicing Atlanta, I hired this company to do my credentialing approximately two years ago. They did not produce any results and only wasted our clinics time. Our clinic was closed for a year and a half through to this company.
